The Samsung S84/S85 TVs boast all the advantages of OLED that makes them one of the best TVs for gaming, but at a much lower price tag than other OLED TVs. As part of its early Black Friday sale, Best Buy is offering a 2025 65" Samsung S84F 4K OLED Smart TV for just $899.99 with free deluxe delivery. This is the lowest price right now for a 65" OLED TV.The sale ends on Sunday, November 9, and then you won't have a chance to get in on this deal again until Black Friday.
65" Samsung S84F 4K OLED Smart TV for $899.99
The Samsung S84F is a current generation (2025) TV that's equipped with a W-OLED panel. OLED TVs boast superior image quality compared to any non-OLED TV thanks to its near-infinite contrast ratio, near-instantaneous response times, and ability to produce true blacks. The main difference between this TV and Samsung's more expensive S90F is that the S84F doesn't have quantum dot technology which offers a bit higher brightness and a slightly wider color gamut. Unless you put the TVs side by side (and even if you do), the different in image quality is probably unnoticeable for most people.
The Samsung S84F has the features you want in a current-gen gaming TV, like HDMI 2.1 ports and a native 120Hz panel for running 4K at 120fps on a PS5 or Xbox Series, variable refresh rate and auto low latency mode. It's also a good TV for running the Nintendo Switch 2 in docked mode, although the Switch 2 can only run games at up to 60fps in 4K.
Right now this is the lowest price we can find for a brand new and fully warrantied 65" OLED TV, especially if you want to stick with a tried and true brand like Samsung. Best Buy is a good place to buy your TV from because it's easier to return if you have any problems (a 65" TV can still fit in a reasonably sized SUV).

Best Buy is offering a great deal on a powerful gaming laptop ahead of Black Friday. For this week only, you can pick up the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16s GeForce RTX 5070 Ti gaming laptop for just $1,599.99 with free delivery after a $300 instant discount. This is a well-equipped laptop, boasting a gorgeous 16" 240Hz OLED display and a high-end Intel Core Ultra 9 HX series processor. The RTX 5070 Ti is a powerful mobile GPU that can run any game you throw at it.
Update: This deal is expected to expire on Sunday, 11/9.
Acer Predator Helios Neo RTX 5070 Ti Laptop for $1,599.99
The Acer Predator Helios Neo is a mid to high-end laptop featuring powerful components at a no-nonsense price. Build quality and materials is good with a solid aluminum top lid and a plastic composite bottom chassis. This particular configuration is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU, Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 32GB of DDR5-6400MHz RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Both the RAM and SSD are user-upgradeable. The gorgeous 16" OLED display features a 2.5K 189ppi resolution, 0.2ms response time, 240Hz refresh rate, HDR 500 True Black certification, and 100% DCI-P3 color space. Connectivity options include both Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1 ports and an ethernet port.
The Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX is a top performing CPU
The Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor has 24 cores and a max turbo frequency of 5.4GHz. This is the second most powerful Intel mobile CPU currently available (the Ultra 9 285HX has a slightly higher clock speed) and goes toe to toe with AMD's flagship Ryzen 9 9955HX processor. This is an excellent CPU to pair with a powerful GPU like the 5070 Ti.
The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti mobile GPU can handle the most demanding games
The RTX 5070 Ti mobile GPU is comparable in performance to the previous generation's RTX 4080 and pulls ahead of it in games that support DLSS 4. It should be able to handle even the newest and most demanding games like Ghost of Yotei, Battlefield 6, and Borderlands 4 on the native 2560x1600 resolution.

