Walmart, Target, Kroger and Albertsons accused of continuing to sell “adulterated” infant formula linked to an outbreak that has sickened 51 babies.

Target, Walmart Get FDA Warning for Selling Recalled Baby Formula

Four of the nation's largest retailers continued selling ByHeart baby formula despite a recall, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

Target is one of four retailers accused of continuing to sell "adulterated" baby formula.

Walmart also received a letter from the FDA warning it about continued sales of contaminated baby formula.

Kroger, the Cincinnati-based supermarket chain, also received a similar warning from the FDA.

Albertsons, the supermarket conglomerate, received a warning letter from the FDA.

“No, no, he would have no weight. It's just his opinion matters if it's good, you know, if it's based on data,” Hassett said when asked about Trump.

Kevin Hassett, the president's top economic adviser, is said to be the frontrunner in the race to succeed Fed Chair Jerome Powell.

Hassett told "Face the Nation" on CBS that President Trump would "have no weight" on monetary policy if he is chosen as the next Fed Chair.

Hassett said that he and Trump “talk about almost everything...almost every day” as it relates to economic policy, including “monetary policy.”

Trump has clashed with current Fed Chair Jerome Powell over interest rates.
