Lenovo Drops the LOQ RTX 4060 Gaming PC to $715 for Cyber Monday

Par : Eric Song
3 décembre 2024 à 04:15

In the final hours of Cyber Monday, Lenovo has discounted its Lenovo LOQ Intel Core i5 RTX 4060 gaming PC to only $714.99 shipped. That is one of the best deals we've seen on an RTX 4060 equipped gaming PC from Lenovo. The LOQ is Lenovo's budget line of gaming PCs for those of you who don't want to pay more for a Legion. Despite the lower price, the LOQ offers similar performance, a compact chassis with good airflow, an efficient 500W power supply, and modern-day conveniences like Wi-Fi 6 and front panel USB Type-C. It's backed by a 1 year Lenovo warranty.

Lenovo LOQ RTX 4060 Gaming PC for $715

The Lenovo LOQ is equipped with an Intel Core i5-1440F CPU, GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GPU, 16GB of DDR5-4800MHz RAM, and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The 14th gen Intel Core i5-1440F Raptor Lake "Refresh" CPU boasts a max clock of 4.7GHz with 10 cores, 16 threads, and a 20MB cache. This is a very capable processor that performs nearly as well in gaming as the Intel Core i7 at a more reasonable cost.

The RTX 4060 is considerably more powerful than the RTX 3060 and almost nearly matches the RTX 3060 Ti. This is a solid budget card for comfy 1080p gaming. You could also run games at 1440p with relaxed graphic settings, but at that point I'd recommend upgrading to an RTX 4060 Ti. Because the RTX 4060 is a current gen GPU, it supports DLSS 3.0, which gives you more frames in exchange for a slight hit in visual quality, similar to "Performance" mode for PS5 or Xbox.

For those of you on a budget, the RTX 4060 is going to be your best NVIDIA GPU that you're going to find for under $1000, and this Lenovo LOQ is $250 under that threshold. What's more, this is a pre-built Lenovo config with a manufacturer's warranty, so you'll avoid the hassle of building DIY and dealing with component warranties.

More Gaming PC Deals Are Available for Cyber Monday

Check out more of the best gaming PC deals from other retailers, like Best Buy, Alienware, HP Omen, and Lenovo. They're offering some great deals on gaming PC configurations that are equipped with different GPUs from the ones listed above, like a more budget RTX 4060 build or a monster RTX 4090 rig. Chances are there's a deal that fits your requirements.

If you prefer to shop by retailer, we've written up Cyber Monday Deals roundups for each of the major retailers: Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and Gamestop. Check them out below:

Black Friday vs Cyber Monday

In most instances, you can consider Cyber Monday as a one day extension of Black Friday. Traditionally, Black Friday was known as the "retail holiday," where the best deals were found in-store, and Cyber Monday was known as the "online holiday," where the best deals were online only. Although today the lines are very much blurred, it is still true that many online only retailers still consider Cyber Monday the sale event of the year instead of Black Friday. Expect some amazing sales to come out of online-only sites like Amazon, Newegg, Dell, HP, Lenovo and several online-only deals from traditional retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Walmart.

Steam's Autumn Sale Is Still Live, But I Found Better Deals on Metaphor, Silent Hill 2, and More on Fanaitcal

3 décembre 2024 à 04:06

I adore PC gaming. It's the platform that gets almost every game, with plenty coming out before they reach consoles. And, if you enjoy your games on PC like I do, you know one of the best times to buy games is during Steam's sales. Many people (myself included) have been looking forward to the Steam Autumn Sale, which runs from now until December 4.

Strangely, the Steam Autumn sale is currently being outdone by a Cyber Monday sale going on at Fanatical, even though Fanatical is selling the exact same Steam keys. If you want to buy some games and save extra cash, check out these great deals on digital PC game codes.

Metaphor: ReFantazio for $45.49

This Atlus RPG is one of my current obsessions. It's $45.49 on Fanatical or $52.49 on Steam. Metaphor: ReFantazio was also nominated for Game of the Year at The Game Awards.

In our 9/10 review of Metaphor, Michael Higham said, "There’s a certain familiarity in Metaphor: ReFantazio, but Atlus takes the principles of its already excellent RPGs and refines them in a way that effortlessly ushers you through its brutal, and sometimes beautiful, new fantasy world. The Archetype system and all the new wrinkles it added to the turn-based battles build upon a strong foundation, and the social elements are streamlined to better deliver the most important aspects of the stories they tell. The sense of adventure you get from traveling across the kingdom and the powerful sense of purpose you have to do so drive its memorable journey, distinguishing itself from those that came before it."

"When I finally closed the book on Metaphor after 80 hours, I felt a unique warmth in its message, because it’s driven by the ideals of a just society smartly contextualized in a unique metanarrative. Metaphor: ReFantazio is poetic, and at times, idealistic, but it also understands its complexities and that change requires action, and that even far-fetched fantasy stories can serve as inspiration to make our world a better place."

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree for $35.19

This Steam Deck playable masterpiece is one of the finest pieces of DLC I've ever played. It's only $35.19 on Fanatical, and full price at $39.99 on Steam. Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree was also nominated for Game of the Year at The Game Awards.

In our 10/10 review of Shadow of the Edrtree, Mitchell Saltzman said, "FromSoftware says Shadow of the Erdtree is the only expansion Elden Ring will get, so it’s fortunate that it’s hard to imagine a better DLC than this – as long as you’re not hoping for it to do anything radically outside the box. Everything I loved about the original has been condensed into an incredibly tight package – one that’s the size of many standalone games all on its own, and can only be considered “small” in comparison to the absolutely massive world of Elden Ring itself."

"Erdtree’s absolutely jam-packed with secrets, valuable treasures, challenging boss battles, and horrific monstrosities to face off against, as well as cool new weapons, spells, Ashes of War, Spirit Ashes, talismans, and more to play around with and use to find even more novel ways to tackle its memorably brutal battles. Add on some very interesting lore revelations, not to mention the same spectacular visual design and stellar music that accompanies its larger-than-life bosses, and you’ve got what is certainly one of the best DLC expansions I’ve ever played."

Helldivers 2 for $27.99

This chaotic multiplayer gem is playable on Steam Deck and only $27.99 on Fanatical, or $31.99 on Steam.

In the Helldivers 2 review, Will Borger said, "Helldivers 2 is the rare modern multiplayer game that does almost everything right. It gives you a ton of freedom, feels fantastic to play, and has a smart progression system that doesn’t nickel and dime you or rely too much on a paid battle pass. It manages to keep its missions fresh by introducing a ton of enemies, modifiers, and objectives, and varying them in interesting ways."