Black Friday deals season is fast approaching. It's the biggest shopping holiday of the year and overall the best time to find discounts on just about everything. If you're hoping to save some money on gifts and essentials in 2025, this upcoming sales event is your best bet.
With that in mind, Black Friday has evolved well beyond a single day of deals. While plenty of shoppers still tend to do the bulk of their actual shopping over Thanksgiving weekend, you will definitely be able to find good deals well before then. Best Buy has already launched its early Black Friday sale, so you don't even need to wait.
When Do Black Friday Sales Actually Start?
Black Friday is November 28 this year, but we expect most sales to drop much earlier than that. Based on last year, we expect all of the major online retailers to start offering "early" Black Friday disounts at the beginning of November or on Halloween and continue through the week before Thanksgiving. Right after that, the "official" Black Friday sales start going live.
Best Buy was the first retailer to reveal its sale dates for 2025, and it looks like its Black Friday sales will start on Thursday, November 20 this year. Amazon was one of the first retailers to kick off the sale last year on the Thursday before Thanksgiving weekend, and it would seem that trend has caught on for 2025. Amazon will almost certainly match Best Buy's sale start time. Costco has also announced that part of its sale will begin on November 17 this year with more deals arriving online on Thanksgiving.
You'll be able to do most of your online Black Friday shopping the weekend before Thanksgiving.
Best Buy, Costco, Target, and Walmart have all made an announcement about sale dates, so it's probably safe to say that you'll be able to do most of your online Black Friday shopping the weekend before Thanksgiving in 2025. For many brick-and-mortar stores, you may be able to expect the full discounts even earlier. Some sales will still only take place on actual Black Friday, like at the LEGO Store, but for the most part the discounts will start ahead of then.
What Deals to Expect From Major Retailers
With the ongoing tariffs and recent price increases in the U.S., it's difficult to predict exactly what discounts we'll see during the 2025 Black Friday season. The IGN Deals team has been covering shopping events all year and we have a decent idea of what you can expect, even if the prices will be higher than what we saw last year.
Amazon Black Friday
Amazon has one of the biggest Black Friday sales every year and tends to have discounts on just about everything. Based on previous Amazon sales like Prime Day and Prime Big Deal Days, you can expect the same discounts on Amazon devices we saw earlier this year. The lowest prices will most likely be on Kindles and Fire TV sticks, as well as Echo speaker bundles. Amazon has also been pushing a pretty steep discount on the Luna controller and subsequent bundles during every major sale this year. These particular discounts will most likely be exclusive to Prime members.
Outside of Amazon devices, the online retailer will also automatically match prices on popular products that are offered at other retailers. That means you can expect discounts on things like Apple devices, LEGO sets, laptops, TVs, and just about every other brand not exclusively owned by another major retailer. Amazon's Black Friday sale will usually be offering the same low price (or lower) as any of its competitors for these types of items.
After Amazon, the next biggest Black Friday sale you can expect is at Walmart. These discounts will be both in store and online, but the online savings should start a bit earlier. Walmart usually has some of the best deals on Apple devices like iPad and AirPods. You'll usually also find some of the lowest prices of the year on Walmart-exclusive products like Onn electronics, select Vizio TVs, some gaming PC configurations (see: the recent GeForce sale), and certain home appliances.
In the past, Walmart has also had some great Nintendo Switch deals that Amazon wasn't able to offer. We'd expect to see this again this year, most likely on newer Switch 2 games or Pokémon cards. Expect some of these discounts to be available early for Walmart+ members, which has been the case for other major sales this year.
In addition to popular tech and games, Walmart also tends to have deals on groceries, clothing, and toys. Walmart has been especially known to offer particularly good LEGO discounts, but stock tends to be fairly limited.
The Best Buy Black Friday sale is usually the best collection of tech deals during the holiday season. Many of these discounts will be price-matched by Amazon and Walmart, but it will still likely have all of the same Apple devices, TVs, and video games on sale as everywhere else. You can also likely expect some sort of video game console deal on the PS5/PS5 Pro and Xbox Series X. With the continued price increases, this could just mean getting a free Best Buy gift card with your purchase, but it will still be a better deal than paying full price with no additional benefits.
In addition to consoles, video games, and video game accessories, Best Buy also tends to be one of the best places to buy handheld gaming PCs and laptops. With the recent release of the ROG Xbox Ally X, Best Buy has been the only retailer to keep stock. You can likely expect price cuts on the previous generation ROG Ally devices at Best Buy this year, as well as other popular handhelds. We also expect competitive pricing around newer laptops with the latest 50-series GPUs.
For more information on what to expect, check out the Best Buy Black Friday ad from last year. Best Buy has stated that it will have new doorbuster deals dropping every friday starting on Halloween this year, so expect the deals to arrive early.
Target Black Friday
The Target Black Friday sale is usually pretty similar to Walmart's Black Friday sale every year. Expect similar discounts on video games, toys, Apple products, and appliances that you'll find everywhere else. Where Target tends to differentiate from competitors in its exclusives. The retailer has partnered with a bunch of different home brands and is usually the only place you'll be able to buy those items at a discount during Black Friday shopping season. This makes it a great place to do your shopping if you're planning on buying any decor upgrades for your home.
Target has also been consistently offering some unique discounts on select toys that Amazon hasn't been able to price match. The most recent example is a LEGO sale on new 2025 sets. Amazon did match prices on a few of the sets, but not all of them. We'd expect this to happen on Black Friday too, so you'll need to check prices between retailers on the more popular toy items.
For more information on what to expect this year, check out the Target Black Friday ad from last year. Target has announced an early Black Friday sale for November 6-8 this year and it's larger official sale will begin on Thanksgiving.
Costco Black Friday
Costco is a bit of a wildcard during the Black Friday season as it offers deals on pretty much everthing. For 2025, the full Costco Black Friday schedule has already been revealed and you can already see what deals to expect. Included in the holiday booklet there steep discounts on furniture, jewelry, and electronics. The same discounts you find at Amazon for select TVs and video games will likely also be available at Costco even if they aren't featured in the ad. You can also expect steeper warehouse discounts, like on the Kirkland Signature jewelry or various furniture items that are only featured for a limited time.
In addition to things like toys, gifts, and household items, Costco usually has some pretty decent grocery deals during the holiday season. You can usually find these ahead of Thanksgiving on things like turkey, snacks, and various other items. You will still need to buy in bulk, but the stacked savings on top of that are usually worth it.
For more information on what to expect this year, check out the expansive Costco Black Friday ad for 2025.
Other major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, and Target will all have discounts on furniture as part of their Black Friday sales. But the overall largest discounts on furniture will be at Wayfair during this time. Wayfair consistently has the best furniture deals anywhere during the holiday season and you should be able to find a good deal on just about everything you can purchase for your home.
As for what specific discounts to expect, we can check out the Wayfair early Black Friday sale to get a better idea. On average you can save around 50% on chairs, tables, rugs, decor, and even pool tables. These discounts will sometimes be locked to a specific color or material type, and sometimes you'll be able to find steeper discounts on overtock items if you dig deep enough. The early access sale is happening right now through November 10 and we expect the main Black Friday sale to replace that with more deals sometime before Thanksgiving.
eBay Black Friday
eBay is still the Wild West when it comes to tracking down deals. There are plenty of bargains to be found, but a fair amount of research is required to be able to identify them from the other listings masquerading as deals. Most deals won't be discounted during Black Friday, however eBay will likely offer a sitewide coupon code - typically anywhere between 15% and 30% off - that will work on thousands of items from tech, apparel, sporting goods, home improvement, and more. General eBay codes will always be advertised on eBay's Deals page. Currently eBay is offering a 20% off coupon code "TECH4THEM" that works on over 2,500 refurbished items including the Meta Quest 3 and LG Evo C5 OLED TVs.
Barnes & Noble
Although Barnes & Noble doesn't offer the same level of deals as a retailer like Amazon, it's still one of the best places to buy books and toys during Black Friday season. It's also pretty easy to predict what Barnes & Noble's Black Friday sale will look like because it's always fairly similar. You can expect 50% off select books and Blu-rays as well as some surprisingly good deals on LEGO sets. There's also a pretty decent gift card deal going on already that gets you $10 of credt for every $100 you spend on gift cards.
The real question is what books and toys will actually be included in those sales. You can take a look at last year's Barnes & Noble Black Friday sale for an idea of what to expect in 2025.
What to Buy on Black Friday This Year
Black Friday is the best time to buy most things online or in stores, but there are some items that get significantly bigger discounts during this time. If you're looking to save as much money as possible during Black Friday and Cyber Monday this year, here a few product categories that we expect will massive discounts this year.
TVs and Monitors
The best time to buy a TV or a new gaming monitor is without a doubt Black Friday season. This has been the case since Black Friday first became a thing and will long continue to be a trend we see repeated in the years to come. There are cheap TVs and monitors available pretty much year-round, but it's during this time of year that we see the steepest discounts on newer models. The popular LG C-Series TVs, for example, have already started dropping in price ahead of November. Many of these brands are not affectd by U.S. tariffs as well, so we likely won't see the same markup we're seeing on other products this year.
Video Game Consoles
While you shouldn't expect discounts on the new Nintendo Switch 2, both PS5 and Xbox consoles will most likely be getting discounts this year. Costco has already confirmed a price cut on the PlayStation Slim console, which means November is for sure going to be the best time to buy to buy a PS5. These prices cuts aren't as steep as previous years, but they are notable due to consoles seeing price increases this year.
Outside of consoles themselves, Black Friday's also a great time to pick up any accessories. We're already seeing early price drops on the DualSense Edge controller as well as a spread of Xbox controllers.
And, of course, this is one of the best times to find discounts on games. This is especially true if you're looking to buy actual physical games as Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart will all have some sort of sale worth checking out. GameStop usually has a pretty good Black Friday sale as well. Expect popular titles to drop below $30 for the first time and $10 discounts on recently released games in some cases.
Toys and LEGO Sets
Due to its proximity to Christmas, Black Friday is undoubtedly the best time to buy LEGO sets and other toys. In all of the previews we have gotten so far (from Walmart and Costco), toys are heavily featured in those discounts. In fact, we're already seeing a 40% discount on some of the most popular LEGO sets at Target. That doesn't necessarily mean every type of toy or LEGO set will get discounted, but you can expect to see price cuts on items that haven't gone on sale all year during this time.
Apple Products
Although Apple does usually offer some sort of Black Friday promotion every year, but it's the other retailers that tend to have the best discounts. Black Friday is always the best time to buy a new iPad, AirPods, Apple Watches, and pretty much all other iOS accessories. Major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy will all be competing for the lowest price on the latest devices and we usually see the lowest prices all year on the latest Apple releases. This season is also a generally good time to buy an iPhone as most carriers will start offering their holiday promotions in November for the new iPhone 17 models.
Gaming Laptops and PCs
Black Friday has always been one of the best times to buy a new gaming PC or laptop. In 2025 this is especially true as we're finally starting to see the first discounts on prebuilt machines with 50-series GPUs included. Major retailers like Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart will usually have at least one really good deal over the holiday weekend worth checking out. You can also expect significant discounts direct from manufacturers like Dell, Lenovo, and HP that are just as good if not better than what we've seen all year long.
