Pokémon's Super Bowl Ad Asks Lady Gaga, Trevor Noah, and More 'What's Your Favorite' Pokémon?

Pokémon's promised ad spot at the Super Bowl just aired, and in it we got a glimpse into the Pokémon preferences of celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Trevor Noah, Charles Leclerc, and more.

The minute-long ad shows Lady Gaga, Trevor Noah, Formula One racer Charles Leclerc, singer Jisoo, actor Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Spanish football (soccer, for the Americans) player Lamine Yamal and rapper Young Miko all describing their favorite Pokémon before eventually revealing them.

Lady Gaga (of course) picked Jigglypuff, and Jigglypuff even did a brief little duet with her singing its signature song. Trevor Noah prefers Psyduck, Leclerc chooses Arcanine, Jisoo picks Eevee, Ramakrishnan chooses Luxray, Yamal picks Zygarde, and Young Miko's partner is Gengar. Shockingly, The Pokémon Company managed not to put Pikachu in this ad anywhere (except in the logo, of course)!

The ad ends with all the celebrities asking the audience, "What's your favorite?" This question is the start of a year-long campaign put on by The Pokémon Company in celebration of its 30th anniversary. In addition to the ad, The Pokémon Company is kicking things off by introducing a new camera feature to Pokémon GO (which is somehow ten years old this year!) that allows users to participate in the campaign.

Additionally, The Pokémon Company has promised various events including "Day Out" and "Night Out" experiences designed for fans to celebrate Pokémon, with daytime events more family-focused and nighttime events more for adults who grew up with the series. The Pokémon Company has also already announced other celebratory events, such as a themed TCG collection and Pokemon LEGO sets.

Pokémon's 30th is a big moment for the franchise, and we're expecting them to celebrate in style. Historically Pokémon has thrown a big digital showcase entitled Pokémon Presents on or around Pokémon Day (February 27), where the company lays out its plans for the year across video games, the TCG, and merchandise. Fans are eagerly hoping for the announcement of a new Pokémon game, perhaps a remake of beloved DS games Black and White, or the kick-off for the next generation of Pokémon, Gen 10. Heck, at this point, I'd just be happy to have the classic games on Nintendo Switch Online!

AU Deals: The Big Games of Today That Stopped Pretending They're Worth Full Price

I've got mates who bounced off most full price games this year, not because they are bad, but because they ask for too much too soon. Time, patience, and a premium that assumes blind trust. My lists are the opposite of that. Below are the games that make sense now. They've (mostly) been patched, balanced, and priced into something honest. You know what they are, they know what they are, and the deal is finally fair on both sides. The only real maybe here is Alone in the Dark (but, hey, it's cheap).

This Day in Gaming 🎂

In retro news, I’m using a firebrand sword’s blazing jab to light 14 candles on a cake baked for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, a promising action RPG that went the way of dodos and discos. It was a money thing. Combat had snap, spells landed with weight, and the Destiny system let you reshuffle builds without punishment. It felt flexible at a time when RPGs were still weirdly precious about commitment.

Reckoning reviewed well and found an audience, but not a big enough one to repay the ambitious EA Games loan behind it, and that reality shut down 38 Studios before sequels could turn promise into a proper series. That still stings. The recent remaster does not rewrite history, but it does preserve a game that deserved more time, more trust, and frankly, another swing.

Aussie birthdays for notable games.

Nice Savings for Nintendo Switch

  • Assassin's Creed Shadows NS2 (-28%) - A$64.90 Stealth first Assassin's Creed with a dual lead structure that actually matters. Still a bit bloated, but the historical detail and tighter sneaking finally feel earned at this price.
  • FC 26 (-50%) - A$44.70 Annual update energy, but the on pitch tweaks are noticeable this year. Career mode still creaks, yet local multiplayer value alone justifies the discount.
  • Civilization VII (-55%) - A$49.90 The rare sequel that meaningfully rethinks systems. Diplomacy is smarter, late game drags less, and yes, it will still steal your weekend.
  • Red Dead Redemption (-57%) - A$29 Rockstar's bleak western still hits, even portable. Gunplay shows its age, but the writing remains sharp enough to cut.
  • Lego Jurassic World (-50%) - A$29.90 Familiar Lego comfort food with dinosaurs doing the heavy lifting. Best enjoyed co op, and best purchased when cheap.

Or gift a Nintendo eShop Card.

Exciting Bargains for Xbox

  • Monster Hunter Wilds (-66%) - A$39 Capcom made onboarding gentler without killing the depth. Still punishing, still brilliant, and dangerously easy to sink 100 hours into.
  • Battlefield 6 (-55%) - A$49 The return to large scale chaos mostly works. Maps are better, specialists are calmer, but server roulette remains part of the experience.
  • Hogwarts Legacy (-60%) - A$43.90 A theme park RPG that knows exactly what fans want. Combat surprises, side content sprawls, and the main story politely overstays.
  • Metaphor ReFantazio (-48%) - A$60 Persona DNA with sharper politics and stranger systems. Dense, stylish, and not in a hurry to explain itself.
  • Cyberpunk 2077 Ult. Ed. (-39%) - A$73.30 Finally feels like the game promised years ago. Still messy, but the expansion and patches make Night City worth revisiting.

Xbox One

  • Tiny Tina's Wonderlands (-69%) - A$31.30 Borderlands silliness dialled up, loot grind intact. Jokes are hit and miss, shooting remains the draw.
  • Dishonored 2 (-77%) - A$9.10 Still one of the best immersive sims ever made. Level design rewards patience, curiosity, and restraint.
  • Persona 3 Reload (-30%) - A$69 Faithful remake energy with modern comforts. Story remains heavy, pacing remains deliberate, and the soundtrack still rules.

Or just invest in an Xbox Card.

Pure Scores for PlayStation

  • Battlefield 6 (-55%) - A$49 Same strengths and weaknesses as my Series X write up above. Looks great, plays loud, still occasionally trips over itself.
  • The Witcher 3 Comp. Ed. (-41%) - A$45.90 Writing carries this harder than ever. Combat improvements help, but it is the characters that keep it relevant.
  • NBA 2K24 Kobe Bryant Ed. (-69%) - A$37 Strong on court, exhausting off it. MyCareer monetisation still grates, but pickup games shine.
  • Star Wars Jedi Survivor (-85%) - A$16.40 Excellent traversal and confident sequel design. Performance issues linger, but the adventure lands.
  • Alone in the Dark (-48%) - A$28.80 Old school survival horror vibes with modern stiffness. Atmosphere carries more than mechanics.