"There are some matchmaking and performance issues that still need to be worked out, and you can only go so far by yourself or with random players – but if you’ve got a solid squad, it’s an incredible time, and certainly one of the most fun multiplayer shooters I’ve played in years. When I’m not Helldiving, I’m thinking about Helldiving, counting down the time until my next drop. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to pour myself a nice, hot cup of Liber-tea and get back at it. Those bugs and robots look like they could use some freedom, and Managed Democracy isn’t going to spread itself. For Super Earth!"

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero for $61.59

This Steam Deck playable return-to-form for arena fighters is $61.59 on Fanatical, as opposed to $69.99 on Steam.

In our review of Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, Jarrett Green said, "Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero is a final flash from the past, sometimes to a fault, as demonstrated by its archaic menus and remedial training tools. Its Episode Battles have the kind of reaction-heavy difficulty that doesn’t really exist in most games these days, more than once crossing the line between challenging and frustrating."

"But the feeling of traveling back to a simpler time when games didn’t have to be balanced or competitive to be fun is a good one, especially when that action stays so true to that of the show it’s recreating. Reliving a story that was foundational to my youth, looking and sounding as great as I remember it, with the opportunity to alter it in sometimes dramatic new ways is clever, and the addition of tools to attempt to create our own stories could elevate the experiment even further if a community can figure out how to make the most of them."

Silent Hill 2 Remake for $41.99

Silent Hill 2 got a beloved remake this year, and it's already available for $41.99 on Fanatical, but still $55.99 on Steam. Silent Hill 2 was also nominated for several awards at The Game Awards, including Best Narrative, Best Action/Adventure game, and more.

In our review of Silent 2, Tristan Ogilvie said, "Silent Hill 2 is a welcome modernisation of a survival horror masterpiece. It smoothly polishes down the rough edges of the original game’s combat while taking a piece of heavy grit sandpaper to scuff up every rust and mold-covered surface of its nightmarish environments, successfully making them appear far more abrasive and menacing to explore."

"Previously primitive boss battles have been transformed into substantially more intense encounters, and its intimidating audio design kept me acutely aware that every fog-cloaked street I walked down could quickly hurry me towards my own dead end. It does feel a little padded out in parts, and I do wish that Bloober Team had streamlined some of its more convoluted puzzle sections to prevent the story’s momentum from sagging on occasion. Still, intermittent pacing problems aside, Silent Hill 2 is a great way to visit – or revisit – one of the most dread-inducing destinations in the history of survival horror."

God Of War for $17.99

This Steam Deck-verified RPG made quite the splash when it was revealed. It's been a while, but you can get it for $17.99 on Fanatical and $19.99 on Steam.

In our review of God of War, Jonathon Dornbush said, "I expected great action from God of War, and it delivers that handily. But I didn’t expect it to be a thrilling journey in which every aspect of it complements the others to form what is nothing short of a masterpiece."

"It’s a game in which Kratos, a previously one-note character, becomes a complex father, warrior, and monster, embattled both on the field and within his own heart about how to treat his son; one in which the world opens up and shifts, offering rewards in both gameplay and knowledge of its lore that I treasured with each accomplishment. The obvious care that went into crafting its world, characters, and gameplay delivers by far the most stirring and memorable game in the series.

Ghost of Tsushima - Director's Cut for $41.99

Jin Sakai's journey to reclaim Tsushima comes with some extras in the Director's Cut, which was originally a PS5 exclusive. Right now, you can grab a PC Steam key on Fanatical for $41.99, even though it's $47.99 on Steam.

In our Ghost of Tsushima review, Mitchell Saltzman said, "Ghost of Tsushima is an enormous and densely packed samurai adventure that often left me completely awestruck with both its visual spectacle and excellent combat. By steadily introducing new abilities instead of stat upgrades, its swordplay manages to stay challenging, rewarding, and fun throughout the entire 40 to 50 hours that it took me to beat the campaign."

"A few aspects are surprisingly lacking in polish in comparison to other first-party Sony games, especially when it comes to enemy AI and the stealth part of its stealth/action split. Still this is an extraordinary open-world action-adventure game that solves several issues that have long gone unaddressed in the genre, while also just being an all around samurai slashin’ good time."

Persona 5 Royal for $20.99

This game helped put Persona on the mainstream map and it's just $20.99 on Fanatical or $23.99 on Steam.

In our Persona 5 Royal review, Leana Hafer said, "Persona 5 was already a strong front-runner for being the best JRPG ever made, and Royal really gets me wondering what else could even compete. The excellent story and its lovable, multidimensional characters along with the challenging, tactical combat are all refined and back for another round with new surprises and new friends in tow."

"There are new areas to explore and new twists to leave your jaw on the floor. Very little has been left untouched, and just about everything that has been touched is better off for it. The Phantom Thieves have stolen my heart all over again, and I don’t really want it back."

Best Buy Has the Best Gaming Laptop Deal of Cyber Monday, But It's Ending Very Soon

Par : Eric Song
3 décembre 2024 à 03:20

The best gaming laptop deal to come out of the Best Buy Cyber Monday Sale is only available for a few more hours. Best Buy is offering this HP Victus 16" RTX 4070 gaming laptop for only $879.99. This is $50 less than the Black Friday deal and one of the least expensive (if not the least expensive) RTX 4070 gaming laptops for all of Cyber Monday.

HP Victus 16" RTX 4070 Gaming Laptop

The Victus is HP's lineup of budget-oriented gaming laptops. They have great internal components for gaming, but there's more plastic in the chassis to keep the price down. This model features a 16" 1080p display, a low-voltage AMD Ryzen 8 8845HS CPU, GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. The RTX 4070 has a maximum TGP rating of 105W (120W with dynamic boost), which is actually quite impressive for such an affordable gaming laptop. The best RTX 4070 equipped gaming laptops have a TGP of 115W and the RTX 4070 rarely goes over 100W during gaming, so expect this laptop to perform well. Since the display has a 1080p resolution, you should be able to run any game smoothly.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Episodes 1 and 2 Review

Par : jon Burgess
3 décembre 2024 à 03:00

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew premieres with its first two episodes on Disney+ on December 2, 2024. New episodes stream weekly on Tuesdays through January 14, 2025.

There’s a familiarity to Star Wars: Skeleton Crew that you can feel in your bones. Disney+’s latest spinoff series is playing with a pointedly familiar premise, but it finds something compelling to do with the fact that unless you’re the same age as its young cast you’ve probably seen something very much like this kids-vs-pirates adventure before. It could all very easily verge into obnoxiousness, but it gracefully manages to avoid that in the first two (of eight) episodes thanks to the way it hints at something under the surface.

