The Arc Ultra is Sonos' best soundbar speaker, replacing last year's Arc model. It is a massive 46" soundbar that houses 14 total speakers, including five tweeters (plus two upward-firing speakers for Dolby Atmos supported height channels), six midwoofers, and a four-motor, dual-membrane Sound Motion woofer. The Arc Ultra uses AI enhancement technology to isolate and boost the clarity of dialogue and voices. The Arc is still an outstanding soundbar even after the release of the Arc Ultra, and at $399 it's certainly a much better value. The refurbished model gets the same 1 year warranty as buying new. The 45" soundbar houses eleven precisely engineered internal speakers, including two dedicated height channels. It's Dolby Atmos ready, and the Class-D amps provide enough power that you can probably get away without a subwoofer (although you'd still benefit from one).

The Sonos Era 100 is a compact powered speaker that pumps out great sound for its small footprint. Unlike the Sonos Move, this is not a portable speaker with a built-in battery, so you'll need to leave it plugged in. Sound quality is equivalent to a Sonos Move, which isn't surprising considering they have similar internal components: two tweeters, a mid-woofer, and three class-D digital amps. It has a built-in microphone for smart assistant functionality.

The Era 300 is a much bigger, better sounding version of the Era 100. It's nearly double the size and weight. The Era 300 is also shaped differently, but there's a reason for that. The hourglass figure is designed to optimally arrange the six speakers so that they fire sound in all directions, enhancing Dolby Atmos and spatial audio effects. The Era 300 consist of four tweeters and two woofers paired with Class-D digital amplifiers and custom waveguides to help project sound to all corners of your room. It also has a built-in microphone for smart assistant compatibility.

If you want to add ground-shaking bass to your Sonos setup, there's still nothing better than a separate standalone subwoofer. The Sub 4 boasts plenty of power in the form of dual inward-facing 5"x8" woofers and a ported design that allows for a louder and deeper low-end. It simply can't be emulated by a standard bookshelf speaker or soundbar alone.

If you are space constrained, consider the Sub Mini instead. Despite its compact size, the Sub Mini can still powerful room-filling bass by way of two inward-facing 6" drivers contained in a sealed (non-ported) enclosure. It features wireless connectivity so you can avoid the hassle of routing a cable back to the rest of your home theater components.

The Sonos Beam is a smaller, less expensive alternatives to the Arc. The Beam (Gen 2) is a 26-inch long, 5.0-channel soundbar with one tweeter and four mid-woofers for natural, balanced sound and four passive radiators to help with the low end. Although the Beam doesn't have physical height channels, it has two virtual height channels for Dolby Atmos support. There's also a built-in microphone for smart functionality.

The Move 2 is Sonos' biggest and best portable speaker. It's size allows it to house two tweeters, a mid-woofer, and three class-D digital amplifiers. This is a standalone speaker with a self-contained battery and can be carried around from room to room. The battery provides up to 24 hours of continuous playtime and a simple but effective docking station essentially turns it into a powered speaker. It is IP56 rated for weather resistance and has a built-in microphone so that it can accept voice commands and is compatible with smart assistants.

The Roam 2 is Sonos' most compact and travel-friendly portable speaker. It weighs in at under one pound and is designed for both indoor and outdoor use thanks to an IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof housing. It houses one tweeter, one mid-woofer, and two class-H digital amplifers, so it's still able to pump out inpressively clean sound even at high volumes. The internal battery supplies the Roam 2 with nearly 10 hours of playtime, and it can be recharged over USB Type-C. It supports both Bluetooth and wireless connectivity and has a built-in microphone for voice control.

The Sonos Ace is a premium wireless headphone featuring Dolby Atmos spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, lossless audio streaming over Bluetooth, effective active noise cancellation thanks to eight optimally positioned microphones (plus Aware mode), custom designed 40mm dynamic drivers for accurate, distortion-free audio, a mix of plush memory foam and vegan leather for all-day comfort, and a stainless steel headband skeleton for durability. Of all the Blackwell cards released thus far, the RTX 5070 Ti offers the best value for high-resolution gaming. This GPU is fully capable of running games in 4K at high framerates. It performs neck-and-neck with the RTX 4080 Super and marginalizes the RTX 5080, which is only about 10%-15% faster but costs 33% more. Like all Blackwell cards, the RTX 5070 Ti supports DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation. PNY GeForce RTX 5070 12GB GPU for $489

Recommended for 1440p gaming

Compared to the previous generation GPUs, the RTX 5070 performs comparably with the RTX 4070 Super. We wish there was a bigger generation improvement in raw performance, but the RTX 4070 Super was already an excellent card for 1080p and 1440p gaming and the difference in framerates widens considerably in games that support DLSS 4. MSI GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB GPU for $369

Recommended for 1080p gaming

The RTX 5060 Ti is an excellent GPU for 1080p gaming. It outperforms the RTX 4060 Ti by about 20% and the RTX 3060 Ti by 40%. The RTX 5060 Ti also benefits from Nvidia's new DLSS 4 technology as well as newer GDDR7 video memory. There are two RTX 5060 Ti variants floating around with the only difference being the amount of VRAM, either 8GB or 16GB. This deal is for the 16GB model. According to our Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti review, the amount of VRAM makes a huge difference. We recommend the 16GB model because it can run just about any game out there comfortably at 1080p and can even handle 1440p with adjusted settings. The 8GB model, however, struggles even at 1080p and don't even think about running games at a higher resolution. For under $400, there's no better GPU right now.