PS4

  • Red Dead Redemption 2 (-68%) - A$29 Slow, deliberate, and emotionally exhausting in the best way. Still unmatched in world detail.
  • Kingdom Hearts Melody Of Memory (-53%) - A$42.10 Rhythm spin off that exists for fans only. Story recap is odd, soundtrack is the real hook.
  • It Takes Two (-80%) - A$11.90 Co op design at its most generous. Requires a willing partner, rewards you both constantly.

Or purchase a PS Store Card.

Purchase Cheap for PC

  • ASUS ROG Xbox Ally (-22%) - A$783 Expensive, powerful, and still niche. Fantastic for tinkerers, less so for plug and play types.
  • Marvel's Midnight Suns (-85%) - A$13.40 Tactical card combat done right. Social hub stuff drags, battles absolutely sing.
  • OlliOlli World (-75%) - A$7.40 Pure flow state platforming. Hard, joyful, and endlessly replayable.
  • XCOM 2 Col. (-78%) - A$13.40 Still the gold standard for turn based tension. Mods keep it alive, losses still hurt.
  • The Typing Of The Dead Overkill (-66%) - A$8.10 Absurd, loud, and secretly great typing practice. Not subtle, not for everyone.

The HP All-in Plan - Get a New Printer and Ink Starting at Just $7.99 Per Month

If you're in need of at-home printing but you don't want to deal with the upfront cost of buying a printer or the hassle of purchasing ink cartridges when they run out, then HP is offering a plan that might be perfect for you.

HP's All-In Plan is a convenient service that leases you a printer for a low monthly fee. Never run out of ink or printing supplies. You’re always ready to print with ink and optional paper delivery before you need it. There are several plans to choose from, with each offering a different printer and print allotment depending on your needs. The monthly print allotment is flexible, rolls over and can easily be updated on a monthly basis if needed.

The four recommended plan tiers are as follows:

  • Basic - HP Envy inkjet printer with 20 pages of printing for $7.99/mo
  • Versatile - HP Envy Photo inkjet printer with 20 pages of printing for $9.99/mo
  • High-Volume - HP Smart Tank with 100 pages of printing for $12.99/mo
  • Professional - HP OfficeJet Pro with 50 pages of printing for $14.99/mo

The "High Volume" plan is marketed as the best value. It includes the HP Smart Tank 7602 all-in-one printer (retails for $470) and up to 100 pages of monthly printing. At $12.99 per month, it's not much more expensive than the "Basic" and "Versatile" plans. The one caveat is that it requires a three year commitment compared to two years for the other plans. Fortunately, HP offers a 30-day trial period during which you have the option to return your printer.

Is the HP All-In Plan worth it?

The big question is whether or not HP's All-In Plan is worth it in the first place. We can first break this out monetarily. The "High Volume" plan will run you $12.99 per month for 3 years, or a grand total of $467.64. As mentioned above, the printer you get retails for $469.99. That's about the same cost, but there are other factors to consider.

By buying the printer outright, you could probably find a discount. For example, it's currently on sale at Amazon for $349.99, saving you $120 right off the bat. Also, after 3 years, you'll still own the printer so that you can use it for many years after. If you subscribe to the plan, then you're out of a printer after 3 years unless you re-enroll.

However, by signing up for the plan, you avoid having to pay $400+ instantly, which is replaced by a more manageable monthly fee. You also essentially get three years of 24/7 live support and warranty service, as opposed to just one year if you bought the printer outright. You don't need to pay for ink during the life of the subscription. This is important because ink refills can get pricey very quickly to the point where it's often cheaper to just buy a new printer. You're also not stuck with the same printer forever. After the term ends, you can either choose to continue using your current printer or upgrade to a newer, current generation model.

All things considered, it really depends on your situation. If you can justify the upfront cost, you plan to keep the same printer for more than three years, and you feel comfortable enough sourcing your own ink, then just buy your own printer. If you'd rather stick with the convenience of letting HP worry about the printer along with its refills and maintenance, and you know that you can stay within the monthly printing allotment, then it's worth checking it out.

Super Bowl 2026 Movie Trailers: Everything Shown During the Big Game

As the Seattle Seahawks took home the win at Super Bowl LX, movie fans were left with a smorgasbord of movie trailers for some of the biggest films of 2026.

Highlights from this year’s Big Game included sneak peeks at films like Disclosure Day, Scream 7, and Project Hail Mary, but the biggest surprise was probably Netflix’s first look at The Adventures of Cliff Booth. While Marvel was indeed a no-show this year, DC helped fill the superhero gap with a Puppy Bowl trailer for Supergirl.

From the surprises to the disappointments, we gathered every Super Bowl 2026 movie trailer for you to see below. After you’ve caught up on all of the movies coming soon, you can check out our collection of this year’s show’s best commercials.

Supergirl Trailer Sees Krypto Make Surprise Appearance for the Puppy Bowl

It doesn’t sound like Warner Bros. will show up for a commercial during The Big Game itself, but that didn’t stop DC from debuting a sneak peek at Supergirl for the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet. The 47-second TV spot puts the spotlight on Kara Zor-El’s superpowered pup, Krypto, and what appears to be their final days on Krypton. In between shots of the canine companion, who made his DCU debut in 2025’s Superman, we get a glimpse at some of what will likely be the film’s many action scenes.

Supergirl premieres in theaters June 26, 2026.

Hoppers Big Game Spot Shows More Animal Antics Ahead of March Release Date

Pixar’s Hoppers was one of the first movie trailers to show up for Super Bowl LX. The 30-second commercial reminds viewers of its person-turned-beaver storyline, while highlighting some of the other critters, such as snakes, birds, lizards, ants, turtles, and dancing frogs, that viewers can look forward to.

Hoppers is another creative universe from Disney and Pixar, and it comes to theaters March 6, 2026.

Scream 7 Slashes Into Super Bowl LX Ahead of February Premiere

Scream 7 is just weeks away from taking viewers (and Neve Campbell’s Syndey Prescott) back to Woodsboro. The trailer, which actually arrived just a few days ahead of today's game, moves the focus from Sydney to her daughter, teasing a Ghostface who is out for blood like never before.

Paramount Pictures takes another stab at Scream February 27, 2026.

Disclosure Day Trailer Gives Audiences Their First UFO Sighting

Disclosure Day is coming, and during Super Bowl LX, we got the next look at what that looks like. The second trailer for director Steven Spielberg’s UFO movie puts greater emphasis on the action without giving too much of its story away, as we see Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colman Domingo, and Colin Firth trapped in a world that’s about to come into contact with extraterrestrial life.