That familiar feeling comes from a nostalgic vibe that Skeleton Crew proudly wears on its sleeve: The plot follows a group of kids, each with at least one easily identifiable defining personality trait, who strike out in search of excitement and eventually find themselves aboard a pirate ship while on the run from bloodthirsty criminals. Yes, it’s all explicitly inspired by The Goonies, but also any number of kid-friendly (or at least kid-starring) adventures like E.T. or Stranger Things–though an opening scene of pirate brutality makes it clear that this show isn’t exclusively for the littlest Star Wars fans in the family.

The plucky kids of Skeleton Crew live on the off-putting and vaguely ominous suburban sprawl of a planet called At Attin, where parents work late and leave their kids home alone after school, where the cool kids race bikes and where everyone has a yard, a lawnmower, and a two-car garage. You get the sense that there’s a Space Target just down the road and that the adults are concerned about their New Republic property taxes (we’re in the same post-Imperial, pre-The Force Awakens time period as The Mandalorian).

So far, the kids are all likeable–which is not always a given in the Star Wars cannon.

Or you would, if there were anyone old enough to be scruffy-looking on At Attin. That’s one of the first things that suggests that there’s something interesting (and perhaps genuinely smart) happening here: Other than the parents of main kid Wim (Ravi Cabot-Conyers) and his Milhouse-coded best friend Neel (a Max Reebo-style elephant boy played by Robert Timothy Smith), these kids hardly ever seem to encounter any adults. Their bus driver is a droid, their teacher is a droid, the security guards watching the school are droids, and the only grown-up at school is a woman who gives the kids a primer on the joy of contributing to the “Great Work” of At Attin with boring, bureaucratic government jobs. Jude Law, Skeleton Crew’s main adult cast member, makes only the briefest of appearances in the premiere episodes.

There are a lot of questions surrounding a strange hatch (perhaps a not-so-subtle nod to the TV work of Star Wars’ own J.J. Abrams?) but it takes some assistance from two more At Attin kids to get going on that: Fern (Ryan Kiera Armstrong) who has a Bad Attitude but is very smart and good at school, and her friend KB (Kyriana Kratter), who has a tech-y headset and can do computer stuff. The kids are all pretty broad in terms of characterization and performance, but that’s not automatically an issue. Real kids aren’t fully developed humans yet, and so it makes sense that these particular adolescents don’t know who they are and are probably going to learn about that over the course of this adventure (again, even if it is easy to sum them up by one character trait, just like Mouth, Chunk, and the other Goonies). So far, they’re all likeable–which is not always a given in the Star Wars cannon.

Luckily, there’s also plot momentum to focus on in these first two episodes, with the kids (literally) stumbling into adventure and accidentally rocketing out of their otherwise peaceful and uneventful patch of the suburbs and up into space in a pirate ship. In what could be Skeleton Crew’s cleverest hook, though, they don’t leave that new Star Wars setting they spent so much time developing entirely behind; The deceptively boring suburban planet of At Attin is apparently home to some weird mysteries.

It’s all fun, if a little barebones (skeleton pun intended) but how fun it will be over the course of the season – and if it earns another one, unlike The Acolyte and The Book of Boba Fett – is going to depend entirely on whether or not Skeleton Crew can maintain a good balance between the space adventure and the kids having opportunities to act like actual kids. If the action is too intense, it loses the breezy, family-friendly appeal of a show primarily about kids; if the kids are too childlike and annoying, then it becomes a show about a robot babysitter—and that sounds lousy.

Speaking of the robot babysitter, the ship that the kids accidentally hijack has a single crew member: A broken-down pirate droid named SM-33 who is voiced by Nick Frost and hits a slightly discordant comedic note. Now, Skeleton Crew already has an endearingly groany sense of humor about piracy, with every glimpse into the universe of Star Wars’ space pirates being stuffed with more cartoonish imagery than the average miniature golf course: everybody has a hook hand, or a peg leg, or a yarrrr accent, or a helmet that looks like a tricorne sailor hat (we haven’t properly met the pirate villains yet, but at least one of the buccaneers was even part of Gorian Shard’s pirate crew in The Mandalorian’s third season). After all of that, it’s literally naming a character after a famous Disney pirate that’s too cute by a parsec.

If there’s one notable issue in these early episodes beyond that groan, it’s that everything outside of the practical set of the kids’ spaceship feels very “filmed on The Volume”—the virtual set technology used on The Mandalorian and other Star Wars shows. The problem with The Volume is that it looks nice, and it encourages more interesting, all-digital sets than what you would’ve seen in The Phantom Menace, but it always feels hollow and empty. Just big, vacant expanses of Star Wars that lack the gritty, lived-in feel of the original trilogy it’s emulating. And while there’s no reason to doubt we’ll have some flashy space action at some point, there’s not much to speak of thus far.

The Secretlab Cyber Monday Sale Has Big Savings on the Best Gaming Chairs of 2024

Par : Eric Song
3 décembre 2024 à 02:45

Secretlab just launched its official Cyber Monday Sale, which starts now and runs until December 4. Save up to $169 off Secretlab's popular Titan line of gaming chairs, Magnus gaming desks (including its Magnus Pro electric standing desk model), and accessories like the Secretlab Skins upholstery covers, desk mats, cable management, and more. Sadly, the newer releases like the Titan Evo Nanogen Edition chair and the recliner add-on are exempt from this sale.

If you're looking to upgrade your chair, there's no better time than Cyber Monday. Secretlab sale events only come around a handful of times per year, and the Cyber Monday sale is usually the best one of them all.

It's no secret that we love our Secretlab gaming chairs. Two of the six chairs in our best gaming chair roundup are Secretlab models. Of all the gaming chairs we covered in our "Budget to Best" roundup video earlier this year, my colleague Akeem Lawanson considered the Secretlab Titan Evo to be the most comfortable. No good chair comes cheap and Secretlab chairs definitely cost a premium, but we think the craftsmanship, materials, and customizability are worth it.

TL;DR - The 7 Best Secretlab Deals

You can quickly browse through all of the listed products on sale above. For more information on each product and why they are worth your consideration, read through below.

Secretlab Titan Evo

The Titan Evo starts at $519 during the sale. This is Secretlab's flagship chair and it's available in small, medium, and large sizes. Upholstery options include Neo Hybrid leatherette, SoftWeave Plus fabric, or premium Napa leather. The chair features cold-cure foam upholstery for the seat, a supportive four-way lumbar system, full length backrest with 165 degrees of recline, full metal 4D armrests with magnetically attached PU cushions, and a memory foam headrest pillow.

