The Meta Quest 3S is the best standalone consumer-oriented VR headset under $300. It costs 40% less than the Quest 3 and yet retains most of its hardware and functionality, including the Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 processor, Touch Plus controllers with inside-out tracking, and mixed reality passthrough. However, whereas the Quest 3 has been updated with a new pancake lens design, the Quest 3S retains the Fresnel optics of the Quest 2. Although obviously not as good as the Quest 3, the Quest 3S still very much offers an immersive visual experience that is sure to impress. I myself logged in hundreds of hours on the Quest 2 before I moved on to the Quest 3. The Seagate Expansion boasts a single 22TB disk drive so it's physically no bigger than any other desktop hard drive. It features a USB 3.0 interface, which won't bottleneck traditional hard drive speeds, and a USB 3.0 cable is included in the packaging. It also includes recovery software and automatic recognition of both Windows and Mac computers.

Although SSDs are all the rage these days, traditional hard drives are still the superior choice for long term storage. For one, hard drives are significantly less expensive. Compared to this hard drive's $10/TB cost, a solid state drive would run you at least $60/TB. Hard drives also have a much higher maximum capacity. We picked this model as the best overall iPad of 2025. For most people, the iPad (not the Air, Mini, or Pro) is the best model to get because it offers all the benefits of the iOS operating system and snappy performance at an affordable price. We wish there was a bigger generation improvement in raw performance, but the RTX 4070 Super was already an excellent card for 1080p and 1440p gaming and the difference in framerates widens considerably in games that support DLSS 4. MSI GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB GPU for $369

Recommended for 1080p gaming

The RTX 5060 Ti is an excellent GPU for 1080p gaming. It outperforms the RTX 4060 Ti by about 20% and the RTX 3060 Ti by 40%. The RTX 5060 Ti also benefits from Nvidia's new DLSS 4 technology as well as newer GDDR7 video memory. There are two RTX 5060 Ti variants floating around with the only difference being the amount of VRAM, either 8GB or 16GB. This deal is for the 16GB model. According to our Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti review, the amount of VRAM makes a huge difference. We recommend the 16GB model because it can run just about any game out there comfortably at 1080p and can even handle 1440p with adjusted settings. The 8GB model, however, struggles even at 1080p and don't even think about running games at a higher resolution. For under $400, there's no better GPU right now.