Catch your first look at a UFO in Disclosure Day before it descends into theaters June 12, 2026.

The Mandalorian and Grogu Trailer Tames Tauntauns for a Snowy Sneak Peek

While mainline Star Wars movies take a bit of a break, The Mandalorian and Grogu is finally bringing everyone’s favorite pair to movie theaters in just a few months. Both of the film’s titular characters take centerstage for the teaser, which sees them using the force to trade off driving duties as they steer a group of tauntaun’s through the snow.

With gravelly voiceover from what sounds like A Star Is Born actor Sam Elliot, the trailer does a good job at feeling like car or beer commercial in a galaxy far, far away. It’s a somewhat tongue-in-cheek look at The Mandalorian and Grogu ahead of its May 22, 2026, theatrical release date.

The Adventures of Cliff Booth Gets Surprise Teaser from Netflix

The Adventures of Cliff Booth, David Fincher’s unexpected follow-up to Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, made a surprise appearance at Super Bowl 2026. The trailer for the Netflix project featured a Brad Pitt with long hair and a moustache and a lot of censored scenes.

It’s a brief look at one of the most highly anticipated films that did little to spoil its story. For now, viewers have only been told that The Adventures of Cliff Booth is “coming soon.”

Minions & Monsters Trailer Shows Despicable Me Mascots on the Hunt for Beasts

The first trailer for Minions & Monsters shows everyone's favorite little yellow menaces as they search the world for ghouls and ghosts. The two-minute video focuses on what appears to be a mini-Cthulhu, who joins the Minions as they encounter mummies, bunnies, and slimes.

“This is the rambunctious, ridiculous and totally true story of how the Minions conquered Hollywood, became movie stars, lost everything, unleashed monsters onto the world and then banded together to try and save the planet from the mayhem they had just created,” an official description says.

Minions & Monsters arrives in theaters July 1, 2026.

Project Hail Mary Movie Trailer Teases an Emotional Tale from Ryan Gosling and Rocky

Amazon and Sony have published the final trailer for Phil Lord and Christopher Miller’s sci-fi epic, Project Hail Mary. Coming in at just under three minutes long, the full cut of the commercial sees Ryan Gosling’s Ryland Grace link up with Rocky, a small alien made of rocks who needs a little help communicating.

It's an emotional look at one of the year's biggest movies that's backed by Prince's I Would Die 4 U. The directing duo behind The Lego Movie will unleash their Project Hail Mary movie adaptation when it premieres March 20, 2026.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Trailer Gives Fans More Baby Mario and Baby Luigi

Don’t wake the dino. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is only in theaters April 1. pic.twitter.com/34vjqImsBf

— The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (@supermariomovie) February 9, 2026

Universal Studios and Illumination may not have had too much more to share from The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, but the Mario Movie sequel still had a few seconds of footage to share with fans online. The Big Game TV spot sees Yoshi and Toad rescue both Baby Mario and Baby Luigi from t-rex before telling fans to wait for its April 1, 2026, premiere. It’s a scene we’ve seen a glimpse of before, with today’s sneak peek adding a few new moments, including a shot of Mario drumming the Super Mario Bros. theme on the sleeping dinosaur’s teeth.

No Toy Story 5 Trailer, But…

There’s a great story behind every original.👖
See the full commercial from @Levis. pic.twitter.com/tGtHP0M6wE

— Toy Story (@toystory) February 9, 2026

Pixar fans were hoping Hoppers would be joined by Toy Story 5 for the Super Bowl 2026 festivities, but Buzz Lightyear, Mr. Potato Head, and the rest of the gang spent the evening in Disney’s toychest – for the most part. While the animated movie icons are leaving audiences waiting for their June 19, 2026, release date, Woody found just a little bit of time to promote Levi’s jeans.

The clip comes in at a whopping four seconds long and is far from the full-on trailer many were expecting. Still, it serves as a (very) small reminder that the fifth Toy Story movie is still on the way.

Konami's remake, dubbed Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, was released last year, and it successfully did its job in faithfully bringing the beloved game to new audiences. In our 8/10 review, we wrote, "Between its old-school stealth-action gameplay and engaging spy-thriller story, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater largely succeeds as a faithful, visually impressive remake of the 2004 classic."

The Dark West, an Occult Action-RPG, Announced for PC

Introducing The Dark West, a hardcore action-RPG for PC set in a cursed frontier that got too greedy and paid the price. Occult skills and a poker-esque deck let you customize your build and blast through the black-magic-fueled foes of The Order and The Damned as you aim to be the last one standing.

Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas for 2026: Surprise Someone With LEGO, Flowers, Chocolate, Puzzles, and More

It’s hard to believe, but we’re already in February, and that means Valentine’s Day is coming up soon. If you’re scrambling to find a nice gift to give to that special someone in your life this year, have no fear, we’re here to help you track down something that’s sure to make them smile.

These aren’t just the usual flowers and chocolates, either (although we have included links to some good traditional options, if your partner prefers that). In this list, we present a number of different ideas worth thinking about alongside those more classic picks, from sweet LEGO sets to puzzles, to co-op video games that you can enjoy together. It’s also worth noting that finding a good gift doesn’t mean dropping a ton of cash. There are plenty of different options here across a range of prices, so there’s a little something for everyone to enjoy.

The timer has started and there's not long left until the big day arrives, so now is your chance to add the gift idea that catches your eye to your cart so that it arrives in time.

Valentine’s Day 2026: Surprise Them With a LEGO Set

Personally, I’m a very big LEGO fan, and the Botanicals collection is definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to give a creative spin on the usual flower bouquets this year. Whether you want classic roses or the colorful new tulip bouquet, there are so many different arrangements to choose from. Plus, these buildable bouquets don't require any watering or looking after, which is a huge bonus.

These aren’t the only sets worth looking at, though. If you'd like something that the two of you can work on together, many LEGO sets can be constructed with a partner using special co-operative instructions provided by the LEGO Builder app's Build Together mode. This is a great way to tackle a bigger set with each other's help, but even small sets can be divided in two to create a quick afternoon project. There's some great sets that utilize this mode, too. We've included just a few of our favorites below, but it's worth having a full look at all of the Build Together sets for adults that are available. There's some great LEGO gift ideas for Valentine's day in there.

Jump Into a Co-Op Game Video Game

Similar to the LEGO sets above, booting up a co-op game is another excellent way to spend time together. Whether you want to gather your party and venture forth in Baldur’s Gate 3 or be transported into the adventurous worlds of Split Fiction, there are plenty worth checking out. Some are even plucked from our list of the best co-op games, like It Takes Two, Portal 2, and Overcooked 2 (which you can get as part of the Overcooked: All You Can Eat collection).