Aside from the build quality, the Titan Evo also stands out thanks to the sheer number of officially licensed designs from popular video games, TV shows, and more. Some of the more popular examples include The Witcher, Overwatch, Attack on Titan, League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and Game of Thrones. They generally cost more than the standard colors, but they're worth it if you're looking for that extra personal touch.

In our Secretlab Titan Evo review, Chris Coke wrote that "after two years of daily use, the Secretlab Titan Evo has proven that it can stand the test of time and still be one of the best gaming chairs you can buy. Meaningful ergonomics paired with Secretlab’s wide selection of designs, it remains a fantastic option, especially for fans of bright colors or designs."

Secretlab Titan 2020

The prior model Titan 2020 gaming chair is available for $474, which is $45 less than the base model Titan Evo. The Titan 2020 is still an excellent chair and not much different than the current Evo model. In fact, outside of an upholstery change (the PU leather has been updated with Neo Hybrid Leatherette), the changes are mostly cosmetic. You are limited to fewer design options, so if you want to build out something that's truly unique, you might want to splurge a bit extra for the current generation Titan Evo model.

Secretlab Titan Evo Lite

Among the Titan chairs, the Evo Lite is definitely the best value with its starting price tag of $419, or a full $100 less than the base model Titan Evo. It's built upon the same frame as the Titan Evo and has the same core features like the cold-cure foam cushioning, lumbar, 165 degrees of recline, and 4D armrests. What it compromises on is customization, with "only" two upholstery options, two sizes, and five colors, a non-adjustable lumbar system, simpler arm rests, and no included head rest. If none of these tradeoffs bother you, then you'll be saving quite a bit of money.

Secretlab Titan Evo Nanogen Edition

Although the Titan Evo Nanogen Edition isn't on sale, it deserves mention simply because this is our top pick for the best gaming chair. In our Titan Evo Nanogen Edition review, Chris Coke wrote that "the Secretlab Titan Evo Nanogen Edition deserves every bit of the overwhelming praise I’ve given. Granted, at $799 it’s significantly more expensive than the original and not far off from an entry-level Herman-Miller. But the return it offers in comfortable, supportive gaming is well worth the extra cost thanks to dramatically improved materials in both the fabric and multi-layered padding. The Titan Evo Nanogen Edition is class-leading, and is hands-down the most comfortable gaming chair I’ve ever used."

Secretlab Titan Recliner Add-On

Secretlab also announced a new recliner add-on to anyone who already owns the Titan Evo chair. It's so new that not only will this recliner ship out sometime next year, it's not even available for preorder yet. We have received a unit for testing, however, and it has turned out to be a very practical addition.

In our recliner add-on review, Chris Coke wrote that "while both comfort and value are subjective things, the recliner is able to take the Titan Evo and transform it from one of the best racing style gaming chairs to standing head and shoulders above the competition at its price point. It’s novel enough that I wouldn’t be surprised to see other brands following suit in the near future. If you don’t mind paying for it, it’s an absolutely killer upgrade for your gaming chair."

Secretlab Magnus and Magnus Pro

The Magnus and Magnus Pro are also on sale during Cyber Monday. The Magnus is a traditional fixed-frame gaming desk while the Magnus Pro ups the ante with a custom designed electric standing desk frame for an additional $250. Both desks feature an all-metal desktop surface, solid steel legs and cleverly thought out areas for cable management, but the Magnus Pro has some really unique features including a power cable that runs internally inside one of the telescoping legs and an in-line control panel that you won't bump into.

In our Secretlab Magnus Pro review. Mark Knapp writes that "the Secretlab Magnus Pro is a fantastic desk, bringing the brilliant cable management solutions of the original Magnus to a fast, quiet, and wide-ranging motorized standing desk. The desk is built well and proves an excellent platform for work and play alike. It’s an expensive desk though, and for the money, it would have been nice to see a smarter safety mechanism for the motors and the desk mat included. Still, the overall quality you get is a big step up from cheaper standing desks, and the optional accessories truly enhance the experience. Anyone who’s not committed to a standing desk should save their money and go for the standard Magnus if everything else about this model sounds good, but for gamers who love a tidy desk and want the flexibility of a standing desk, the Magnus Pro should be the first they consider."

Grab the Azul Board Game Today for Just $13 on Amazon for Cyber Monday

Par : Katie Reul
3 décembre 2024 à 02:27

Keep the good times rolling and the tiles flowing with Azul, the abstract strategy board game that quickly became a staple for family board game nights. Azul is a favorite of IGN's, but did you know it also made our list of the 10 most popular Amazon Cyber Monday deals our audience is loving today?

The game has a list price of $39.99 on Amazon, but the retailer is offering a 50% discount for Cyber Monday. Plus those who buy now can stack on a $6.66 off coupon, meaning you're only paying $13 and some change for this instant classic. With over $26 saved, it's the best deal we've found on this game across all retailers.

Get Azul Now for $13.33 (MSRP $39.99)

Azul is inspired by "azulejos," a term that refers to the traditionally blue-and-white ceramic tiles that decorated Portuguese and Spanish architecture as far back as the 13th century. These colorful tiles were inspired by "zellige," which were similar mosaic tiles originating in Morocco. King Manuel I of Portugal was inspired by the dazzling array of Islamic tilework that adorned the Alhambra palace, and he swiftly followed suit by decorating his own palace in a similar manner. Hundreds of years later, azulejos remain an integral part of Portuguese architecture, lining churches, restaurants, and even the subway system.

The board game is rooted in this historic tale, as players are tasked with the challenge of embellishing the walls of the Royal Palace of Évora. The goal of the game is fairly straightforward — fill your playboard with tiles to score points, and win by having the most points at the end of the game.

The game begins with players receiving a play board along with a unique grid of patterned tiles. A variable amount of circular boards are then placed in the center of the table (depending on the amount of players you have), which the game refers to as "factories." Players take turns snagging all tiles of one color from a factory in the hopes of filling up a full row on their play boards. The tiles that remain are discarded into the center of the table, which players can also grab from if they see tiles of a specific color that they need.

Once all the tiles have been taken, players see how many of the rows on their playboard are full, and are allowed to take one tile from it and transfer it to the same row on their unique grid. Points are scored depending on how well you do so — additional points are earned for achieving specific patterns, and points are deducted for wasted tiles. Final scores are tallied once one player has completed a whole row of tiles on their grid, which is a lot harder than it sounds.

