Numerous lawsuits have now been filed against Riverside Church over sexual abuse allegations involving Ernest Lorch, who led its prestigious basketball team in Harlem.
Daryl Powell agreed to settle his sexual abuse lawsuit against Riverside Church on Tuesday. His case was the first of more than two dozen suits filed by Ernest Lorch’s former players to go to trial.