Phones
Black Friday is by far the best time to buy a new phone. This is mostly because we see all of the biggest discounts around this time, but it's also thanks to the release schedules of new phones. Both Google and Apple launch their new flagship phones in the fall and it's around November that we start seeing prices drop on new and previous generation phones.
If you're looking for deals on unlocked phones, some of those discounts have already begun. You can already get a great deal on a Google Pixel 10 smartphone at Amazon right now. We also expect the Samsung Galaxy phones to get similar discount later in the season.
Books, Comics, and Manga
Any physical media collectors will definitely have a great opportunity to stock their shelves during Black Friday. Amazon often runs BOGO or '3 for 2' promotions on books, movies, and even board games. The 3 for 2 sale popped up last Black Friday and returned more recently during the retailer’s October Prime Day. It’s very likely we see some variation on it toward the end of November, which is a great opportunity to scoop up individual books as well as box sets and special editions.
If you're on the e-reader wave, Kindle Unlimited, a solid platforms for comics, will have some form of promotion. Audible, the audiobook haven, has already launched a "three months for $3" deal that will last through December. Otherwise, individual physical media deals will pop up across more tailored retailers like Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million. Expect price drops on classics as well as the newest book releases.
Streaming Services
Regardless of what streaming services you're subscribed to, I'm willing to bet you encountered a price hike at one point or another in 2025. To cut down on subscription costs, I recommend stocking up whenever there's a discount. One of the only guaranteed times to see streaming discounts is Black Friday.
DVDs will be included in pretty much every retailer's sale and will most likely be price-matched at Amazon. It's worth checking in on any movie or TV release you've had an eye on, including preorders, and using a price-tracking tool like camelcamelcamel to see if it's hit an all-time low.
TCG Products
It's not a secret that TCG pricing has gotten pretty out of control. The biggest suspect here is Pokemon, but with new licensing (looking at you, Universes Beyond) and ongoing issues with scalpers, we've also seen progressively higher prices on Magic: The Gathering and Disney Lorcana. Black Friday will likely feature a spread of discounts on TCG products, but it's worth doing your research on the MSRP of individual boosters or bundles to make sure you're getting an actual deal.
Black Friday is the best time to buy pretty much everything, but that doesn't mean everything will go on sale. There are some products that won't see any discounts at all simply because they are too new or demand is just too high. This is particularly true when it comes to things like tech and popular toys. For example Nintendo just launched the Switch 2 this year and there's very little chance we'll see any Black Friday deals on the new console outside of bundles that already exist. The same thing goes for the recently released Xbox Ally X, which has very little chance of receiving a discount so soon after launch.
When it comes to toys, don't expect discount on anything that has come out in the last few months. This is especially true for new LEGO releases as we usually don't see discounts on those until six months or more after the initial release date.
Tips for Black Friday Shopping Online
It may seem silly to start planning your Black Friday shopping right now, but doing so can help you save a lot of money when it comes time to actually start making purchases. Here are a few Black Friday tips that you should consider ahead of the event:
Set a Budget – Keeping track of how much money you can actually spend is important to avoid overspending. When everything is on sale, it can be easy to buy more than you really should just because things are at their lowest price of the year.
Create a Shopping List – Knowing exactly what you're trying to find discounts on is a great way to avoid making unnecessary purchases. It can also make it easier for you to compare prices between retailers or set price drop alerts ahead of time.
Compare Prices – Retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart make it really easy to do all of your shopping there. That being said, those retailers don't always have the best price on the items you're looking for. Make sure to compare prices across the web before you buy something for more than you have to.
Research Before You Buy – If you're making an expensive purchase, make sure you do at least some research before you buy it. This means looking for independent reviews or testimony from trusted sources about those products. You shouldn't necessarily trust Amazon reviews, for example.
Be Wary of Search Results and AI Summaries - Search platforms, such as Google, have a tendency to be flooded with sponsored links in the results as well as AI summaries that are potentially biased. Be careful to avoid clicking on a sponsored ad if you're looking for reviews or searching for specific products by price.
When it comes to buying a new gaming PC, one of the main reasons to buy an off-the-shelf option rather than building one yourself is to get something reliable that is professionally put together. As good as my cable management skills are, they rarely measure up to what the pros can manage.
I want a good spread of hardware to choose from, though, which is why it’s encouraging to see such a broad swathe of configurations from the Asus ROG G700. If you want something modest and affordable, there are options for that. If you’d rather kit it out with the fastest CPU and GPU combination money can buy, that option’s there too. In any case, you get the same high build quality, sleek-looking, gaming PC with a roomy case, capable cooling, and attractive RGB lighting.
It’s a big’ old system, though. So you’ll want to ensure you have plenty of space on your desk or floor, and that you’re feeling strong on the day it arrives – or at least get someone to help you.
Design and Features
The G700 is a full-tower gaming PC measuring 18.88 inches tall and 20.05 inches long, and that doesn’t include the feet, which give it at least another inch of verticality. That means this system takes up a lot of space wherever you put it, but conversely also has plenty of internal volume which makes future maintenance or upgrades much easier.
In the more immediate term, however, it means you can enjoy a lot of the ROG branding that Asus covered this PC with. That’s going to be a love it or hate it thing for most folks, and it’s worth considering this PC is for gamers. That perhaps shouldn’t surprise considering it’s part of the ROG family, which of course stands for Republic of Gamers. This is no sleeper system, with RGB-lit ROG branding along the PSU shroud and on an acrylic panel just behind the front fans.
There’s even a multi-sentence mission statement of sorts on the PSU shroud which talks about how ROG kingdom gamers don’t conform and stand out from the pack. An interesting juxtaposition for a mass-produced gaming PC.
Cable management is excellent, with Asus seemingly adopting a design philosophy of hiding wires where it can, and making them flow with the natural lines of the system where it can’t. There’s a shroud for the 20+4 pin power connector, a PSU shroud that covers the entire base of the case, and the PWM fan cables and 12v-2x6 connector are as tucked away as they can be, giving everything a clean aesthetic.
It’s decidedly forward-looking in its design, lacking any kind of 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drive bay space. There’s enough physical room for heaps of drives, but no mounting solutions. That makes bringing over older SATA drives from your previous PC a little tricky. You can wedge them in behind the PSU shroud with some double-sided tape, but there are no mounting holes for them.
It actually feels like Asus missed a trick there. It could easily have included some screw holes on the back of the motherboard tray for some 2.5-inch drives and there’s a clear spot at the front where a 3.5-inch drive could be fitted to the floor.
If you don’t care about such ancient standards, and most of the people buying this system off-the-shelf probably don’t, it’s no big deal, but it’s something worth bearing in mind if you’re upgrading and want to bring some of your storage with you.
Still, this is one system you’re going to want to dust regularly to keep that sleek and clear aesthetic alive. You won’t need to worry about GPU sag though, as Asus has installed a sturdy GPU bracket that fits the aesthetic without standing out.
Front panel connectors include a pair of USB-A 3.2 gen 1 and a single USB-C 3.2 gen 1, as well as mic and headphone inputs – plenty for most uses. Since this system uses a B860 motherboard, the back isn’t extensive, though you still get nine USB-A ports topping out at 3.2 Gen 2, and a USB-C 3.2 gen 2 port, as well as Gigabit ethernet, DisplayPort 1.4 for onboard graphics, and a trio of audio connectors. The 5070 Ti in this build has the standard three DisplayPorts and a single HDMI connector.
It has all the ports you need for standard peripherals like keyboards and mice, though if you’re the kind of person who does a lot of big data transfers to external drives you might want to invest in some faster ports via a PCIe card.
The PSUs is LiteON branded which is a well known OEM of strong-enough repute that I’m not concerned about it powering the components. At 850W and 80+ Gold rated, it’s got enough going for it that you shouldn’t need to upgrade any time soon. There’s nothing in the way of spare cables, though, so you’ll need adapters if you want to add any add-in cards that require external power.
Performance
AMD might get the most love for its gaming CPUs this generation, but the Intel’s Core Ultra 265K and combined with the 5070 Ti, this PC is more than capable of hitting high frame rates and punching above its weight. I wouldn’t typically consider the 5070 Ti a 4K graphics card, but in most of the games in our test suite, the ROG G700 delivered excellent performance.
It managed over 100 fps in many of the games we tested at 4K, including Forza Horizon 5, Black Ops 6, and Metro Exodus: Enhanced Edition – and that’s without frame generation, too. Even the more demanding games, like Cyberpunk and Black Myth Wukong were very playable considering their settings were almost completely maxed out, though DLSS certainly helped smooth out the FPS.
With frame generation enabled we saw much higher frame rates in those two super-demanding games, though with a bit of noticeable flicker in Black Myth Wukong, which would encourage me to play without it – but your mileage may vary. It’s much more of a useful option in Forza, though, where it took the fps very close to a buttery smooth 190 FPS.
Total War: Warhammer III is a great test, as it’s a demanding, but older, DirectX 11 game that doesn’t offer any kind of dynamic upscaling or frame generation support; It’s all pure, raw rasterized rendering. The ROG G700 performed admirably there, almost hitting 90 FPS which looks great on a high refresh rate display.
Unfortunately, when you start gaming quite hard the fans spin up enough that noise levels do become quite noticeable. You’ll probably want to game in headphones for more demanding games that push the heat and fan speed up.
The standard configuration is strong, though, with Asus holding back from filling the system with bloatware. Resizeable BAR is enabled by default too, which is nice to see, although oddly XMP wasn’t. That’s an easy fix, but seems like an odd oversight when so much thought and care seems to have gone into the rest of the system.
Then, during general office work, web browsing, and streaming, the Asus ROG G700 isit’s quiet and lacks any kind of obvious coil whine. Performance is strong, with everyday tasks feeling snappy and responsive
Maintaining a tidy desk area doesn't have to be labor intensive or expensive. Compressed air canisters used to be the standard but nowadays there is a more versatile and cost effective solution. Ahead of Black Friday, the Konpayde cordless electric air duster is on sale for just $17.99 after you clip a $2 off coupon on the product page and apply $20 off promo code "WRHJRJTT". Most electric air dusters under $50 on Amazon are rebadged X3 or X3 Mini air dusters - meaning they are mostly identical - so I'd recommend just getting whichever one is least expensive. There are other more powerful and more rugged options like the Wolfbox MF100 (which I also recommend), but they are much more expensive.
Konpayde Cordless Electric Air Duster for PC for $17.99
The Konpayde cordless rechargeable electric air duster is a fairly straightforward device. An internal fan spins at a very high RPM to move an appreciable amount of air through a relatively narrow nozzle, producing a tight, high-velocity stream that's more than strong enough to kick up layers of dust that's been sitting on top of your computer components. It has three speed settings, although I would recommend keeping it at the max speed for optimal results. You also get three different sized nozzles, including a narrow funnel for tight spaces like the crevices in your keyboard and a wider nozzle for AoE damage. It also conveniently charges via USB Type-C.
The best thing about an electric duster as opposed to a compressed air canister is that it isn't disposable. The battery lasts long enough for your PC maintenance and then it can be recharged with a USB Type-C cable, which is included. Your uses aren't limited to dusting, either. I have a similar variant of this air duster that I use for all manner of cleaning, including cleaning my coffee grinder, drying my dog, blowing leaves, and killing spiders.