If you've ticked all those classics off your list and need something brand new, then look no further than Tarsier Studios, the studio behind the first two Little Nightmares games. It's releasing its next game, Reanimal, on February 13, and it supports couch co-op play. If you and your player two are big horror fans looking for something spooky to play together, it seems well worth a look. And it'll arrive just in time for the big day!

Piece Together a Puzzle

Keeping with the co-operative theme here, puzzles are also a wonderful project to work on together. From complex 3D puzzles to standard 2D jigsaws, there's so many different options to consider, with each offering their own level of challenge. There's also a variety of different styles to choose from, so you can find one with a final image (or 3D form) that you'll each enjoy. Plus, who wouldn't want a Pokemon Pika puzzle?!

Speaking of Pokemon, don't forget to browse the always adorable plushies out there, sure to capture your bae's heart! This one is like a 3D valentine in itself:

Go Fancy With Gifts From Apple

If you don’t mind splashing out on something a bit more expensive, Apple products are certainly an exciting gift to give. Between the brand new AirPods Pro 3 and the sleek new Apple Watch Series 11 (which are both on sale, by the way), there’s plenty to check out. Even the 11th gen iPads are on sale right now for under $300. There's no better time to shop around than when great discounts are available.

Flowers Are a Classic Pick

For those wanting to go the more classic Valentine’s Day route, a lovely bouquet of flowers is always a sweet choice. Unlike the LEGO flowers, these require looking after, but they’re still a delightful surprise to receive on the day. There are plenty of stores to look through to find the right bouquet as well, from ProFlowers and 1-800 Flowers, to From You Flowers. Even Amazon and Walmart have dedicated pages for Valentine's Day floral arrangements that you can check out.

Don’t Forget About Chocolates and Candy!

No matter the time of year, chocolate and candy are always a great gift idea, but that's especially true on Valentine's Day. Nothing beats a big heart-shaped box of sweet treats on the day, and there's a few different options you can shop for right now. Whether you want some classic chocolate truffles or a mixed bag of different goodies, we've got some options above that are well worth a look. Buy one, or buy them all. There's no judgement here.

How to Stream the Super Bowl Online for Free in 2026

The Super Bowl is one of the most-watched live events every single year. Some people watch because they love football while others only care about the halftime show. There's also that not-so-small minority only really hoping to see some hilarious Super Bowl ads. Whatever your reason for wanting to tune in to the big game this year, you still need to find a way to actually do so.

Super Bowl LX takes place on Sunday, February 8 at 3:30 p.m. PT and will air live on NBC and Peacock. The easiest way to watch for free is to just tune into your local NBC channel, but since modern smart TVs never seem to have built-in antennas anymore, that may prove a bit difficult. Fortunately, there are a few slightly more complicated ways to watch for free in 2026.

How to Watch Super Bowl 2026 for Free Online

The most straightforward way to watch the Super Bowl online for free is to take advantage of a live TV streaming service free trial. Live TV streaming services are essentially an online version of cable and are actually quite expensive, but some of them offer a free trial for new subscribers.

The Hulu + Live TV Free Trial

The first service I'd recommend here is Hulu + Live TV. It's $89.99 per month for a subscription, which includes live channels as well as a Disney+ and ESPN Select subscription. Thankfully it also comes with a three-day free trial for new subscribers, so you don't have to pay any of that if you don't want to. This is generally considered one of the best overall streaming services for sports and a fairly straightforward way to get Super Bowl streaming access quickly.

Walmart+ Free Trial

It may seem strange to look toward Walmart for a way to watch the Super Bowl, but that's just the world we're living in. Walmart+ includes a 30 day free trial for new subscribers, which comes with a Peacock Premium subscription. Considering Peacock does not have a free trial of its own, this is the best way to get access to the service at no cost. Best of all, if you forget to cancel before those 30 days are up, a monthly subscription will only cost you $12.95. It's only slightly more expensive than a Peacock Premium subscription on its own and includes a bunch of added benefits.

DirecTV Stream Free Trial

If you've already used the Hulu + Live TV free trial trick on some other event, there's also five-day DirecTV free trial available to you. It's similar to what Hulu offers, but with ESPN Unlimited instead of Select and no Disney+ subscription. The slightly longer free trial here is nice, but the monthly cost of the service after that trial ends is significantly more expensive than similar competitors. If you're just planning on cancelling before those five days are up, though, the pricing structure doesn't really matter.

You Really Should Invest in a TV Antenna

The free trial options I've listed here are all great for streaming the Super Bowl this weekend, but they are a fairly roundabout way to get access to something that should already be free to you. NBC is currently being broadcast over the air right this second and all you need is a simple piece of tech to access it. Even if it's too late for you to buy a TV antenna to watch this game, I implore you to please just get one for the future. Streaming services have become overly complicated and you could easily solve this particular problem forever by just spending a little bit of money right now.

The Best LEGO Gifts to Buy for Valentine’s Day This Year

It can be hard to find the right gift for your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. If your significant other enjoys fun and satisfying projects, you might want to get them a LEGO set. You can even build it together. Here are some excellent LEGO choices for Valentine’s Day 2026.

Featured in this article

Here's a run-down of every set we've picked out for Valentine's Day. You can click through in the catalog above to check out the retailer listings, or read on to find more info about each one.

LEGO Botanicals Bouquet of Roses

If we’re looking for LEGO Valentine’s Day gifts, the obvious one is right here: the Bouquet of Roses. It’s a dozen brick-built roses, complete with leaf green stems (no thorns, though!) and four sprigs of baby’s breath. You can put them in a vase and leave them out all of February, or all year round.

LEGO Looney Tunes Sweetheart Tweety Bird

Tweety Bird is a beloved animated character from Looney Tunes. Cupid is the god of love. Put them together, and you get this Sweetheart Tweety Bird, who comes with wings and a bow and heart-arrow, plus a tiny bouquet of flowers with a heart. The whole model sits on a fluffy-looking base of clouds. Now that’s romantic.

LEGO Art Love

I love LEGO Art sets because they let you re-create famous works of art in a smaller brick format. This one in particular is a buildable model of Robert Indiana’s famous pop art LOVE sculpture.

LEGO Flower Wall

The latest addition to the sizable (and growing) LEGO botanicals collection, this cluster of flowers isn’t meant to be displayed in a vase or on a table. It’s made to be hung on a wall. It has pastel colors and a variety of flower types, making it a fine V-day present.

