3. Multiplie le total par 1,25 pour obtenir une marge saine.

Pourquoi viser 50 à 70 % de charge ?

C’est la plage où :

• le rendement est maximal,
• le ventilateur tourne le plus lentement,
• l’usure interne est la plus faible.

Une 1200 W fonctionnant à 600 W sera souvent plus silencieuse et plus stable qu’une 850 W poussée à 95 % en permanence.