It may be the first week of November, but one of the best Black Friday sales for physical media collectors has already kicked off. Barnes & Noble has officially launched a 50% discount on The Criterion Collection that lasts until December 7. That's a full month of deals, so you can take your time scrolling for a solid spread of movies. I'd recommend approaching it as your own month-long Closet Picks interview.
50% Off The Criterion Collection at Barnes & Noble
The Criterion Collection includes well over 1,000 films on various forms of home video. Criterion’s approach to film preservation is most evident in special “Director Approved” editions that were restored in collaboration with the director themselves. All Criterion releases come loaded with audio commentary tracks (a feature Criterion pioneered) and additional special features. And, of course, they have the coolest cover art in the business.
The Criterion Collection sale at Barnes & Noble applies a 50% discount to all existing releases. Most 4Ks are priced at $49.99, dropping to $24.99. Most Blu-rays are priced at $39.99 and have dropped to $19.99. Finally, standard DVDs are usually $29.99, dropping to $14.99. Collections and special editions deviate from this pricing, but the 50% discount applies across the board.
The major exclusion is preorders releasing after the end date of the sale, December 7. New releases up until then, including Stanley Kubrick’s Eyes Wide Shut, are on the table. The sale applies to online exclusives like the massive Wes Anderson collection and is available in Barnes & Noble stores. You can also expect price-matching at Amazon and Target.
Black Friday Is the Best Time to Add to Your Physical Media Collection
The Criterion Collection usually has two major sales in a year: one in July and one in November. This is the one in November. Otherwise, Criterion has somewhat random flash sales that only last for 24 hours. In other words, this is definitely your best bet for stocking up on gifts ahead of the holidays (including gifts for yourself, I don’t judge).
Physical media has always been important to collectors, but its popularity died down quite a bit in the age of streaming services. There was a delighful in-between era when you could buy a bunch of Blu-rays and DVDs from a bargain bin at Walmart for only $5 each, but that time has since passed. These days, there is still a steady stream of movies and TV shows released on physical discs, but it's not nearly at the same level of abundance as it was even 10 years ago.
The good news is that 4K UHD and Blu-ray movies have been making a comeback. With major streaming services like HBO Max dropping even originals from its platform, there are many folks looking for a way to truly own their favorite media. Unfortunately, the cost of these discs is a lot higher than it used to be. There are no longer bins you can sort through to find a great movie for cheap and most of your shopping will be online. If you want to continue to build (or start building) a physical media collection, it can get expensive fast.
If you're looking for advice for saving money, IGN pretty regularly covers discounts on 4K and Blu-ray releases. There's no "best" time to buy for every movie or TV show, but there are a few times a year where you can definitely expect savings. We'll break down the best times to buy below.
Look for Savings During Sales Events
Online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Barnes & Noble will usually offer some sort of discount around major sales events. This could either be in the form of direct discounts or some sort of "buy one, get one" sale. Here are the key times throughout the year to look for these savings.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November-December)
Arguably the best time of year to buy pretty much anything at a discount is Black Friday season, followed by Cyber Monday. Every major retailer will be competing for your business, and physical media has been more a part of that in recent years. You should expect similar discounts we've seen throughout the rest of the year and some of the very first discounts on some of the most popular 4K movies of 2025. These sales begin in early November and will last all the way through December after Cyber Monday wraps up. This year, we've already seen Barnes & Noble launch their annual Black Friday sale: 50% off the entire Criterion Collection.
Prime Day (July)
Amazon Prime Day has consistently been one of the best times of year to buy physical media. In 2025 that was especially true as Amazon launched a massive "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" sale on a ton of movies. This promotion was in addition to some great discounts on popular 4K movies and TV series box sets. Prime Day takes place sometime in the middle of July every year, so it's a great time to grab discounts on popular titles from the previous summer that got released earlier.
Criterion Collection Sales
If you're specifically looking to buy movies from the Criterion Collection, you'll be happy to know there are usually four times a year when you can find savings. The biggest Criterion Collection sales take place at Barnes & Noble, with a blanket 50% off sale on everything in the collection except for preorders. The sale typically occurs throughout July and has now returned for Black Friday. Outside of that, the Criterion website has two 24-hour flash sales a year that offer similar discounts for a much smaller window of time. The next one of these will supposedly take place sometime in October.
Holiday Weekends
While discounts on 4K and Blu-ray discs aren't as guaranteed during holiday weekends, they are still usually a pretty good time to find deals. Almost every major online retailer will have some sort of sales page for Labor Day, Memorial Day, and even Presidents' Day—which usually means discounts on movies as well. These types of sales will usually take place about a week before the actual federal holiday, so you can usually start shopping ahead of the weekend to find price cuts. Amazon also has a tendency to offer one of its "Buy One, Get One" sales around these times that make shopping for your collection worthwhile.
When to Find Deals on Steelbooks
If you're building a collection, you are likely going to want to add at least a few steelbooks to your collection. These are movies or TV series collections that are wrapped up in a special steelbook case with some sort of limited-edition artwork on the front and bonus features inside. Because of these extras, they tend to be the most expensive version of any release. That being said, they do go on sale and when those discounts actually happen varies.
Near the End of the Preorder Window
The ongoing list of upcoming 4K and Blu-ray releases includes a mix of steelbooks of the most new movies of the year as well as re-releases of popular older movies. When preorders for these steelbooks first go live, they tend to be at their most expensive. Depending on how popular the movie is, limited-edition steelbooks have the potential to sell out pretty quickly. However, if it isn't a really sought after title then you can usually find some sort of discount closer to its actual release date. So if it's a collector's edition of something you really want, you can potentially wait for a discount and hope it doesn't sell out. Amazon also offers a preorder price guarantee that will automatically get that discount if the price does drop, so you can always take the route of preordering early if your don't want to miss out on your chance to get it.
A Month or More After Release
Assuming a steelbook doesn't sell out before it actually releases, retailers will likely have an abundance of stock they will need to offload at some point. Sometimes this comes in the form of a discount pretty shortly after the initial release date, but usually you'll have to wait a bit. Collectors who missed the initial preorder window are often still willing to pay full price for a new steelbook shortly after release. This means you can usually expect discounts about a month or so after the initial release date. You're unlikely to find these discounts on the really popular new movies with limited-edition steelbooks, but they are often available on the re-releases or anniversary editions of films that don't get as much attention from being in the zeitgeist as recently.
A Lynne Ramsay film is often bracing and biting, wrestling with thorny themes in a way that promotes raw, salt-in-your-wound vulnerability. Her latest, Die My Love, is an honest depiction of post-pregnancy woes that greeting card companies don’t want you to see. The harrowing adaptation of Ariana Harwicz’s novel aligns with titles like If I Had Legs I’d Kick You or Rosemary’s Baby, depicting motherhood not as this angelic blessing, but grueling entrapment. It’s a bit too surreal and non-linear for its own good, shuffling through narrative fogginess, but is propelled by performances that rage with passionate expressions. The good, the bad, it’s all artfully depicted by Ramsay (whose previous directing credits include Ratcatcher, We Need to Talk About Kevin, and You Were Never Really Here)—as long as you don’t find yourself lost in the film’s more ethereal qualities.
Jennifer Lawrence stars as Grace, and Robert Pattinson as Jackson, transplants from New York City who seek serenity in Montana. Before long, they become new parents in the sticks—not much to do, hardly anyone around except Jackson’s mother, Pam (Sissy Spacek). Grace and Jackson transform from this sexually charged, free-willed couple into stressed-out, exhausted husks of their libido-fueled selves. Grace especially succumbs to the crushing isolation of rural motherhood, which causes her mental health to rapidly decline. Once a writer, Grace trades her poetic words for a whining baby and soul-sucked husband—ah, the American dream.
Die My Love is about the “death” of Grace. Lawrence and Pattinson begin the film with puppy-love optimism and tremendous sexual chemistry, unable to stay untangled in one another’s limbs. Ramsay and co-writer Enda Walsh ensure we clock Grace and Jackson at their most heated, hypnotized by Cupid’s magic, as a comparison to the sobering mundanity that overtakes once the baby arrives. This steamy, magnetic energy brings Grace and Jackson together, with Lawrence and Pattinson depicting love in an addictive fervor, if only to emphasize the sunken-eyed maturation of a relationship that has lost its spark. We’ve surely encountered this arc before, but Ramsay brings an intensity to both sides that stokes intrigue by escalating conflicts à la Marriage Story.
Lawrence shoulders tremendous burdens in Die My Love, as Grace watches her playful vivaciousness, her sun-bright vitality, melt away. She’s stripped of defining qualities, which Lawrence reacts to with tragic instability. The actress glides through a rapid-fire display of emotions in a single scene, shifting from seething mad to tearily depressed and then zanily uninhibited. Grace becomes the unpredictable centerfold for women who classify motherhood as an identity crisis, where they devolve into an extension of their child. How Lawrence sustains that chaotic brand of severe displeasure, or how Pattinson portrays a workaholic husband increasingly out of his depth, is the film’s secret sauce. If it were a just world, Lawrence would be in the same Best Actress pool as Rose Byrne for If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.
As remarkable as the lead performances are, Die My Love’s storytelling structure is bent out of shape.
However, for as remarkable as the lead performances are, Die My Love’s storytelling structure is bent out of shape. Scenes feel more like dreams crashing into one another, whether they’re Grace’s delusions or actual events. LaKeith Stanfield plays a mysterious motorcyclist who tempts an inconsolably horny Grace, but his teases offer a disjointed subplot. It’s sometimes hard to decipher if what’s happening is in chronological succession or a flashback, as Ramsay wants us, the audience, to succumb to Grace’s mania. It’s a risky maneuver that sets continuity ablaze, much like how Grace finds comfort in a vision of forest fires engulfing her existence. Ramsay deploys hysteria as a weapon, letting it infect, yet ultimately tarnish her film’s composure as narrative throughlines blow away like embers lost to Grace’s inferno.
Once the ash settles, Die My Love is seen in a different light. It’s the story of a wild-at-heart mama losing her individuality to societal conformity, but with a basic examination under arthouse flourishes. Lawrence’s provocative interactions with Pattinson and a standout Sissy Spacek are lost to stylistic distress over substantial emotional payoffs. We’re captured by breathtaking moments and Seamus McGarvey’s intimate cinematography, vignettes where Grace passionately pleads for help in destructive ways, but altogether, Ramsay’s latest is haphazardly assembled. Whether or not that ruins your experience will depend on your ability to view Die My Love as a performance showcase—its crowning quality, no doubt.
You know something didn’t quite go right when the best mode in Battlefield 6’s battle royale-focused spin-off, Battlefield REDSEC, is the one that isn’t a battle royale at all. While REDSEC takes notes from other grounded-ish military battle royales, it doesn’t innovate much on what’s already worked. The destructible environments and powerful vehicles of the otherwise exciting multiplayer seem like a perfect fit for this genre, but REDSEC’s relatively shallow execution just hasn’t hooked me the way Fortnite’s cartoonish chaos and electrifying events did, nor has it separated itself from the likes of PUBG or Call of Duty: Warzone. Instead, I’ve had way more fun when its map is used to push the boundary beyond the requisite ever-shrinking storm in the squad-based, elimination-driven Gauntlet mode that cleverly fleshes out the mission structure hidden within the battle royale’s streamlined familiarity.
You know the drill: you and a squadmate drop onto a massive map in the rapidly blinking eye of a destructive storm. In REDSEC’s case, a closing plume of neon-scarlet-streaked charcoal clouds surround a fictional military base in Southern California called Fort Lyndon. Looting Lyndon’s blown out shops and construction sites for anything you can find, your squad has to scrap its way to be the last one standing. EA clearly believes that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, and I can’t fault them for that.
Dotted with memorable named locations like the Golf Course and the Lighthouse, there are all kinds of high vantage points for sniping and tight corridors for scrapping. And with destructible terrain and a seemingly endless supply of artillery and airstrikes, these locations have a tendency to “lev-olve” into bombed-out rebar skeletons or collapse entirely (I learned this the comically hard way after dying to a ceiling). This blend of different battlefields makes for a balanced, tense frenzy within each named location, especially in matches with four-player squads. Even the dusty roads and stark topography in-between do a good job of keeping things balanced, with plenty of hills and valleys or scattered vans and small buildings offering cover from enterprising marksmen.
But when cover fails, you’ll get a second chance if you fall early enough in battle and your squadmate doesn’t revive you in time. That comes complete with a second drop-in (over your squadmate if they’re still kicking, or above a random location if you’re both wiped within a few seconds of each other), and you’ll need to re-up on gear and consumables from there. I like that you can even make re-deploying at the right moment work in your favor, because you can aim for special pickups from your parachute that weren’t there when the match started.
The battle royale mode actually dilutes the chaos of Battlefield 6’s multiplayer.
Battlefield 6’s class system translates well into a battle royale, with each of the four classes offering something helpful. I usually stuck with the all-around Assault class that specializes in assault rifles because it has the best boosts for completing REDSEC’s mid-match missions, but each class shines in its own way. The Engineer class seems the most useful at first glance because it can repair vehicles just like in the main mode, as well as use its blowtorch to open special weapon lockers that are otherwise locked. But the Recon and Support classes each offer their own benefits too, especially in a four-player squad.
Classes aside, REDSEC’s battle royale modes actually dilute the chaos and excitement of Battlefield 6’s premium modes, spreading the madness out over a massive map. Its 100-person lobbies are about 50% bigger than the 64 people in an All-Out Warfare match, but Fort Lyndon is definitely more than 50% bigger than your average Battlefield 6 map. This math does REDSEC no favors. Suddenly, crazy and complex sequences with collapsing buildings and vehicular showdowns lose their chaotic excitement because the open map gives you more places to run and hide. As a result, REDSEC doesn’t have much to set it apart from other military battle royales. Its hardcore “realism-ish” nature might be part of the draw to anyone looking to avoid getting ran at by Nicki Minaj or Homer Simpson, but nobody’s going to confuse the tacticool aesthetic for personality. It kind of feels like this could be any other big-budget military shooter adapted into a battle royale.
Thankfully, REDSEC’s compelling mission structure takes a rewarding cleaver to the otherwise ho-hum military doldrums. They’re kind of like the missions and bounties you’d find in Fortnite, but with better rewards and more diverse challenges. Automatically populating in your map menu after the first few seconds of each match, you’re usually presented with three missions, but those options might diminish as the round goes on. The rewards (and risks of attracting others) that come with each mission, on the other hand, remain consistently worthwhile and well-communicated. They can provide helpful stuff like weapon upgrade packs, one-time-use abilities like destructive airstrikes and UAV surveillance drones that reveal enemies’ locations, battle pass XP, and strong guns. I love how explicit REDSEC makes all of the mission rewards. Sure, it doesn’t specify which weapon (or even type of weapon) will drop from a mission, but guns outside my preference still made a huge difference.
Even with otherwise uncooperative squadmates, those irresistible rewards spurred me into planting the bombs and capturing the waypoints required to earn them. That seems to be REDSEC’s secret sauce: each in-game mission pops up like clockwork after a few seconds, only requiring a couple of button presses to reveal the next target. Hinging on classic military FPS objectives like babysitting a planted bomb or picking up an important file so you can transmit its signal back to home base, these smaller sidequests add order and welcome direction to the otherwise listless pace of conquering the battlefield. Some, like planting a bomb, will reveal your location with a big red marker on nearby enemies’ screens and match that with an equally loud siren alerting opponents to your location.
Compelling missions take a rewarding cleaver to the military doldrums.
But if your loadout isn’t battle-ready and you’re worried about running into other players, there are more ways to get better gear. In addition to the standard looting option, weapons, armor, and other useful pickups will randomly rain from the sky. Custom Weapon Drops make for the most useful and desirable pickups, giving you access to one of your customized weapons from Battlefield 6’s standard multiplayer modes. I like that these drops work once for each player, rather than just giving one squad their trusty sniper or assault rifle, but it almost feels like a microcosmic participation trophy rather than rewarding squads who treat these drops like hard-push objectives and beat out the others.
REDSEC doesn’t offer enough to do in-between wiping enemy squads and looting military-themed chests compared to some of its contemporaries, but the map-driven context of each mission does add spontaneity and strategy to the ways you might carry out a mission. For example, taking a bomb-setting mission when you’re close to the otherwise slow and unthreatening firestorm that closes in around you might dissuade anyone from a risky diffusion that puts them right at the edge of the billowing wall of smoke.
In contrast, the Gauntlet mode ditches the storm entirely as it expands each of these extra objectives into full-fledged game modes. It pits a handful of four-player squads against each other to rack up the most points on each objective, and even adds a few extra scenarios to the mix, totaling eight different game types. I think my favorite is the area control mode, where each squad is competing for a small hexagonal chunk of the map that has its own corresponding satellite dish to take over. There are 15to compete for, making each round a chaotic, scrappy battle for domination that rewards different kinds of play depending on which part of the map you’re fighting over.
Gauntlet also cleverly recognizes that some people just want to play each mode like Deathmatch, and weighs points accordingly with kills and revives contributing to the scoreboard. And to make things more competitive, all points double in the last minute of each quick round, preventing any team from completely running away with the win. High-performing players from otherwise losing teams might also get reassigned into squads whose teammates disconnect, adding extra reward and incentive to do well.
The mode and objective will change throughout the four total rounds, with the two lowest-performing of eight squads getting eliminated each round until only two remain for one final showdown that plays out like a mini Battlefield match. Rotating through different named locations within Fort Lyndon, Gauntlet ends up working almost more like a brilliant mish-mash between Fall Guys and a squad-based, free-for-all version of traditional Battlefield than it does the otherwise uninspired battle royale that houses it.
Mass Effect fans have uncovered fresh artwork teasing the franchise's next game, which will feature the krogan race in the middle of a civil war.
Clues hidden in today's blog post from series boss Mike Gamble have been decoded by fans to uncover a hidden link on BioWare's website — and on it, our first piece of new Mass Effect teaser in two years.
The Mass Effect 5 artwork shows a battle-scarred krogan firing his gun, flanked by an army of helmeted krogan warriors. The title of the image is simply: "Civil War."
Mass Effect fans are already poring over the image, and there's a couple of obvious observations right off the bat. Firstly, the hero krogan in this image is old, the kind of old we've already seen in Mass Effect Andromeda, like your ancient krogan squadmate Drack.
But this isn't Drack, which begs the question — who are we looking at? The armor color is reminscent of Grunt, your Mass Effect 2 squadmate who was then just a youth. Though for him to be looking as old as Drack (who was over 1,000 years old!), it might suggest the next Mass Effect is similarly more than 1,000 years into Mass Effect 3's future.
From what we've seen already — a lightly-wrinkled Liara — this seems a little too far. Asari and krogan both have long lifespans, but Liara looked hundreds of years older, rather than 1,000. Could this be a new character? Or... could it just be Wrex? Mass Effect 1's fan-favorite krogan squadmate was already middle-aged in the original trilogy, so with another few hundred years on top, he may now be as old as Drack was in Andromeda.
The next big question, of course, is why are the krogan in the middle of a civil war? This one is perhaps easier to answer, when considering the range of endings Mass Effect 3 offered for the krogan race.
Krogan have always been portrayed as warlike and expansionist, though they have suffered from infertility due to an artifical plague which saw their numbers dwindle and homeworld left almost barren. But Shepard can choose to aid their cause and reverse the plague's effects — with results then dependent on your other choices.
Mass Effect 3's myriad of endings range from the krogan pursuing a peaceful renaissance, to their new-found numbers supercharging fresh calls for galactic expansion. Perhaps the next Mass Effect game will offer a storyline that caters to all of the above by suggesting two factions emerging: one which wants that expansion, and another that seeks to curb the race's worser instincts? Whatever's going on, it seems all is not well with the krogan, hundreds of years after the Reapers were destroyed.
Ahead of Black Friday, the official LG Store just dropped the price on a current generation LG OLED TV. Right now you can order a massive 77" LG Evo C5 4K OLED Smart TV for $1,999.99 with free delivery, which also includes your choice of free stand setup or free wall mounting. LG is also offering a free LG S40T 2.1ch soundbar and TV wall mount when you add them to the same order. If you can't wait until Black Friday, this is a great deal on a 2025 OLED TV.
Note that Amazon has price matched the TV, however you do not get the soundbar or wall mount.
77" LG Evo C5 4K OLED Smart TV for $1,999.99
Free LG S40T 2.1ch soundbar and wall mount (must add to the same order)
LG's OLED TVs have been our favorite TVs for console gaming for three years running thanks to their outstanding image quality, low input lag, and high refresh rate. The 2025 C5 uses LG's proprietary Evo panel, which is significantly brighter and offers a wider color gamut than traditional W-OLED TVs. Aside from higher production costs, there's no downside to this technology; the C5 boasts the near-infinite black levels, near-infinite contrast ratio, and near-instantaneous response times you'd expect from any OLED TV This is easily the best TV for streaming 4K HDR content in its intended glory.
The LG C5 has the necessary gaming features as well, including a native 120Hz panel that can be pushed to as high as 144Hz, HDMI 2.1 inputs for running PS5 games in 4K at up to 120fps, variable refresh rate (VRR) and auto low latency mode (ALLM). The C5 is also lightweight for its size because the rear cabinet housing is made of a composite fiber; for example, this 65" model weighs only 36 pounds without the stand, making it much easier to wall mount.