LEGO Roses

If you can’t justify the price of the Bouquet of Roses above, perhaps you might be interested in a set of two roses? They’re similar to the ones in the bouquet, but they have more leaves on then, and the design of the petals is different. Plus, this set is currently on sale at Amazon for 33% off.

LEGO Botanicals Bouquet of Pink Roses

Red roses are the more traditional ones to give for Valentine’s Day, but some people prefer pink. So LEGO has a set of 12 of those as well. Like the red ones, they come in various stages of life, so they don’t all look the same when built.

LEGO Botanicals Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet

If the roses look a little too same-y to you, perhaps you’d be interested in this Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet. It includes two pink roses, but also a bunch of other flower types, including orchids, ranunculus and a dahlia. This one has more color and texture, which is sorta cool.

IGN LEGO expert Kevin Wong had the chance to build this set last year when it first came out. You can check out his experience with the set in the slideshow below:

LEGO Botanicals Daisies

Finally, some people like daisies more than roses. If that’s your boo’s preference, you can get this set instead. Or, if that doesn’t work, you can check out our picks for the LEGO botanicals collection for a whole lot more options.

For more LEGO info, check out every LEGO set coming in Febraury 2026.

Dracula 2026 Ending Explained: How the New Luc Besson Movie Changes Drac’s Story

Spoilers follow for Luc Besson’s Dracula movie.

Dracula hit US theaters this weekend, after already opening in some parts of the world last year (titled Dracula: A Love Tale in some markets), the latest in a long line of film adaptations of Bram Stoker’s classic novel which go back over a century at this point.

Written and directed by Luc Besson, this version is rather blatantly heavily influenced by Francis Ford Coppola's 1992 film, Bram Stoker’s Dracula. It similarly extrapolates beyond what Stoker wrote by adding in the idea that Dracula’s prey, Mina, is the reincarnation of the woman he lost long ago, before he became a vampire. Like in the 1992 film, this Mina (Zoë Bleu) is drawn to Dracula (Caleb Landy Jones) when she meets him, and she eventually both remembers her previous life with him and actually wants him to turn her into a vampire so they can be together forever. In the midst of this, Mina’s fiance, Jonathan Harker (Ewens Abid), and others try to stop the Count and free her, whether she wants them to or not.

However, there are many places in the Besson film where the specifics change from both the novel, Coppola’s film, and indeed most versions of Dracula. This is an often wacky, heightened and offbeat interpretation of the story, with some additions that are sometimes amusing, sometimes baffling, and sometimes a bit of both.

Here are four of the most notable differences in Besson’s Dracula, including the details of Dracula’s ultimate fate…

The Biggest Changes in Dracula 2026

Beware the Perfume of Dracula

The range of Dracula’s abilities, and the abilities of vampires in general, is often different depending on who’s telling the story, but he is frequently depicted as able to enthrall or hypnotize those he’s in close proximity to, often setting them up to be bitten by him. Besson’s Dracula goes in a wild direction with this concept though, not making it an innate power of the vampire at all, but rather something he eventually can accomplish with… a magic perfume?

Yes, thanks to the help of a world-class perfume maker in Italy – who actually proclaims “Mamma mia!” at one point – Dracula has a perfume that bewitches anyone nearby who smells it. He wants this because he wants to draw pretty much every woman possible to him so he can try to find the one who is the resurrection of his beloved Elisabeta, who he believes he’s fated to discover.

This perfume is heavily featured in the film, including in a dance-filled (!) montage sequence showing Dracula attending one fancy function after another where the women all swoon and then break into heavily choreographed group numbers, as he’s continually disappointed that none of them are Elisabeta.

The perfume becomes such a focal point that it’s easy to assume it might be an important factor in the final act in some way... But that assumption would be wrong.

The perfume becomes such a focal point of the movie for a time that it’s easy to assume that it might be an important factor in the final act in some way - whether it is thanks to Dracula using it one last time, or another character getting ahold of it. But that assumption would be wrong.

What’s in a Name?

Besides the title character, the Besson film includes two other major characters you’d expect in any Dracula adaptation, Mina and Jonathan Harker, who at least match the basic framework of their classic roles - Jonathan as a solicitor who travels to see Dracula on business, only to learn the truth about the Count, and Mina as Jonathan’s fiance, who Dracula sets his sights on.

Strangely though, every other supporting character is given a new name (or, in one noteworthy case, no name at all) even though it’s clear who they’re based upon or meant to be variations of. So basically, they pull a Half-Nosferatu. Most prominent in this regard is Christoph Waltz’s never-named “Priest,” a seen-it-all guy who’s got plenty of knowledge about vampires and is ready to hunt them. This is clearly the film’s version of the famous vampire slayer, Abraham Van Helsing, albeit with a career swap from professor to priest. Given his abundant screen time, the decision to never give him any name at all in the film is odd, though this Dracula’s got plenty of odd to go around.

Typically, Mina’s longtime best friend in the story, Lucy, is transformed into a vampire herself as the story progresses. In the new movie, Lucy’s replaced by Maria (Matilda De Angelis) in what is a more drastic change-up than others. Unlike the innocent Lucy, Maria is in fact already a longtime vampire, working for Dracula, who inserts herself into Mina’s life. Then, Maria is locked up in an asylum thanks to her unexplainable, violent and out of control behavior, as her Dracula-adoring ravings essentially turn her into a hybrid of Lucy and Dracula’s usual true believer, Renfield, who has no other corollary here.

Maria’s fiance, Henry Spencer (David Shields), meanwhile is a substitute for Lucy’s fiance, Arthur Holmwood, while Dumont (Guillaume de Tonquédec) swaps in for John Seward, though there’s no character taking the place of Quincey Morris, with this version dropping the idea of Lucy/Maria having three competing suitors before she ends up with Arthur/Henry. In the book and some film versions, Quincey plays a pretty big role in helping defeat Dracula, but as we’ll cover below, this version of the film goes in a different direction there, so he wasn’t needed…

Drac’s Little (Gargoyle) Buddies

In most versions of Dracula, if the Count isn’t alone in his castle as the story begins, he’s accompanied by his Brides, who are typically three beautiful vampire women who do his bidding (and usually make things difficult for Jonathan Harker during his stay there). Besson discards Dracula’s Brides, instead replacing them with another left-field choice in the form of a large group of diminutive gargoyles who are there to serve their master in any way he needs, whether it be serving food, helping trap his prisoners or, in the final act, battling a group of vampire hunters storming the castle with a skill set that seems Black Widow-adjacent in terms of martial arts prowess and spinning larger guys around with their legs.

