The Afghan national accused of shooting two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., worked with U.S. entities, including the CIA, as a member of a partner force in Afghanistan.

Two West Virginia National Guard members were shot near the White House and Farragut Metro Station in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday. Police said one suspect is in custody.