AliExpress is known for being one of the best online shops to pick up a 3D printer at the lowest possible price. I'm not talking about obscure, unvetted models. Some of the most popular 3D printer brands, including Creality (arguably the most well-known), Anycubic, and Flashforge, have official storefronts that carry some or all of their product lineup.
Below, I've picked out the best deals on 3D printers that are well-reviewed; the entry-level models are a great choice for anyone just starting out and not ready to invest a ton of money, and the higher-end models have all the features a seasoned professional could ask for, but without the exorbitant price tag. With coupons applied, you can pick up a fully-assembled 3D printer for as low as $170. All of the printers I've recommended below are sold by the manufacturer and ship locally for free from the United States. Plus, most orders will arrive within one to two weeks.

Not long you you wouldn't be able to find an electric bike for under $1,000. Although there are still plenty of "premium" brands that still sell ebikes for well above this threshold, it's no longer an accurate blanket statement. As we enter the Black Friday and holiday season, you can pick up an entry level ebike for as low as $300. The three deals below stand out for the following reasons: (1) they're a lot less expensive than buying the exact same bike off Amazon, (2) they're all shipped from a local US warehouse so you don't need to worry about tariffs or shipping delays, and (3) they're sold by reputable vendors with plenty of reviews and sales to back them up.
Amyet V9-G60 1000W Electric Bike for $423
AliExpress via Amyet's official seller account is offering the Amyet V9-G60 Electric Bike for just $423 after you apply $65 off coupon code "USCD35" during checkout. The same bike is priced at $485 plus $165 shipping on Amazon. I've posted this deal before and it has so far been the best selling ebike here at IGN. Of the three bikes in this roundup, this has the most powerful motor and the biggest battery.
The Amyet V9-G60 boasts a 1,000W (1,500W peak) brushless motor that can push the bike at speeds up to 32mph. The 48V 20AH (960Whr) battery can last up to 70 miles on a single charge (the actual distance is dependent on other factors like your speed, terrain, elevation, etc). Other features include a lightweight aluminum frame, Shimano components for its 7-speed transmission, dual suspension, and 20" wheels with 4" fat tires for a more comfortable ride. The bike comes 90% preassembled and includes a 1 year warranty. It's also pretty mod friendly in case you wanted to do your own upgrades (like swapping to hydraulic brakes).
Luckeep X1 Lite 750W Electric Bike for $470.77
The Luckeep X1 Lite is a better choice if you're looking for an e-bike that you can fold up and store away where space is limited, like in the trunk of your car or SUV. It's also a little bit lighter than the Amyet V9-G60. AliExpress has it on sale for $470.77 after $65 off coupon code "USCD65". The same bike is priced at $620 plus $99 shipping on Amazon.
The X1 Lite's 750W (1,500W peak) brushless motor can hit a top speed of about 28mph. The 48V 15AH (720Whr) battery can last up to 50 miles on a single charge. Like the Amyet V9-G60, it also features a lightweight aluminum frame, Shimano 7-speed transmission, and 20" wheels with 4" fat tires, and is covered by a 12 month warranty. The feature that sets this bike apart from the other two in the roundup is that it can be folded in half with the wheels stacked next to each other. This design makes it much easier to fit in a smaller space. A little engineering magic is needed to make sure that the frame maintains its rigidity and so this feature isn't commonly found in entry level bikes.
UrLife E20 Lite 750W Electric Bike for $319
The UrLife E20 Lite is the least expensive ebike in this roundup, and really just about the cheapest electric bike you can get anywhere. Where else can you get a brand new, pre-assembled ebike for just $319 (after you apply a $64 off coupon code "USCD35"). The same bike sells for $420 plus $90 shipping on Amazon.
UrLife E20 Lite is also the lightest bike in this roundup. Whereas the Luckeep X1 Lite weighs 70 pounds and the Amyet V9-G60 tops the chart at 77 pounds, the E20 Lite comes in at a modest 60 pounds. It's also equipped with a tamer 750W brushless motor with a peak rating of 1,000W, so the top speed is limited to a still respectable 20mph. The 48V 13AH (624Whr) battery, while being the smallest capacity battery in the roundup, has the best range at up to 80 miles, most likely because of the lighter weight and less power hungry motor.
This is an excellent entry level electric bike for an adult, or even a responsible teen who's never ridden an ebike before. The ebikes are not toys and you don't want to play with fire by getting something that is beyond your comfort zone. At this price, there's less damage to your wallet (and your dignity) if and when you put some dings and dents into it.

