An Afghan national was arrested after posting a video indicating he was building a bomb with an intended target in Fort Worth area, Homeland Security said.
National Guardsman Andrew Wolfe, 24, is "hanging on" Saturday after being shot in Washington, D.C., earlier this week, Rep. Riley Moore, R-W.Va., said.