During the course of the story, we never really get an explanation for who these guys are and how they connect to Dracula’s status as a vampire. But then, in the final moments, after Dracula dies, there is a visual reveal of their true identity, as they stumble out of the castle, now transformed into a group of bald little boys, which is presumably their original form.

Seriously, what’s up with these little gargoyle dudes?!

Of course, this still doesn’t truly explain things. Were these kids transformed into gargoyles all at once or one at a time through the years? And why are they only children? Their transformation back to human occurring after Dracula dies implies he personally had the power to change people into gargoyles, so did it only work on kids? And hey, why are they all bald?

Seriously, what’s up with these little gargoyle dudes?!

Dracula Ending Explained: Dead and Hating It

Unless you’re going to change things up radically, an adaptation of Dracula is going to probably end with Dracula being defeated and dying (even if there’s eventually a sequel that somehow brings him back). This version doesn’t stray from that, albeit with its own spin on how it plays out, involving Dracula making his own decision that he should die.

In the original Bram Stoker novel, Dracula is killed at the hands of Jonathan Harker and Quincey Morris, while Universal’s iconic 1931 film version, starring Bela Lugosi, gave Van Helsing the honor of taking out the Count. However, Dracula simply allowing himself to be killed is not an entirely new idea, depending on how much the story leans into the tragic side of things for the character. In the Coppola film, Gary Oldman’s Dracula is very badly wounded – likely already fatally so – by Keanu Reeves’ Harker and Billy Campbell’s Quincey. So in the final scene, when he asks Winona Ryder’s Mina to “Give me peace,” and she tearfully obliges, it feels like he already wasn’t long(er) for this world.

Here, Dracula ends up having a big change of heart about turning Mina into a vampire and having her become one of the undead alongside him, having already been reluctant to do so when she asked him to bite her. When his castle is attacked by a whole platoon of soldiers gathered by Henry, Dracula efficiently wipes out anyone that he comes across. He spares Jonathan, though he does kill Henry, basically giving Henry the death Quincey has at this point in the original story, where he dies helping take out Dracula.

But when Dracula and Van Hels… Um, when he and Priest come face to face, Priest doesn’t attack him and they don’t battle. Instead, they simply talk. And basically Priest says, "Dude, come on, you should let me kill you" and Dracula goes, "You know what? Fair."

Okay, it’s not quite that, but it’s not too far off. Essentially, Dracula comes to agree that his damned life is no damn life at all and he doesn’t want to condemn Mina to it too. His death will free her from completing the change into a vampire that she’s going through, and so he allows the Priest to stab him with a metal (not wooden) stake. This doesn’t immediately kill him, and in one more echo/twist on the Coppola film, he then spends his final moments with Mina.

In Coppola’s movie, he was looking like his old, decrepit version when he’s dying, only to transform into his younger self in his very last moments. Here, it’s basically the reverse, as he goes from youthful to becoming the visually older Dracula as he’s dying, even as Mina holds him and weeps for him. The Priest told Dracula he could redeem himself in God’s eyes through his sacrifice, and by saving Mina from a cursed fate, and he looks to be proven correct. Because after Dracula dies, he first turns to dust (a la Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s staked vamps) before his ashes fly up into the air, out the window and up into the sky.

In the midst of this, Jonathan walks in and sees Mina crying over the ashes and wisely leaves the room. Because when your fiance is crying over a dead vampire’s dusty remains, she’s probably not too focused on how you’re doing at the moment.

What do you think of the changes to this new version of Dracula? Let’s discuss in the comments, and vote in our poll too!

Is Marvel Super Heroes and Universes Beyond Threatening To Overshadow Magic’s Next In-Universe Set Again?

Magic: The Gathering is continuing where it left off in 2025, rolling out a whopping four crossover sets under its Universes Beyond branding in 2026: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Marvel Super Heroes, The Hobbit, and Star Trek.

That’s quite the mix, but at a time when fans are crying out for some consistency and continuity, Wizards of the Coast is about to make the same mistake it made with last year’s marketing cycle.

In short, it feels like it can’t wait to get Secrets of Strixhaven out of the way, forgetting why many people play Magic in the first place.

Magic’s Universes Beyond Sets Shouldn’t Come At The Cost Of Its Own Identity

There’s a running joke that Magic crossovers are the worst thing about the game until it’s a franchise you love, and as a longtime fan of Peter Parker’s adventures, I admit I bought into the Spider-Man hype last year.

It was easy to do, too, since Wizards started revealing cards and products super early, trampling over the Edge of Eternities set in the process. The rest, as they say, is history: Spider-Man was inarguably Magic’s most disappointing set of at least the last year (maybe longer), and Edge of Eternities was much more well-received but invariably didn’t get its chance in the limelight.

While I was hoping that Wizards would take some lessons from it, we’re now entering a 2026 roadmap with seven full sets planned. Lorwyn Eclipsed is great, and only just launched, but that’s January’s set. Preorders are now live for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Secrets of Strixhaven, and even Marvel Super Heroes.

That last set, by the way, is around five months from launch. While I appreciate that a company needs a line on a graph to go up to show success by bringing in new players, it’s starting to feel like Wizards of the Coast is trampling on Magic’s own legacy in its desperation to talk about crossover sets.

Lorwyn Eclipsed should be a celebration, a chance to return to a beloved Plane full of classic creature types, and instead, we’re getting close to the Turtles landing on store shelves. Looking past Strixhaven to a Marvel crossover, this early (and with the taste of the Spider-Man set still lingering), is just a bad look.

Please, Wizards - don’t let Secrets of Strixhaven suffer the same way Edge of Eternities is. It’s almost unavoidable with such a packed release calendar, but if you can’t pay enough time to your own universes, the ones that have captivated players for over three decades, does that not tell you a change is required?

Honestly, all of this is moot anyway - I’m part of the problem. I’ve pre-ordered some Marvel Superheroes products, and you can bet your Bilbo Baggins that I’ll be first in line for The Hobbit.

Follow the steps below to redeem Dress to Impress codes and claim free rewards in DTI:

  1. Open the Dress to Impress Roblox Experience.
  2. Click on the handbag icon on the left-hand side to open the DTI Codes menu.
  3. Enter your code in the "Type here..." field.
  4. Check for any spelling mistakes or errors.
  5. Click the checkmark icon to redeem the code.

Why Isn't My Dress to Impress Code Working?

If the code you're trying to redeem in DTI isn't working, it's likely because of one of two reasons:

  • The Dress to Impress code is expired
  • There's a spelling mistake in the code

When inputting a DTI code in Roblox, make sure it's spelled correctly (for example, a capital I isn't a lowercase l, 0 and not O, and vice versa) and that there are no spaces before or after the code. We'd recommend copying and pasting codes straight from our article to ensure they're correct as we've tested and verified that the codes on this page are working ourselves.