Nintendo recently raised the price of the new Nintendo Switch 2 Pro controller from $85 to $90, but here's an opportunity to get one for less than either price. AliExpress is currently offering an official Switch 2 Pro controller for just $83.02 after you apply $12 off coupon code "USCD12" during checkout. Your order ships free locally from the United States.
This is a brand new, genuine model, most likely from Hong Kong, China, or Japan. All Switch hardware (including the Pro 2 controller) is region unlocked, meaning you can use the controller with any US-based Nintendo Switch console without any additional steps. The only caveat is that imported peripherals don't come with a Nintendo warranty however AliExpress does offer a 15-day free return window.
Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller for $83.02
The original Switch Pro controller is, for the most part, still compatible with the new Switch 2. However, the new Pro controller brings a host of improvements to the table, including:
The only disadvantage of the Switch 2 Pro controller besides having to go out and pay money to get one is that it's not backwards compatible with the original Switch console. However, your options are limited because there's no better gamepad-style controller for the Switch 2 console. Check out our Switch 2 Pro controller review.

If you still haven't yet picked up a Nintendo Switch 2 because it's too expensive, there is an opportunity to get one at a discounted price. AliExpress is offering a Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World console bundle for just $459.30 (normally $500) after you apply a $65 off coupon code "USCD65" during checkout. It ships free locally from the United States (which means no tariffs and no obnoxiously long wait times).
Note that the console is a Hong Kong import. All international Switch consoles are region unlocked, meaning they can be used in the US without any problems and without any modification. You'll also be able to select English as your default language. This specific model will come with a Hong Kong style plug, but a US adapter is included. Imported consoles do not get a US-based Nintendo warranty. Fortunately, Aliexpress offers a generous 90-day free return window.
Nintendo Switch 2 with Mario Kart World for $459.30
Brand new, genuine, imported, region unlocked units
The Switch 2 console was released on June 5. It is backwards compatible with nearly all Switch 2 games as well as the original Joy-Cons and Switch Pro controller, although the new Switch 2 controllers offer more functionality. In his Nintendo Switch 2 review, Tom Marks sums up the Switch 2 as "a vital but unexciting upgrade to a console I already love."
Three major Switch 2 video games have been released: Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, and Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Logan Plant reviewed Mario Kart World and wrote that "Mario Kart World may not make the most convincing case that going open-world was the boost the series needed, but excellent multiplayer racing, incredible polish, and the thrilling new Knockout Tour mode still more than live up to its legacy." Mario Kart World currently sells for $79 if purchased separately.
Not only did we rate Donkey Kong a 10/10, it's the only game we've given a Masterpiece rating so far this year. In his Donkey Kong Bananza review, Logan Plant writes that "The leader of the bunch is finally back to kick some tail in Donkey Kong Bananza, a brilliant successor to Super Mario Odyssey and a smashing return for a classic Nintendo character."
Pokemon Legends: Z-A is the latest first party release and although it's also available for the original Switch, it's clearly Switch 2 optimized. In her Pokemon Legends: Z-A review, Rebekah Valentine wrote that "Pokemon Legends: Z-A finally feels like Game Freak hitting its stride in Pokemon’s 3D era, with a fun setting to explore, a well-written story, and a total battle system overhaul that works surprisingly well."
Kirby Air Riders Is Out on November 20
Following the Nintendo Direct on August 19, Kirby Air Riders for the Switch 2 went up for preorder on the Nintendo eShop for $69.99, or $10 less than the Mario racing sim. Sora Ltd. and Bandai Namco, the same team behind Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, as well as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, has teamed up to make this game, setting expectations high. Besides the obvious graphical improvements, gameplay changes, and track additions compared to the original Kirby Air Ride way back in 2003 for the Gamecube, other updates include an expanded roster that includes Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede, Chef Kawasaki, and Bandana Waddle Dee, more abilities, and more copy moves.

Early Black Friday Deals
Electric Bikes Starting at $319
Not long you you wouldn't be able to find an electric bike for under $1,000. Although there are still plenty of "premium" brands that still sell ebikes for well above this threshold, it's no longer an accurate blanket statement. As we enter the Black Friday and holiday season, you can pick up an entry level ebike for as low as $319.
LADPED Electric Scooter
Scooters have some major advantages over bikes. They're lighter, more compact, and usually less expensive. Electric assisted scooters give you more range and speed for less effort, and the brushless motor is pretty quiet. You'd think upgrading to one would cost you a lot of money, but that doesn't have to be the case. You can pick up a LADPED LP80 electric scooter for just $143.01 after you apply a $12 off coupon code "USCD12". It features a 350W brushless motor that can push the scooter at speeds of up to 19mph. The 36V 10.5aH battery that lasts up to 18 miles on a single charge.
3D Printers Starting at $170
AliExpress is known for being one of the best online shops to pick up a 3D printer at the lowest possible price. I'm not talking about obscure, unvetted models. Some of the most popular 3D printer brands, including Creality (arguably the most well-known), Anycubic, and Flashforge, have official storefronts that carry some or all of their product lineup. With coupons applied, you can pick up a fully-assembled 3D printer for as low as $170.
Portable Gaming Handhelds
AliExpress is widely regarded as the best online store to pick up a portable gaming handheld at an outrageously low price. These portable gaming handhelds feature small 3.5" displays, 32-bit or 64-bit processors, and usually run off Android or Linux. Despite the low price, these gaming handhelds are well built and feel like a professionally engineered product.
Nintendo Switch 2 with Mario Kart World (Import)
Donkey Kong Bananza for Switch 2 (Import)
It's unlikely that we will see any first party Nintendo Switch 2 games discounted at domestic retailers during Black Friday, but AliExpress is offering a great deal on an imported copy. Lucky Tech Store has it right now for $53.22 after $7 off coupon code "USCD07". Delivery is free and the game is shipped from a local US warehouse. That means it arrives within a week and you don't have to worry about tariffs. All physical Switch 2 games are region unlocked, so you'll be able to play this game without any problems on a US-based Switch 2 console.
Arzopa Z1C 16" 1080p USB-C Portable Monitor
A portable USB monitor for your laptop or gaming handheld like the Switch 2 or Steam Deck can give you additional screen real estate without sacrificing mobility. Arzopa's official store currently has the Arzopa Z1C 16" 1080p USB Type-C portable monitor for just $61 after coupon code "USCD07". You also get free shipping from a local US-based warehouse. The same monitor is currently selling for $129 on Amazon. The Arzopa Z1C weighs under 2 pounds and measures 0.37" thin. It has a mini HDMI port and dual USB Type-C ports (one with Power Delivery) for multiple connectivity options.
Allpowers 299Wh LiFePO4 Power Station
One of the most popular power stations on AliExpress is heavily discounted today. Right now you can pick up the Allpowers R600 299Wh LiFePO4 Power Station for just $140.72 after you apply off coupon code "USCD12". The Allpowers R600 is a portable 299WH power station for off-grid use, whether it be as in-home battery backup or your sole source of power during your outdoor adventures. It has two AC outlets capable of 600W (1,200W surge) each, which is double the capacity of an equivalent Ecoflow River power station. It even features a pure sine wave inverter to protect sensitive electronics. The R600 also includes two USB Type-C ports with 100W output, two USB Type-A ports with 18W output, a cigarette lighter with 120W output, and an inductive wireless charger with 15W output.
Bluetti 448Wh LiFePO4 Power Station
Bluetti is well known amongst the off-grid community for its value-packed power stations and solar generators. It has an official storefront at AliExpress where it sells factory recertified power stations that include the same 5 year warranty as buying one new. The best deal right now is the compact yet high capacity Bluetti AC50B 448Wh LiFePO4 Power Station for just $252.15 after you apply $20 off coupon code "USCD20". It ships free locally from the United States and arrives within 1 to 2 weeks. The AC50B has two 120V AC outlets capable of 700W (1,000W surge) each, two 65W USB Type-C ports, and one 18W USB Type-A port.
Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller (Import)
Nintendo recently raised the price of the new Nintendo Switch 2 Pro controller from $85 to $90, but here's an opportunity to get one for less than either price. AliExpress is currently offering import model Switch 2 Pro controllers for $83 after you apply $12 off coupon code "USCD12" during checkout.
The only caveat is that imported peripherals don't come with a Nintendo warranty but AliExpress offers a 15-day free returns window in case you get a lemon.
Sofirn SP36 Pro 8,000-Lumen EDC LED Flashlight
Check any popular flashlight forums and you'll see that Sofirn is a very well known brand that carries a wide range of flashlights at extremely affordable prices. They're one of the best selling flashlight brands on Amazon, but you can get the exact same models for a much lower price at AliExpress. In fact, Sofirn even has its own official seller account there. The SP36 Pro is a popular 5" EDC model that currently sells for over $60 on Amazon. The emitter uses four SST40 LEDs that can deliver up to 8,000 lumens. It takes three 18650 batteries which are included.
Licensed JoyToy Warhammer 40K Figures
JoyToy is well known for its huge collection of pre-painted Warhammer 40K figures. In my opinion they are better detailed than the ones from McFarlane and Bandai, with the exception of limited edition figures that cost hundreds of dollars apiece. JoyToy figures are also (justifiably) more expensive and building out an extensive Warhammer collection of figures can easily add up in price. Lucky for us, JoyToy happens to host its own official storefront on AliExpress. It also licenses its toys out to several other resellers on AliExpress. These are all genuine models shipped in retail packaging and best of all, much cheaper than getting it anywhere else.
Who Is AliExpress?
AliExpress, an offshoot of Alibaba (one of the world's largest online retailers), is a one-stop shop for everything under the sun, from video games, consoles, and electronics to home decor, apparel, toys, and sporting goods. It operates as an online marketplace for Chinese-based sellers looking to sell their products to international customers. This is a great resource for US-based shoppers because prices on AliExpress are more often than not lower than the exact same product at a US retailer, including Amazon marketplace. These include officially licensed products from Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, and more. If you're willing to overlook some caveats (for example, imported models without a US warranty) and exercise basic internet common sense, then AliExpress offers a great opportunity to save tons of money.

