Villa’s head coach was asked about Alysson, the 19-year-old winger the club signed from the Brazilian side Gremio during the January transfer window. “He is a winger, left foot, plays normally in the right side,” he told reporters. “He has qualities or skills like a Leon Bailey. He has a huge potential. His adaptation has been progressing better but he needed time and he’s still needing time to adapt to us and get his best performances.” The young Brazilian is not included in Villa’s matchday squad for tonight’s game.

Tokyo Disneyland replaces classic Splash Mountain sign — sparking backlash as critics slam ‘woke’ move

The House of Mouse has removed the only surviving "Have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day" sign at the exit of Splash Mountain at Disney Tokyo, eagle-eyed observers said. The original sign had the phrase in both Kanji and English. It was replaced with a sign reading, "thanks for dropping in!" — in English only.

Burnley turfed out of FA Cup on perfect day for Louis Reed and Mansfield

Mansfield gave blood and sweat to reach the FA Cup fifth round by shocking a Burnley side intent on boring everyone to tears. A stunning Louis Reed free-kick completed a hard-fought turnaround for the League One side against their labouring Premier League opponents.

There is little doubt that Burnley are getting relegated, leaving the Cup as their only hope of salvaging a desperate season, but they lacked quality from start to finish on another desperate day for Scott Parker. Mansfield were not necessarily the better side but worked harder for the victory.