If your DTI code still isn't working after checking for typos, it's more than likely expired and can no longer be redeemed in Dress to Impress.

How to Get More DTI Codes

To get more Dress to Impress codes, the best way is to join the official DTI Discord server. While we check for new codes daily, the quickest way to know about new Dress to Impress codes is to follow the Roblox experience's official Discord server where updates are posted in real time.

HBO’s Baldur’s Gate Show Wants To Be a Sequel to BG3. That’s Impossible.

This article contains some spoilers for Baldur’s Gate 3.

So, HBO is turning Baldur’s Gate into a TV show. On its own, that’s quite an exciting proposition: a big-budget, live-action series set in Dungeons & Dragons’ most iconic city? Yes please. But the project’s announcement, which came courtesy of Deadline, contains a line that immediately had me burying my head in my hands.

“The Baldur’s Gate TV series will be a continuation to the games,” says the report, “telling a story that takes place immediately after the events of Baldur’s Gate 3, as the characters — old and new — are dealing with the ramifications of the events in the third game.”

The ramifications of what events, exactly? The defeat of the Netherbrain? Or perhaps the enslavement of it in the name of the Absolute? Or Gale’s choice to turn into a magical nuclear bomb, sacrificing himself to save the city? These are just three of the many ways Baldur’s Gate 3 can end, and that’s before we consider the dozens and dozens of choices that you make on the way to that conclusion. There are approximately 17,000 variations of the game’s final cutscene. How could a TV show possibly “deal with the ramifications of the events of the third game” when every single player has their own version of events?

The answer, of course, is that showrunner Craig Mazin must decide what choices are “canon.” One half of the duo behind The Last of Us’ HBO adaptation must now set certain events in stone in order to create a baseline to build his story upon. But to decide upon a canon series of events for Baldur’s Gate 3 is not the same as, for instance, determining which of Mass Effect 3’s trio of concluding options would be the starting point for what comes next. It’s not a simple case of how the story ends, but everything that happened on the 100-hour journey up until that point, too.

The entire picture of Baldur’s Gate 3, the story any one player lived, is the result of hundreds of decisions, ranging from the tactical to the emotional to the completely unaware. For some, Minsc and his miniature space hamster, Boo, are vital parts of the story. Yet many won’t even know who he is, having passed by and never recruited him to their party. There are those for whom Shadowheart’s escape from the Church of Shar is a defining moment, yet others will have found an equally defining pathway in encouraging her to embrace the dark goddess. And for those players of a more chaotic leaning, Baldur’s Gate 3 is the tale of an unstoppable serial killer that greedily succumbs to their own Dark Urge, tearing limbs off wizards and letting goblins slaughter refugees. The game is less a single story with a handful of different outcomes, and more like hundreds of character threads that are entwined like rope. A rope that grows thicker and longer with every romance (steady now), argument, betrayal, and surprise you experience. To unravel all that and find a single golden thread for television seems at best foolhardy, at worst impossible.

Anyone who wants a sequel to Baldur's Gate 3 wants a follow-up to their own experience, not Craig Mazin’s.

None of this is to say that the show is guaranteed to be bad, or of poor quality. Considering Mazin’s prior work – in particular, Chernobyl – and HBO’s track record with fantasy programming, there’s every chance that Baldur’s Gate will be a fantastic show, at least when viewed in isolation. But it’s difficult to create that isolation when the project is explicitly a continuation of the journey so many of us undertook for hundreds, sometimes even thousands of hours. And because of Baldur's Gate 3's unrivalled branching RPG design, we have all become deeply attached to our own versions of this world and its characters.

It should be said that details of how the show will be structured are still incredibly thin. It will feature a group of new protagonists, so we don’t know to what extent the now-famous party of heroes and antiheroes that make up Baldur’s Gate 3 cast will feature. By being a “continuation to the games”, could it merely exist in a world where the Netherbrain once existed, and tales of heroes’ journeys to defeat it are muttered in the city's streets like mythical tales? Or will meetings with the likes of Wyll, Astarion, Lae'zel be little more than fleeting encounters, kept somewhat shapeless in an effort to remain relevant to most players’ memories of them? It creates a dilemma: purposefully keep things vague and potentially undercook the history of this world, or pick a defined canon that could alienate large portions of your viewership?

Television adaptations are, of course, designed with more than one eye on wider markets. HBO wants people who have never played Baldur’s Gate 3 to become invested in its world. But that begs the question: why a direct sequel? Why take place immediately after a story that a portion of your audience has no investment in? If half your audience has no attachment to those events, and the other half will almost certainly have experienced a different version of the events you’re building upon, who is winning here? Anyone who does want a sequel wants a follow-up to their own experience, not Craig Mazin’s.

Baldur’s Gate won’t be the first show to tackle this problem. Just this year, the second season of Fallout told a story set after the events of Fallout: New Vegas, an RPG that also concludes with a number of very different, world-defining options. But Fallout has made a number of smart choices. Firstly, it’s not a sequel to the game; it’s just set in the same universe, and thus isn’t trying to continue the plot of New Vegas. Secondly, it’s set over a decade later, and purposefully leaves the events during that time a complete mystery. And so the show’s depiction of the game’s characters and factions doesn’t have to join the dots. Did you hand the Vegas Strip to the Legion in your playthrough? Well, in the 15 years since, they’ve succumbed to infighting and have fallen from their mighty position. You don’t need to know how it happened, it just did.

Using this method, Fallout (sort of) successfully ensures no one New Vegas ending is cemented as canon. Every outcome could have happened, but the result of your choices may not have endured for the 15 years between the game and the show. Larian Studios, the developer of Baldur’s Gate 3, understood the benefit of this kind of time gap; its gargantuan RPG is set more than a century after the events of its predecessor, ensuring it’s not restricted by the conclusion of Baldur’s Gate 2 and has space to create its own story. By starting immediately after the events of BG3, the show won’t have this luxury. It has to make a choice. It has to invalidate thousands of playthroughs. It can’t be the sequel to your experience of Baldur’s Gate 3.

It doesn’t have to be this way. The real lesson to learn from Fallout is that video game adaptations thrive best when they are decoupled from existing stories. So the big question is, why is this not just a Dungeons & Dragons show? You can set a D&D show in Baldur’s Gate. You can call a D&D show “Baldur’s Gate”. You can even include characters and reference (certain) events from Baldur’s Gate 3. But to purposefully shackle yourself to continuing the story of that game, rather than freely exploring its world, feels like purposefully rolling a critical fail on the first round of combat.