Dan Trachtenberg's Predator: Badlands has just hit theaters, but if you only watch the film, you're only getting part of the story. That's because Marvel is set to release Predator: Badlands #1, the official prequel that reveals more about the past of Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi's young Yautja hunter Dek.
Ahead of the comic's release next week, IGN can exclusively debut a new preview of Predator: Badlands #1. Check it out in the slideshow gallery below:
Predator: Badlands #1 is written by Ethan Sacks (Star Wars: Bounty Hunters) and drawn by Elvin Ching (The Woodsman), with a main cover by Juan Ferreyra and a variant cover by CAFU. Trachtenberg consulted on the book's storyline to make sure it aligns with the plot of the film.
Here's Marvel's official description of Predator: Badlands #1:
The official prequel, done in collaboration with director Dan Trachtenberg, to the new, eagerly anticipated film, PREDATOR: BADLANDS, is here! A young Yautja warrior is given a seemingly simple task by his father: Retrieve a piece of technology from a derelict spaceship that crashed years ago. Inside, however, an ancient and deadly threat lies in wait. Now the Predator will become the prey…
"Our story directly ties into Dek's journey in the film, and I approached it in a similar way to how I approached Old Man Hawkeye, the prequel to Old Man Logan," Sacks tells IGN. "I wanted the story to feel like a unique and interesting puzzle piece that could slide right in and connect seamlessly with the beloved original."
Predator: Badlands #1 will be released on November 12, 2025. You can preorder a copy at your local comic shop.
Clint gage gave the movie an 8 in IGN's Predator: Badlands review, writing, "Dan Trachtenberg is heading in an interesting direction with this franchise and he gets bonus points for that. The Predator as a mysterious murder monster is getting some of his backstory filled in, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Badlands, in shifting the perspective to a Yautja main character, actually highlights what’s been great about this franchise in its better moments. Dek and Thia are an unexpectedly fun pairing that bring a new energy to the franchise and an altogether different kind of hunt. It might not be pulling the skull and spine out of us and screaming in bloody victory, but it gets close."

Target's early Black Friday sales end tomorrow, but there's still plenty of time save on some toys and LEGO sets. One of them is the LEGO Star Wars Wicket the Ewok (75430) buildable figure, which is currently sitting at $77.99 during this sale period. That's 40% off of the original price of $129.99, saving you a nice $52. While this isn't the only LEGO set to be offered at discounted price through Target, Wicket was hard to find and quickly went on backorder shortly after its release. And with this new discount it's one of the most popular LEGO deals of this entire sale so far.
LEGO Star Wars: Wicket the Ewok On Sale at Target
Wicket is another inclusion in the wide array of LEGO Star Wars buildable figures. The 1,010-piece set stands at over 9in. tall, so not too cumbersome to display at home. A set like this would take around two to three hours to complete if you choose to build it one sitting, which is my preferred method. The details on Wicket's fur are impressive, and the way bricks are used to imitate tufts of hair give this set a truly authentic look. His arms and fingers are posable, and he can actually hold the brick-built spear. This also comes with a Wicket minifigure and information plaque, making it a great addition to any LEGO or Star Wars fan's collection.
Getting this set from Target at 40% off is a great value. Paying under $100 for a LEGO set that's over 1,000 pieces is relatively uncommon, and the level of detail offered here is enough for me to at least stroll by the LEGO section just a little bit slower on my Target runs.
More LEGO Deals at Target
Wicket the Ewok isn't the only LEGO Star Wars set discounted until tomorrow. Target also has the Star Wars 24-day advent calendar on sale, right in time to get in the mood for the winter holidays. Then there's the AT-AT Driver's Helmet, another in the ever-growing collection of Star Wars helmets like The Mandalorian and Darth Vader. The Minecraft Crafting Table set is another intricately designed model set that would look great in any home office or game room space.
Perhaps the best Meta Quest deal we are going to see during Black Friday has already gone live. Starting today, the official Meta Store on eBay is offering the refurbished Meta Quest 3 512GB VR headset for just $359.99 after a 20% off coupon code "TECH4THEM". Better yet, it comes with an extended 2 year warranty supplied by Allstate. The Quest 3 normally retails for $500 new and is rarely discounted. I saw this deal once before during Amazon's October Prime Day and it was so popular that it sold out within a day. This is easily the best deal I've ever seen on the Meta Quest 3 and you should absolutely buy it now over waiting for another deal during Black Friday.
The Meta Quest 3 is the best standalone consumer-oriented VR headset and is a significant upgrade compared to its less expensive Quest 3S sibling. The two share the same Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 processor, Touch Plus controllers with inside-out tracking, and mixed reality passthrough. However, the Quest 3 has a higher resolution, higher FOV display with a much wider focused sweet spot thanks to its superior pancake lens design. The Quest 3 also has much more onboard storage. For VR veterans who are sure to benefit from a better display, I would highly recommend the Quest 3 over the 3S. I own it myself (and I reviewed it for IGN) and have logged over a thousand hours in Beat Saber alone.
TL;DR:
Quest 3 has sharper resolution (2064x2208 vs 1832x1920)
Quest 3 has better lens array (pancake vs fresnel)
Quest 3 has lower FOV (104°/96° vs 96°/90°)
Quest 3 has higher storage capacity (512GB vs 128GB)
Same Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 processor
Same Touch Plus controllers
Same 120Hz refresh rate
Same Mixed reality passthrough functionality
Same tetherless and tethered functionality

Now is the best time to get a 3D printer. Gone are the days of messing around trying to get it to actually work, AnyCubic, Creality and Flashforge make their units easy to learn and get users crafting with multiple filiments at once in most cases these days. AliExpress is having an awesome pre-Black Friday sale on a wide range, so get cracking.
Seeing some of these printers are these low price points makes me appriciate how far the hobby has come. I wouldn't dream of full metal extruders, multi filament setups and enclosed setups going for any less than $600 a couple of years ago. 3D printing really is more accessible than ever and opens up so many creative and practical doors. Why not treat yourself to something different this holiday?
Apple Watch Series 10 Deals
Watch your Apple Watch watch your heartbeat whilst you watch TV, say that three times! Yes, there's a shiny new generation of Apple Watches out right now, but don't give into the FOMO. Series 10 is just as capable and you can score one of these GPS and Cellular SKUs for around the same price as the base Series 11 model without LTE functionality, just Bluetooth. It's a no-brainer if your in the market for one.
LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar 2025
The force is strong in this deal. If you're like me and want your kids concentrating on something (literally) constructive instead of smashing chocolate first thing in the morning for a month, LEGO advent calanders are great. This is a great deal for this years edition too.
Sony WH-1000XM6 Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones
Nearly $200 cheaper than a brand new set, this is the smarter deal than to a two-year extended warranty and being refurbished. These aren't a set of crusty second-hand headphones, they're cleaned up and checked over, making sure they're pretty much good as new.
OK, so to get this for free you'll need to successfully apply for an Amazon Store Card. Nope, I'm not giving financial advice or telling you to get into debt. If successful, customers get an instant $60 Amazon Gift Card credited to their account. So just add the Mega Evolution Booster Bundle to your basket and use the gift card to purchase. You'll still have $9.99 left too, you classy devil.
Mega Evolutions Mega Gardevoir Elite Trainer Box
It's the same deal with the Elite Trainer Box, but some AMEX customers are getting 30% off too. So register your AMEX to your Amazon account if you haven't already and see if the discount gets added to your basket. If it does, use the gift card to pay the rest of the balance. Worst case scenario, $79.99 is around market value, so it's still a good deal.
Xbox Controller SixSeven Sale at Lenovo
Use the cursed code "SIXSEVEN" to get these discounted prices, Getting limited edition controllers for under $40 and newer editions such as my personal favorite, the "Heart Breaker" for under $50. If you literally just want an official spare pad, the Robot White flavor is $34.99.
INIU 45W Power Bank
Whilst this isn't going to power your Switch 2 or Macbook, it's perfect for keeping in your bag or coat pocket for charging your smartphone or tablet on the go. And it currently costs less than your lunch.
Whilst there's a cheaper build option for an Aurora R16 RTX 5080 build, this one is worth the extra if you can stretch to it. You're getting a processor with a higher clock speed of 3.7GHz with a Turbo of up to 5.7GHz, 4 more threads. Long story short, you're getting about an extra 28% processing power with this build.
CyberPowerPC AMD Ryzen 7 8700F Radeon RX 7800 XT
If you're not sold on the new XBOX ALLY X, this bad boy is $160 less and does way more. It's packing a Radeon RX7800 XT, which is about the equivalent of a Nvidia RTX 4070, which is also plenty of 1440p gaming power. You're even getting 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 2TB SSD. Even if you want better specs, this is a great rig to enjoy now and upgrade in the future.
Nintendo Switch 2 with Mario Kart World for $442.72
Brand new, genuine, imported, region unlocked units
If you still haven't yet picked up a Nintendo Switch 2 because it's too expensive, there is an opportunity to get one at a discounted price. AliExpress is offering a Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World console bundle for just $442.72 (normally $500) after you apply a $100 off coupon code "AEUS100" during checkout.
Baseus 20,800mAh 145W Power Bank
This bad boy has enough watts and battery storage to power that new Nintendo Switch 2 on the go and your smart devices, and that goes for fast charging too. For just over $40, that's an amazing deal.
Pokémon TCG at or Below Market Value
The Team Rocket Tin is $4 under market value on Amazon right now and has three Destined Rivals and two Journey Together booster packs. TCGPlayer takes the lead for the Mega Evolution Enhanced booster box, $20 below Amazon. And if you'd sooner take advantage of Prime Delivery, the White Flare Booster Bundle is at market value on Amazon. How can you loose?
Inflavive Cordless Tire Inflator and Air Compressor
Tyred of flat tyres? (Nope, not sorry). Well keeping this charged and in your glove box will save any roadtrip headaches, or atleast get you to the garage if you get a small puncture. It's also perfect for bike and motorbike tyres, not to mention basketballs and the like. Not bad for $14.99, night?
JVSCAM Compressed Air Duster
There's various different brands and colours of air dusters, not to mention power. But i've got one of these in my desk drawer, and it's perferct for cleaning out my gaming rig and hoovering out keyboards etc. There's a million other uses, but you won't understand how handy one of these are until you've got one.
PlayStation DualSense Edge Wireless Controller - Midnight Black
Arguably one of the best controllers you can get right now. It'll work on PS5 and PC, and comes with all the gubbins a full price model would. If you love your DualSense but wish you could customise it without taking the thing apart, this is for you.
LG Evo C5 77-inch Deal