With a total playtime of around 30-45 minutes, it's a great game that's relatively fast-paced and ends up using a whole lot of strategy. Every time a player picks up tiles of a certain color, they're limiting the supplies available to all other players, which makes things start to get messy. Or, maybe you discard a bunch of tiles into the center of the table, making it so there's now too many of a specific color for a player to fit on their own board (which can only fit a maximum of five of one color).

It sounds far more complicated than it is, but believe us that this game becomes second nature after a couple rounds. It's intended for 2-4 players, and it made IGN's list for family board games and one of the best board games to play with three people. Azul scored an 8 among our review team, who revered this game for its quality pieces, beautiful design and well-balanced gameplay.

Grab Azul now for holiday game nights at what will likely be the lowest price you'll see this year. Or, purchase it as a gift for a friend whose a fellow board game enthusiast. Either way, you won't want to skip this board game deal.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Is Still $30 at Walmart Right Now

Par : Noah Hunter
3 décembre 2024 à 01:21

It's official, Nintendo has had a great Black Friday/Cyber Monday this year. Tears of the Kingdom is the only Nintendo Switch game released by Nintendo to retail for $69.99, but it's gotten a fantastic discount this year. After being out of stock, it's back on sale to just $30 at Walmart. This is the lowest we've seen the game yet – physical copies are long gone, but stock of the digital edition is still holding strong.

This is one of our favorite gaming deals of this holiday shopping event, and it's one of the last few remaining, along with Sonic X Generations, Star Wars Outlaws, Metaphor ReFantazio, Persona 3 Reload, and Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1. In the event that Walmart sells out before Cyber Monday ends, Target and Best Buy also have digital editions going for $49.99. Obviously the deal isn't as good, but it's still $20 cheaper than usual.

If you somehow weren't already aware, this is one of the best games on Nintendo Switch of all time. The sequel to Breath of the Wild brings new areas to explore in the clouds and depths below the surface, offering what feels like a brand-new take on Hyrule.

It begins one year after Breath of the Wild. One day, while exploring under Hyrule Castle, Princess Zelda and Link discover a mummy that comes alive, shattering the Master Sword and wounding Link. When he awakens, Link finds himself on the Great Sky Island, one of the many floating islands in the sky. Here, the many mysteries of the ancient Zonai tribe are revealed.

More Black Friday Switch Game Deals We've Found So Far

There's still some time left to take advantage of Cyber Monday gaming deals before they expire. To see some more of our favorite available deals that are still live, have a look at our breakdown of the best Cyber Monday deals of 2024. Dont sleep on these: Deals this good won't come around until at least next Prime Day, and even more likely next Black Friday.

8 Robot Vacuum Deals to Grab Before Cyber Monday Ends

3 décembre 2024 à 01:00

Less than 12 hours remain for most Cyber Monday deals, so there's still time to score deep savings on just about everything. In addition to the discounted Meta Quest 3 or excellent Switch Cyber Monday sales, maybe you want to grab something more practical like a robot vacuum. Cleaning isn’t as exciting as escaping to alternate universes, but it’s something you have to do. Luckily, robot vacuums take the dirty work out of vacuuming (and sometimes mopping) your floors, letting you get back to things you actually enjoy.

Aside from Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the best times of the year to buy a robot vacuum. Chances are good you won’t see deeper savings than those that are happening right now. That’s why I’m here to round up the best robot vacuum deals from excellent brands like Shark, Roborock, Eufy, Ecovacs, iRobot, and more. It’s a pain to scour the internet for deals, so I found eight great ones worth checking out.

I test vacuums for a living, so I’ve had hands-on experience with all of the top robot vacuum brands, including many of the discounted models below. Whether you’re after something budget-friendly or a souped-up option, I’m confident that my picks will keep your floors clean with virtually little to no effort on your part. Who doesn’t want that?

Best Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals by Brand

To make life a little easier, I’ve organized the best Cyber Monday robot vacuum deals by brand. From basic options that just efficiently and effectively vacuum your floors to ones that take things up a notch by offering mopping, powerful suction, and self-cleaning base stations, I’ve got you covered.

Prices and a few details on each robot are listed, so you don’t need to waste your time on robots that are over budget or don’t suit your individual needs. Here are the eight best Cyber Monday robot vacuum deals:

Shark Robot Vacuum Deals

The Shark brand has been around for a long time now, and there’s a good reason for that: It continues to make top-notch home products for a mid-range price. It’s hard not to fall for this trustworthy brand’s sleek and powerful robot vacuums that are seeing major discounts at the moment.

I recently tested the Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Robot Vacuum and Mop, which is currently $250 off. I’m happy to report it keeps up with Shark’s winning reputation, as it vacuumed, mopped, and navigated my space with ease. I especially loved the surprisingly compact base station that empties the robot’s dust box, fills the water reservoir, and even dries the mop. It’s absolutely perfect for those with apartments or smaller homes.

Want something with similar functionality to the Shark PowerDetect for a little less? The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop is on sale for $349 and does almost everything that vacuum does. You just don’t get as much functionality on the base station. Still, it comes with LiDAR Navigation, sonic mopping, edge cleaning, and more.

Eufy Robot Vacuum Deals

Eufy isn’t as well-known of a brand as Shark or iRobot but makes high-quality, long-lasting robot vacuums packing tons of technology for an excellent whole home clean. You really can’t go wrong with any of its vacuums.

With a self-cleaning, self-emptying, and self-filling base station, the Eufy x10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum and Mop will rarely require you to intervene. Plus, the 8,000 Pa suction power, excellent obstacle avoidance, and effective oscillating mops make for a deep clean. All of that for just $549.99 is hard to complain about.

The Eufy X8 Hybrid is a more barebones robot vacuum. Sure, suction power and navigation won’t be as great as the X10 Pro Omni, and forget about a base station, but for only $150, it's ideal for anyone with lighter cleaning needs. The fact that mopping is still included for that price is shocking.

iRobot Roomba Deals

Roombas are the robot vacs that started the craze, and these devices have come a long way from their early days of bumping into every obstacle in their path. These are some of the best vacuums around, offering great suction, excellent navigation, and a whole wealth of features to get your floors clean. Now is the time to buy, as iRobot has some of the best deals out there.

The iRobot Roomba j7+ is known for having some top-tier navigation, so if you’ve got a slightly more cluttered home, this could be the vacuum for you. It also features a three-stage cleaning system that packs in power-lifting suction perfect for picking up pet hair, and the auto-emptying base station means you rarely need to deal with cleaning out the dust box. All of this for $359 is a steal. Walmart is even selling a refurbished model for $229 for even greater savings.