The Alienware AW3423DWF is a 34" monitor featuring a 3440x1440 WQHD resolution with 1800R curve, 0.03ms response time, and 165Hz refresh rate. This monitor is equipped with a Samsung quantum dot OLED panel. This is the best type of panel for gaming thanks to its near instantaneous response time, true black levels, and near-infinite contrast ratio. The AW3423DWF features a 99.3% DCI-P3 color range and is factory calibrated with a Delta E less than 2. It is HDR True Black 400 certified and boasts up to 1,000nits of peak brightness.

The newer 32" Alienware AW3225QF 4K OLED monitor is also on sale

If you've got a powerful enough gaming PC to run games in 4K at high framerates, then you might want to future-proof your setup with one of the best OLED gaming monitors available. The Alienware AW3225QF was first announced during CES 2024 and is Dell's one of few OLED monitors that combine a 4K resolution with an OLED panel. It also has a higher 240Hz refresh rate and official G-Sync certification.

Something to keep in mind is that 4K monitors require a pretty powerful GPU. 4K resolution has 2.25 times more pixels than QHD; if you want to play games in 4K, especially at frame rates of up to 240fps, you'll want a gaming PC equipped with an GeForce RTX 5070 at the minimum. If your PC is equipped with an even more powerful card like the RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5080, or RX 9070 XT, then this monitor would be the perfect complement.

Beats is owned by Apple, and the Studio Pro is marketed towards people like myself who want a quality over-ear wireless noise canceling headphone but also don't want to spend $400 plus on the AirPods Max. The Studio Pro offers better audio quality than any other Beats headphone, and excellent active noise cancelation. It carries over a lot of Apple's trademark features like spatial audio with head tracking, one touch pairing, and "Find My" functionality. The Nintendo Switch 2 is only compatible with MicroSD Express memory cards. Samsung's P9 is pretty much identical to the official Switch 2 memory card but without the Switch 2 branding. The P9 is also available in a 512GB capacity, unlike the official card which is limited to 256GB. The Samsung P9 boasts transfer (sequential read) speeds of up to 800MB/s, far far faster than any former generation MicroSD card, which caps at well under 200MB/s for even the fastest models.

If you don't yet own a Switch 2, now might be a good time to get one. It's now in stock everywhere, including Amazon, without any invitation required. Nintendo also recently raised prices on Switch 2 accessories and warned that the console itself might see a price hike in the near future. I don't expect any sales on Nintendo Switch 2 consoles during Black Friday and the only way to get one cheaper would be buying an imported model from AliExpress or used consoles from eBay or other marketplaces. The Google Streamer 4K was released in September of 2024. It is the successor to the Chromecast 4K, but improves upon it in nearly all respects. The new processor is up to 22% faster, with double the memory (2GB) and quadruple the onboard storage (32GB). Both wireless 802.11ac and wired gigabit ethernet options are available. It features a USB Type-C charging port, which makes it easier to track down a power brick if you lose the included one. The remote has also been updated with a handy remote-finder feature for those inevitable times you misplace it. The Steamer can also control your smart home devices and it functions as both a Thread border router and Matter hub.

Like other top-shelf models, the Google Streamer 4K can stream at up to 4K resolution in HDR, including Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+ formats. Although it's equipped with an HDMI 2.1 port, it's limited to 4K @ 60Hz refresh rate. The Google Streamer does, however, support Dolby Atmos if you pair it with Atmos-compatible speakers like the Sonos Arc.

Feature-wise, the Google Streamer 4K is comparable to the Apple TV or Roku Ultra but at a lower price point. The Nvidia Shield TV Pro does offer even more functionality (for example, it can be used as a Plex media server), but it retails for a much higher $200. Because you get the added bonus of smart home functionality and Matter and Thead compatiblity, the Google Streamer is an attractive option even at its retail price. When there's a deal, the value is hard to beat.

The Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones is the 2025 successor to the WH-1000XM5 that was released way back in 2022. Both sound quality and noise cancelation have been noticeably improved on the XM6 thanks to a more powerful QN3 audio processor and a total of 12 beam-forming microphones that do a great job of picking up and cancelling out unwanted noise. The XM6 is also more comfortable to wear because of the hinged earcups. The same design also allows the XM6 to be more easily stowed away since the earcups can be folded inwards to fit in a smaller carrying case. It can last up to 30 hours on a single charge, and a quick 3 minute top-up over USB Type-C will give you up to 3 hours of continuous playback. You can save some money by going with an older generation XM5 or even the XM4, but as long as it is within your budget, the XM6's improvements in sound quality, noise cancelation, and ergonomics makes the new model worth it.