This is a dream gaming setup thanks to 120Hz native support that can be pushed to 144Hz through HDMI 2.1 inputs. Don't wait on this deal, this is one of LGs best panels for the money.

Most Black Friday 5080 deals will bump towards the $2,500 mark, so this Alienware build is really worth a look.

Amid all this, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick is defending the company's culture and labor record, saying Take-Two is "incredibly proud" of its labor relations.
Speaking to IGN yesterday ahead of the earnings announcement, Zelnick pointed me to Take-Two and Rockstar's existing public statements when I asked if he had any response to the allegations of union busting, and reiterating that "we fully support Rockstar."
So then I asked Zelnick, what is Take-Two's stance on unions, generally? Zelnick did not reply to that specific question. But here's what he did say:
“Here’s what we have a stance on. We value every one of our colleagues greatly. We have 13,500 colleagues worldwide. We’re so proud of our culture. In the last few years we’ve been recognized over 15 times as an employer of choice... we’ve been certified this year as a great place to work in the U.S. and UK, Forbes recently called us one of the world’s best employers, and further... our attrition rate is half or less of the industry average. To be specific, our global attrition rate is just over 6%, in the UK it's less than 4%. The industry average is over 12%, and Rockstar is even lower than our average."
"So, you know, the proof is in the pudding, and the food is good, and I think our culture is extraordinary. And we strive to be the most creative, most innovative, and most efficient company in the business. So that’s how we look at it. We’re incredibly proud of our labor relations."
[A Take-Two spokesperson later clarified Rockstar's global attrition rate is 4%, and in the UK it is "half that number." IGN followed up to ask for the source of the over 12% industry average attrition. The spokesperson clarified it was for "entertainment and tech" and that the source was Take-Two's own internal research: "we use a variety of related data platforms/sources to compile."]
"Rockstar continue to deflect from the real reason for these dismissals: they are afraid of hard working staff privately discussing exercising their rights for a fairer workplace and a collective voice. Management are showing they don’t care about delays to GTA 6, and that they’re prioritising union busting by targeting the very people who make the game.
"In recent years, Rockstar executives have benefited from £443 million in tax relief, while showing total disregard for the law or the livelihoods of their staff. At every turn, they’ve chosen profits over both workers and fans of their games. The only non Rockstar employees in the union Discord channel were union organisers."
Rockstar maintains that the firings were for "gross misconduct, and for no other reason."

Halloween has taken over Roblox for the past three weeks, and as the day finally approaches, it's no surprise that the celebrations are continuing across the weekend. But this week, it's not just Halloween updates you'll see, as your favorite experiences return to their usual content. Whether it's spooky or not, this weekend is still packed with updates, so here's everything you can expect to see if you're looking for something to play this weekend.
Friday, November 7 Roblox Updates:
As usual, several experiences are getting their updates in before the weekend starts, and here are some of the ones to watch out for:
Raise Animals Update
Raise Animals is an experience that lets you create and run your very own farm. By visiting the play area, you can catch animals, and you'll then need to care for them and feed them to help them grow. If you're looking for something a little bit more prehistoric to have in your farm, then the Ancient Update will be of interest. The experience is launching Cretaterra, a new prehistoric biome that has dinosaurs and eggs to discover.
Brookhaven Update
Brookhavenis a roleplaying game where all of the inhabitants live on an island and can use vehicles and visit stores. The simulator experience regularly releases new items, clothing, and more to customize your character. This week, it's saying goodbye to Halloween, but not to witches as it launches its Wicked: For Good limited time event. You'll be able to explore the Emerald City and get exclusive items. whether you're a good witch or a bad witch.
Anime Eternal Update
First up is Anime Eternal, which is a fighting game that will take you through different anime-inspired worlds as you level up and build your strength to be the strongest player. This experience is planning to release Update 23 in three parts just like the previous one. The first part is planned to launch today, with the second part is due on Sunday, November 9. The final part will conclude on Wednesday, November 12. The new updates are set to add a new island, champions, powers, and overall quality of life improvements.

99 Nights in the Forest Update
99 Nights in the Forest has sat near the top of the Roblox charts for months, showing that survival horror isn't just for Halloween. For the unfamiliar, the game involves trying to keep your character fed, warm, and sheltered while you rescue missing children and avoid a dangerous deer-like entity at night.
The final week of Halloween updates were released last week with The Hedge Maze and an extra special event took place, which launched the Deer plushies. No details have been released for this week's update yet, but the next event is planned to launch as usual on Saturday and will actually be running until Saturday, November 22.
Grow a Garden Update
The gardening simulator, Grow a Garden, has an abundance of seeds, pets, and mutations to discover as you plant, harvest, and sell your crops. Grow a Garden launched their Halloween event three weeks ago with Ghoul Garden.
Last week, a Safari Harvest will instead took the place of all the ghoulish NPCs that we've seen visiting the gardens. Along with a new Safari Harvest event, there was the introduction of a new season, along with the usual new pets, seeds, and weather events. If you liked the Safari Harvest event, you're in luck, as the event has been extended and turned into the Mega Safari Harvest!
Steal a Brainrot Update
Steal a Brainrot is a particularly popular Roblox experience where you'll need to capture Brainrots from a conveyor belt and keep them locked away from other players. You can steal Brainrots and have your Brainrots stolen, so we advise you stick close to that lockdown button if you want to protect your Secret Brainrots.
The details of this weekend's event haven't been released yet, but the experience is planning to stick to it's typical weekly schedule. Expect the usual Admin Abuse and chances to get Godly and Secret Brainrots.
Plants vs Brainrots Update
This experience, which is a fusion of Grow a Garden, Steal a Brainrot, and Plants Vs Zombies, has quickly climbed the Roblox charts and is regularly releasing new content. In Plants Vs Brainrots, you'll plant seeds that attack Brainrots, helping you capture them. As you earn money, you can unlock better plants and take down rarer Brainrots.
Last week, we saw the experience launch its Halloween content, and this week will be Merge Magness. This will see a new fushion machine introduced, so you can combine Plants and Brainrots for new mutations. You can also expect weather events, new brainrots, story missions, rebirths, and more.

Major movie news incoming: Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill is going to finally be released as one film, and the new version, Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, now has a brand spanking new trailer.
The Whole Bloody Affair reframes the films, originally released as Volume 1 and Volume 2, as one mega epic — which is how Tarantino originally envisioned the story and how he originally wanted it released. The new version of the films promises to be unrated and uncut, and will feature new, never-before-seen footage not included in the original releases.
Some of that new footage is a brand new anime sequence. Additionally, it looks as though Tarantino has decided to change the black and white footage during the Crazy 88 sequence to color, which will be exciting to watch anew considering the immense gore during that section of the film.
Plus, the upcoming cut also got a sick new poster, which bathes Uma Thurman's The Bride in white and sees her brandishing her legendary Hatori Hanzo sword against her face.
That all said, The Whole Bloody Affair isn’t entirely new, despite how exciting it is for the national audience. Tarantino owns two beloved movie theaters in Los Angeles, the New Beverly and the Vista, where he has screened his preferred cut of Kill Bill over the years. In fact, he most recently did a run of the cut over the summer — and believe it or not, the one-film cut clocks in at over four hours long, which confirms that it is by far Tarantino’s longest film thus far. But for the folks who don’t live in Los Angeles, this is a major opportunity to see the filmmaker’s intended cut.
Interestingly enough, there’s a little tease you may have missed in the new trailer, and it’s for all the gamers who are Tarantino fans. There’s an incredibly short shot of lead Beatrix Kiddo’s ride, the Pussy Wagon, but it’s not actually from the film. It’s from Fortnite, which will soon boast a big collab with Tarantino to support the theatrical release of the cut. They’ve changed the name of the truck a bit to comply with the general PG-rated nature of the game, but it will make an appearance nonetheless.
Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair will hit theaters nationwide on December 5. It clocks in at 281 minutes (including a 15-minute intermission).