Powerful suction and navigation come with the iRobot Roomba Vac Robot Vacuum (Q0120) for only $150 – that’s $100 in savings. Now, it’s a more basic vacuum with very limited functionality, but for those just dipping their toes in the robot vac world, it’s the perfect starter option before investing in something with more functionality.

Roborock Robot Vacuum Deals

Out of all the robot vacuum brands I’ve tested, Roborock products tend to be my favorite. You may not heard of this brand before, but it’s actually one of the top-selling robot vacuum manufacturers in the world. And this year’s Roborock Cyber Monday sales are pretty impressive. These are my two favorites:

Smart Dirt Detection, high-powered suction, and Edge Mopping System make for spotless floors when using the Roborock S8 Max Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop. The robot vacuum’s cleaning precision is second to none, and the base is equally great with hot mop washing and drying. Right now, you can grab it for $600 less than its retail price. Sure, it is still pretty expensive, but it’s one of the most capable 2-in-1 robot vacuums you can buy.

Roborock products tend to be higher priced than many other brands but are often worth the splurge. However, you can snag the Roborock Q Revo for only $540 and still enjoy features like a fully automatic base station, dual spinning mops, 5500 Pa suction, and next-level obstacle avoidance.

Other Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

Another lesser-known brand that makes high-quality, fully-featured robot vacuums is Ecovacs. No matter what you’re after, chances are good Ecovacs has a robot vacuum model to suit your needs. I even tested a model that includes a hand vacuum on the self-emptying base. Right now, many of its products are discounted more than usual, including the Ecovacs Deebot T30S with its 11000 Pa suction, making it one of the most powerful robot vacuums available. That means almost all your messes on both hard floors and carpets should be picked up with ease. Mopping and the feature-rich base station add even more value to this $599 robot vac.

Narwal is a newer robot vacuum brand, and I had the opportunity to test one of its vacuums last year. Below is a newer model of that vacuum, and it comes with all the classic high-end features like vacuuming, mopping, and self-cleaning base. However, it differentiates itself from other vacuums I’ve tested thanks to a handy touchscreen on the base, making you less reliant on app control.

I Can't Believe This Toshiba Cyber Monday TV Deal Is Still Live at Amazon

Par : Katie Reul
3 décembre 2024 à 00:53

Though deals are starting to dwindle across major retailers, Amazon is still pumping out major discounts for Cyber Monday. One of the highlights we found is a 41% markdown on the Toshiba 50" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. Normally sold at a retail value of $319.99, those who purchase today can get the set for $189.99, saving a total of $130. Of the five screen sizes sold on the site, this is by far the best deal offered, though you can grab a 43", a 55", or a 65" for heavily discounted prices right now as well.

Get the Toshiba 50" 4K TV for Only $189.99

These TVs were released in 2023, so they're stocked full of all the modern bells and whistles you could hope for. Powered by the Regza Engine 4K, the picture quality is rich and vibrant, enhanced by PQ technology and a high-quality LCD panel to create ultra HD 4K images. This high-powered hardware paired with Dolby Vision HDR and HDR10 makes the clarity of picture incredibly lifelike. Visuals on this TV are crisp and highly detailed, rivaling the clarity you'd see in an actual movie theater.

You'll also be glad to know we selected the previous 2021 model (now out of stock) of the Toshiba 50" 4K TV as one of the top 50" TVs out there, so we definitely can recommend this newer and improved version for 2024.

Like any Fire TV, this smart device has all the streaming services and channels ready to go from your home screen. You can skip the remote entirely and connect to Amazon Alexa to voice control how you search for new content.

Beyond watching your favorite movies and shows, this TV is also a great pick for console gamers. A built-in auto low latency game mode makes it so you can play without input lag. Delays from controller to screen will be an issue of the past as the click of a button takes effect near instantaneously before your eyes.

The 2024 version of this set is also on sale right now for $449.99 — a 31% markdown from its $649.99 list price — and if you're looking for the perfect new addition to your home theater, this is definitely it. This model, in particular, made the top four on Amazon's list of the best TVs in 2024.

More TV Deals Still Live for Cyber Monday

If you're still thinking about other options (no judgment, we understand if you want to make an informed decision), check out some of our other favorite deals on TVs and tech at Amazon and Walmart that are still live. But seriously, it'll be hard to a TV this great for this cheap elsewhere. Grab it now before this deal's gone too.

For other Cyber Monday sales, major discounts on consoles like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are also still live if you're looking to pair your new TV with a gaming console.

Get Over 50% Off on the Best Cyber Monday Bluetooth Record Player Deals

3 décembre 2024 à 00:30

The convenience of having your entire music collection accessible on your phone, computer, and other devices is nice, but something is lost when you can pick and skip songs without really listening to an album all the way through. The artistry behind crafting an album front-to-back gets lost, and the warm sound textures that only spinning vinyl can deliver is gone from the equation. Luckily, vinyl has had a major resurgence in the last 10-15 years, and so have record players.

If you’re in the market for a new record player, plenty of great Cyber Monday deals are happening right now, so you can start spinning your favorite vinyl or give the gift of hi-fi sound this holiday season. One option to consider comes from the Walmart Cyber Monday sale. The RetroAudio Vinyl Record Player has been steeply discounted, down to $82.99. That’s $90 in savings, for those counting.

53% Off the RetroAudio Vinyl Record Player

The RetroAudio Vinyl Record Player has a standard three-speed belt-driven turntable to play 12", 10", and 7" records, but also comes with dual stereo speakers ready to pump out music with minimal distortion at high volumes. Its wood-veneered retro design, available in various color stain options, would add to the aesthetic of any room. Modern conveniences aren’t forgotten either: It's Bluetooth compatible for streaming music directly from your phone if you don't have what you want to listen to at a particular moment on vinyl.

More Record Players On Sale for Cyber Monday

I've found a few other great deals on record players during the 2024 Cyber Monday savings event. Whether you're after a compact, affordable option that's ready to start spinning records out of the box or a setup that's a bit more customizable, I've got you covered. One of IGN's top Bluetooth record players, the Sony PS-LX310BT, is discounted.

Look Out For Cyber Monday Vinyl Deals

After you've settled on a record player, it's time to add to your record collection. Be sure to check out some top Cyber Monday sales from Amazon, Target’s 3-for-2 deal on music, or even what's in the IGN Store. Many of these sales should last until midnight PST.