This particular Lenovo Legion Go S model is equipped with an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, which is significantly more powerful than the Ryzen Z2 Go (which we didn't like very much at all) and the Steam Deck's custom APU. It's supplemented by a generous 32GB of RAM and 512GB storage capacity. Since it runs on the SteamOS client, it outperforms the Steam Deck in most games. Graphics also look sharper with more fluid movement, thanks to a bigger 8" 1200p display with a higher 120Hz refresh rate. Battery life remains roughly equivalent, however the Legion Go S does benefit from a much faster maximum charging rate (up to 100W input if your charger can support it).

The AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D is the most powerful laptop gaming CPU

Early Black Friday Deals

Not long you you wouldn't be able to find an electric bike for under $1,000. Although there are still plenty of "premium" brands that still sell ebikes for well above this threshold, it's no longer an accurate blanket statement. As we enter the Black Friday and holiday season, you can pick up an entry level ebike for as low as $319. The three deals below stand out for the following reasons: (1) they're a lot less expensive than buying the exact same bike off Amazon, (2) they're all shipped from a local US warehouse so you don't need to worry about tariffs or shipping delays, and (3) they're sold by reputable vendors with plenty of reviews and sales to back them up.

Scooters have some major advantages over bikes. They're lighter, more compact, and usually less expensive. Electric assisted scooters give you more range and speed for less effort, and the brushless motor is pretty quiet. You'd think upgrading to one would cost you a lot of money, but that doesn't have to be the case. You can pick up a LADPED LP80 350W electric scooter for just $127.14 with coupon code "AEUS26". AliExpress is known for being one of the best online shops to pick up a 3D printer at the lowest possible price. I'm not talking about obscure, unvetted models. Some of the most popular 3D printer brands, including Creality (arguably the most well-known), Anycubic, and Flashforge, have official storefronts that carry some or all of their product lineup. With coupons applied, you can pick up a fully-assembled 3D printer for as low as $170.

Check any popular flashlight forums and you'll see that Sofirn is a very well known brand that carries a wide range of flashlights at extremely affordable prices. They're one of the best selling flashlight brands on Amazon, but you can get the exact same models for a much lower price at AliExpress. In fact, Sofirn even has its own official seller account there. The SP36 Pro is a popular 5" EDC model that currently sells for over $60 on Amazon. The emitter uses four SST40 LEDs that can deliver up to 8,000 lumens. It takes three 18650 batteries which are included.

JoyToy is well known for its huge collection of pre-painted Warhammer 40K figures. In my opinion they are better detailed than the ones from McFarlane and Bandai, with the exception of limited edition figures that cost hundreds of dollars apiece. JoyToy figures are also (justifiably) more expensive and building out an extensive Warhammer collection of figures can easily add up in price. Lucky for us, JoyToy happens to host its own official storefront on AliExpress. It also licenses its toys out to several other resellers on AliExpress. These are all genuine models shipped in retail packaging and best of all, much cheaper than getting it anywhere else.

Who Is AliExpress?

AliExpress, an offshoot of Alibaba (one of the world's largest online retailers), is a one-stop shop for everything under the sun, from video games, consoles, and electronics to home decor, apparel, toys, and sporting goods. It operates as an online marketplace for Chinese-based sellers looking to sell their products to international customers. This is a great resource for US-based shoppers because prices on AliExpress are more often than not lower than the exact same product at a US retailer, including Amazon marketplace. These include officially licensed products from Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, and more. If you're willing to overlook some caveats (for example, imported models without a US warranty) and exercise basic internet common sense, then AliExpress offers a great opportunity to save tons of money.

Audible is a subscription service that gives you access to hundreds of thousands of the best audiobooks without ever having to purchase them. There are two paid membership plans: the lower tier Audible Plus ($7.95/mo) and the higher tier Audible Premium Plus ($14.95/mo). The biggest difference between the two is the size of the audiobook library. Whereas Audible Plus only lets you listen to a selection of about 10,000 audiobooks, the Audible Premium Plus plan gives you access to a whopping 500,000 audiobooks.

Catch up the the latest novel releases, audiobook style

Several best-selling new and recent releases are available in an audiobook format and part of Audible's Premium Plus subscription plan. Sunrise on the Reaping, the latest Hunger Games novel, is narrated by Jefferson White, who you may already know from Yellowstone where he played Jimmy Hudstrom. The audiobook has a listening time of about 12 hours and 48 minutes. The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti card was supposed to retail for $749.99 when it launched in February. Unfortunately, this wasn't the price we ended up seeing, with base models starting at $1,000 and remaining there for months until supply finally caught up with demand. There are still more expensive RTX 5070 Ti variants that offer better cooling, flashier colors, or a little bit of overclocking, but the "base" model will get you the best performance for your dollar. Keep in mind that there is no "Founder's Edition" for the RTX 5070 Ti, so you will have to go with an aftermarket card no matter what.

It excels at 4K gaming performance at a reasonable price point

Of all the Blackwell cards released thus far, the RTX 5070 Ti offers the best value, especially if you're intending to play games at more demanding resolutions. It performs neck-and-neck with the RTX 4080 Super and marginalizes the RTX 5080, which is only about 10%-15% faster but costs 33% more.
