The disgraced ex-lawmaker is staring down more than seven years in prison, but appeared more willing to ding the DOJ before and even after the feds called out Santos for his social media rant.

Saraceno put his retirement papers in at the pension board Thursday, according to an internal police document obtained by The Post.

“The father being at this press conference … is a disrespect to the dignity of his son,” an Anthony supporter said.

"You’re advocating and putting a smiley face on assassination," Hannity said.

The former governor skipped out another chance to answer tough questions – this time at a forum hosted by the New York Immigration Coalition

“I want him to be remembered as the lively person that he was, that he had so many dreams and so many goals that he wanted to achieve."

“It was a practical way to move the books, but it also was a way for everybody to have a part,” the owner said.