Anker 737 24,000mAh 140W Power Bank for $73.99

The Anker 737 is a hefty power bank, measuring 4.6"x2.2"x2" and weighing in at 1.4lbs. This is something you'd put in your travel bag or backpack instead of your pocket. It has two USB Type-C ports and one USB Type-A port. The USB Type-C ports support a maximum of 140W of power delivery. That means a single port could deliver 140W, or both ports will deliver a combination of 140W depending on which devices are plugged in (for example, 70W + 70W or 100W + 40W).

In terms of gaming handhelds, the Steam Deck supports up to 38W of charging, the Asus ROG Ally up to 65W, the Asus ROG Ally X up to 100W, and the Nintendo Switch up to 18W. That means the Anker Prime can easily charge all three gaming handhelds – even the ROG Ally X – at their maximum rate; you'll even be able to play and charge simultaneously.

A 20,000mAh battery equates to a 74Whr capacity. An 80% power efficiency rating (which is about standard for power banks) gives you about 59Whr of available charge. That means this power bank will charge a Steam Deck (40Whr) or Asus ROG Ally (40Whr) from empty to completely full 1.5 times, an Asus ROG Ally X (80Whr) 0.75 times, and a Nintendo Switch (16Whr) about 3.7 times. You can see here why we think a 20,000mAh capacity should be the bare minimum for more power hungry gaming handhelds like the Steam Deck and Asus ROG Ally (and especially the Ally X).

The Anker 737 is TSA-approved

TSA states that power banks must be under 100Whr in capacity for carry-on (check-in is not allowed under any circumstances). This Anker Prime is safely under that at 74Whr. You might get checked simply because the Anker 737 is a hefty-looking power bank, but you shouldn't have any problems getting it cleared. I've gone through plenty of airport checkpoints and have only been checked once – at Tokyo NRT – and cleared without a problem.

Alternative Deal: Anker Prime 27,500mAh Power Bank

Woot! is also offering the Anker Prime 27,650mAh USB Power Bank for only $99.99. This is again the best price we've seen for 2024 (the previous lowest price was $119.99). The Anker Prime is the successor to the Anker 737 with a couple of noticeable upgrades like a higher power capacity (but still within the limit for TSA eligibility), higher power delivery output (250W vs 140W) and a higher charging rate through USB Type-A (65W vs 18W).

6 Cyber Monday Gaming Chair Deals Worth Checking Out From Razer, Secretlab

2 décembre 2024 à 23:28

We spend so much of our lives sitting at our desks, so why not invest in a chair that supports your spine and posture? I truly believe a nice chair is something worth splurging on if you're someone who spends long hours gaming or working, and Cyber Monday may be the best time to invest in the comfort you deserve.

There are tons of great gaming chairs out there, and we have narrowed down which ones are worth looking at based on our own tech and gaming expert reviews, comparisons, and personal experience. From budget gaming chairs under $500 to high-end ergonomic chairs, check out the best deals you can get on our favorite gaming chairs for Cyber Monday.

Best Gaming Chair Deals on Cyber Monday

Priced Low-to-High:

1. Best Overall Deal: Razer Enki X Gaming Chair for $300

IGN's most comfortable gaming chair on a budget

One of our favorite gaming chairs is included in Amazon's Cyber Monday sales. The Razer Enki X can tilt from 90 to 160 degrees, and the seat can adjust in height from 17.7-21.6". It's got built-in lumbar support, which is going to come in handy for longer gaming sessions at your desk. It sports a mixture of faux leather and fabric so it breathes well, too.

2. Best Office Chair Deal: FlexiSpot Ergonomic Chair for $150

In our review of the higher-end FlexiSpot C7, Bill Loguidice said, "The FlexiSpot C7 is a solid chair. For the price, however, I would have preferred a more premium-feeling leather or leather-like material instead of fabric, as well as more attention to some other aspects like cushioning. I also found the fact that you can't lock the wrist rests in place an occasional annoyance. If you don't mind some of its quirks and prize adjustment in a chair, then the C7 makes a good choice. Compared to straight-up gaming chairs, its sedate styling means it won't be out of place in even the most conservative of office environments. If you'd like a flashier or more luxurious offering, however, look elsewhere."

The chair currently on sale is substantially less expensive, meaning you'll get that same "office" look and general build and comfort, just without the dedicated lumbar section.

Premium Ergonomic Picks:

This Secretlab NeueChair is ergonomic and the bottom and back are made of mesh, very similar to the Herman Miller Aeron chair I use. While it is certainly more expensive than the other options, I have found chairs like this to be the pinnacle of comfort, even as I work long 12-hour days at my desk. While my eyes may get tired from staring at screens, my posterior never complains. It's kinda wild, but certainly worth highlighting, particularly because I know I'll never buy another type of chair for myself ever again.

3. Best Rocking Chair Deal: Tufted Floor Rocker for $120

Back in the day, most of the "chilling in front of the TV" crowd piled onto beanbag chairs. While those are still certainly around and have made a big comeback, the floor rocker has become a modern rival in the gaming space, giving you the benefit of back support and a higher vantage point while you game from the comfort of your living room. If you want to keep yourself rocking for a very affordable price, this is a great choice for console gamers who want something different than their couch.

4. Best Gaming Chair Deal Under $100: Homall

If you want a much less expensive take on the "classic gaming chair" aesthetic, the Homall gaming chair is a solid budget pick. It comes with a lumbar pillow, two-tone color scheme, and racer chair wings to keep you locked in during gaming sessions and working sessions. If the lower price tag makes you sceptical, know this model is backed by thousands of good reviews (4.3 average on Amazon) and is considered the classic gaming chair.

5. Best Premium Gaming Chair Deal: Secretlab Titan Evo for $519

Secretlab's Cyber Monday sale is a go! Secretlab is one of the premier gaming chair manufacturers, and the company usually participates in big sales events. Cyber Monday is no exception, and Secretlab has a broad spectrum of really nice gaming chairs discounted, including the Titan series – our favorite gaming chairs. There are also deals on Secretlab gaming desks to check out too, if you're in need of an upgrade.

In our 9/10 Secretlab Titan Evo Review, Chris Coke said: "The Secretlab Titan Evo is the first gaming chair in years that really feels like an evolution of the formula while still keeping the stylish racing-seat look. It may be expensive, but the benefits in all-day comfort are well worth the added cost."

6. Trending Gaming Desk Deal: GTRacing Desk for $60

Walmart's Cyber Monday sale has a killer deal on this RGB gaming desk right now for just $60. You can't beat that.

Premium Gaming Desk Option: Secretlab Magnus for $549

In IGN's 9/10 Secretlab Magnus Desk Review, Nic Vargus wrote: "I can’t remember the last time a company forayed into a new category with a product as opinionated and confident as the Magnus. It’s minimalistic and stylish, the magnetic ecosystem is far more than a gimmick, and it has an RGB system that succeeds in feeling gamer-y without feeling niche. But best of all, the rear hinge and cord management is nothing short of a revelation. While height constraints and questions around accessory durability remain, the Magnus is more than a promising start."

There are tons of great Cyber Monday deals available now, including Amazon's Cyber Monday deals, not to mention the Walmart deals, Target deals, and Best Buy deals, too. If you are brave enough to open the firehose, check out our massive list of all our favorite Cyber Monday deals in 2024 so far.

20 PS5 Games You Can Get for Under $30 This Cyber Monday, From Elden Ring to The Last of Us Part I

Par : Katie Reul
2 décembre 2024 à 23:20

As Cyber Monday deals rage on, incredible discounts on PlayStation 5 games continue to emerge at retailers like Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart. It's the best time of year to find some top-selling games for unbeatable prices. And this year's selection of discounted games is no exception — we're talking the lowest recorded prices ever for popular games like The Last of Us Part I and Elden Ring, and even games new this year like Persona 3 Reload and Sonic X Shadow Generations.

Take it from us: If you don't get these games now, they'll almost certainly be back to full price tomorrow. Don't miss this opportunity to build up your PS5 game library at a fraction of the cost, or to find a great budget gift that is sure to bring some holiday cheer to your gamer friends and family. We've compiled a list of the 10 best deals on PS5 games under $30 and another 10 options of PS5 games under $20. Seriously, you won't want to pass these up.

The Best PS5 Game Deal Overall - The Last of Us Part I for $29.99

In my opinion, the best deal for PS5 games this Cyber Monday is for The Last of Us Part I, which is currently selling for $29.99 at Best Buy and Target — the lowest price we've ever seen this game sell for. You can't even find this deal on the PlayStation Store. With the much-anticipated Season 2 of the game's TV adaptation set for release in spring 2025, it's the perfect gift for any fan of the show who may not have yet played the original games. Or, just treat yourself to this action-adventure masterpiece, which scored a 9 among IGN's review team for its emotionally gripping storyline and satisfying gameplay.

9 More PS5 Games Under $30

The Best PS5 Game Under $20 - Elden Ring for $19.99

This action RPG has been the subject of enormous hype since its 2022 release, and for good reason. Challenging combat, awe-inspiring visuals, and an expansive open world ripe for players to explore cemented Elden Ring as Game of the Year at the 2023 Game Developers Choice Awards, where it also won Best Visual Art and Best Design. It even scored a lofty 10 from IGN's review team. The game is currently selling at Game Stop for $19.99 — a 67% discount from its retail value — making it one of the best gaming deals this season. Grab it while you still can, because the same sale already expired at both Best Buy and Walmart.

For even more gameplay, the Shadow of the Erdtree Edition of the game was just released earlier this year, which comes with the base game and DLC. This ultimate combo is $51.69 on Amazon right now, and as of publication, the slightly cheaper Best Buy deal on this game is already out of stock. Considering how new this DLC is, it's no surprise it's not as heavily discounted as the base game, but it's still $28 off from the standard retail value of $79.99 on a recently released game.

9 More PS5 Games Under $20

More PS5 Cyber Monday Deals to Explore

There's plenty of other Cyber Monday deals still going strong on popular games, though they're certainly not as reduced in price as what we've gathered for you here. You can pick up Metaphor: ReFantazio, which is primed to take the title of Game of the Year, right now for $20 off its retail value — its lowest sale price yet. Other standout offers include Star Wars Outlaws and Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero on Amazon for $39.99 and $49.94, respectively.

If you're looking for more console accessories, we've also got you covered. Amazon's deals on DualSense controllers start at just $54.99 right now — a 28% discount from their retail price. Even special edition models are discounted to $59.99.

We've also seen some great discounts on PlayStation 5 console bundles, which were made available on November 23. The Fortnite Cobalt Star Bundle starts at $374.99 for the Digital Edition and $424.99 for the Disc Edition on Amazon. These deals will end after Dec. 2, so don't miss your opportunity to grab them while you have access to a great discount.

But possibly the biggest highlight of all the PS5 deals out there is on the PSVR2 Horizon: Call of the Mountain bundle, which is currently selling for $349 on Amazon. That's a $250 markdown from the bundle's market value, putting this virtual reality device on the same playing field as the Meta Quest when it comes to price point. Plus, you get a great game to test drive your console with.

This Roku Smart TV Is Under $100 with Walmart's Cyber Monday Deals

Par : Katie Reul
2 décembre 2024 à 23:05

Shop smart (TVs, that is) with Walmart's 40% off deal on the onn. 43" LED Roku Smart TV. Priced at just $94, it's one of the most budget-friendly TVs we've found this holiday deals season. The set normally retails for $158, which is already super cheap, but that means those who purchase today will save $64.

At this price, it's obviously not the best TV around. It's certainly not ultra high definition or meant for 2K viewing either. But at 1080P, it does offer a pretty crystal clear picture that brings out plenty of detail.

Beyond screen quality, it has other impressive features that make this TV worth far more than its price. It's particularly advantageous for those who own other Smart Home items like Amazon Alexa, Apple Home, or Google Home. With the native Roku Smart Home app, users can control compatible devices directly from their TV.

Neither too big or too small, the 42.5" screen size makes this a nice addition to any bedroom or gaming setup. The LED display makes these sets both more energy efficient and brighter than their LCD counterparts, plus a 60Hz refresh rate makes on-screen motion smooth and seamless whether you're watching football or playing video game.

Onn. is Walmart's own tech brand, but it runs like any other Roku TVs, meaning this one also has access to thousands of free and paid channels along with streaming apps for every service imaginable — all conveniently located on the home screen, which can be customized to highlight your most-used applications.

Speaking from personal experience, my favorite feature of these TVs is the free Roku mobile app, which users can access from their smartphones to search for content with voice controls or browse channels even when their remote goes missing.

More TV Deals to Shop This Cyber Monday

Overall, this TV is an incredible value for such a low price. But if you're still not convinced, there's hundreds of other deals available for other TV sets ranging in quality – but believe me, they won't be nearly as cheap. For another great budget pick with 4K functionality, check out the 65" TCL S4 TV, the newest model of IGN's most popular TV during last year's holiday season. Or look through our full list of Walmart Cyber Monday deals you won't want to miss, from TVs to air fryers and more.

And while you're at it, top-selling consoles are on sale for majorly discounted prices right now. Pair your new TV with a PlayStation 5 or an Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X while they're at the lowest prices you'll see this year.