Games Workshop Issued 'FTL in a Warhammer 40,000 Skin' Steam Game With a DMCA Takedown Because of ‘Oversized Convex Shoulder Pads With a Metallic Rim,’ Dev Says

It turns out the “Mal Reynolds” who issued Steam game Void War with a DMCA takedown was not a troll who also happened to be a huge fan of Firefly. It was actually Warhammer 40,000 owner Games Workshop, which took issue with an image of a shoulder pad.

Last month, IGN reported on Void War, a strategy game dubbed ‘FTL in a Warhammer 40,000 skin,’ after it was pulled from Steam. At the time, its developer, Tundra Interactive, suggested it may have been on the receiving end of a nuisance DMCA takedown from a troll claiming to be Games Workshop.

Void War is often compared to both indie darling FTL and Warhammer 40,000, Games Workshop’s tabletop wargame set in the grim darkness of the far future — and it’s easy to see why. The gameplay looks incredibly similar to Subset Games’ hugely popular 2012 ‘spaceship simulation roguelike-like,’ and the aesthetic is very Warhammer 40,000. The voidships look like Imperial Navy Vessels. Some of the characters look like Space Marines. There’s an actual Psyker that’s called a Psyker. There are “Imperial Shrineworlds.” There’s even a mention of “Imperial astrogation authorities.”

Following the takedown, IGN asked Tundra Interactive for comment, and it responded with something quite unusual. It said that it had received a takedown notice from Valve stating that Games Workshop itself had claimed copyright infringement. But here’s what made this one odd: the claiming information came from Games Workshop’s public-facing infringements inbox and the name “Mal Reynolds.”

Mal Reynolds is a name that will be instantly familiar to Firefly / Serenity fans, because that’s the name of the main character, played by Nathan Fillion, in the beloved but short-lived sci-fi show. At the time, it was thought that it was unlikely that Games Workshop would have someone on its books named Mal Reynolds. But, well, it turns out Games Workshop really was behind the takedown, according to Tundra Interactive.

Tundra Interactive told IGN that Games Workshop eventually replied to the developer to confirm it was their notice, and that the concern was limited to a specific shot from one of the trailers on the Steam store page that it said could give the impression that Void War was associated with Games Workshop. The company specified that the element in question was “the oversized convex shoulder pads with a metallic rim.” And, well, yeah, that Void War trailer did indeed have an image of a character who looked a lot like a Space Marine, complete with "oversized convex shoulder pads with a metallic rim."

Tundra Interactive told IGN that it disagreed with Games Workshop's assessment here, but in order to get Void War back on Steam and to avoid a drawn out DMCA fight, it pulled the trailer. It may re-upload it in the future after making an adjustment, but its priority is getting back to work on Void War, the developer insisted. And, to that end, Void War is now back on Steam.

Here’s Tundra Interactive’s statement in full to IGN:

To recap, the initial takedown was triggered by a DMCA notice attributed to Games Workshop. At the time, we could not independently verify the submitter beyond the name and contact email Valve included. The contact email was GW's public infringements inbox, and the name listed was “Mal Reynolds,” which is also a fictional character from the sci-fi TV show Firefly.
After over a week of no response, Games Workshop eventually replied to our email and confirmed the notice was theirs. They said their concern was limited to a specific shot from one of the trailers on the store page, arguing that certain elements could create the mistaken impression that Void War is associated with Games Workshop, specifically what they described as “the oversized convex shoulder pads with a metallic rim.”
All of the artwork in the trailer is original work created by our artists. While we disagree with their assessment, the simplest way to get the game back up and avoid getting bogged down in DMCA process was to remove that trailer and move on. We may re-upload an updated version later after we find time to adjust that shot, but for now our priority is shipping content and finishing multi-language font support so we can finally deliver proper translations.
Thanks for your patience, and thank you for the overwhelming support. o7 commanders.

All’s well that ends well? Perhaps. Certainly this case shows that Games Workshop and “Mal Reynolds,” who I’d love to meet one day, are keeping a close eye on video game characters and their shoulder pads. Perhaps it shouldn't come as a surprise, given Games Workshop's history of stringent IP protection. Be warned! The Inquisition is always watching.

The FED Fitness Valentine's Day Sale Drops Prices on Adjustable Dumbbells, Power Towers, and Treadmills

FED Fitness, one of Amazon's biggest marketplace sellers of fitness equipment, is hosting a Valentine's Day Sale on its own site, with prices lower than what you can get from Amazon. Currently there are two coupons: a 15% off code "FEDLOVED15" and a stackable 5% code "IGN" for a total of 20% off sitewide.

This sweetens the deal on top of already reasonable retail pricing compared to brands like Peloton, Bowflex, and NordicTrack. FED's product selection is pretty diverse and includes adjustable dumbbells, power towers, folding treadmills, rowers, ellipticals and more. We all know how heavy fitness equipment can get, but fortunately all orders ship free from FED Fitness.

DB1 52.5-Pound Adjustable Dumbbells (Pair)

There's no need to pay $500 for the Bowflex SelectTech adjustable dumbbells when there are equally well-built options at a much lower price point. For a limited time, FED Fitness is offering its own DB1 Adjustable Dumbbells (52.5 pounds each or 105 pounds total) for about $315 with free delivery.

Each FED Fitness DB1 dumbbell is adjustable from 5 pounds all the way up to 52.5 pounds. The adjustment mechanism works similarly to the Bowflex SelectTech series; you turn a dial in 2.5 or 5 pound increments which locks in a specific combination of plates that add up to the desired weight. Unlike traditional free weights that take up a decent chunk of space, these adjustable dumbbells are neatly contained in a compact package that measures just 16" square.

Flybird WB6 Foldable Adjustable Weight Bench

The Flybird WB6 weight bench would make a great complement to the dumbbells. It's 96% pre-assembled out of the box so you can set it up in just a few minutes. This robust bench boasts a maximum weight capacity of 880 pounds and plenty of adaptability options, including 120 degrees of incline for the set back, 25 degrees of incline for the seat cushion, and 86 degrees of incline for the leg rollers. The bench also folds completely flat for compact storage.

Sportsroyal PT4 Assisted Power Tower

The Sportsroyal PT4 is FED's highest end and most feature-rich power tower, yet it still comes in at under $300 after coupons are applied. It's the perfect way to work on your pull-ups, dips, and leg raises. If you can't do several pull-ups in quick succession, this power tower will help you get there thanks to weight assistance for pull-ups and dips. The counter-balance is provided by a nylon rope system; each rope offers 22 pounds of weight and they can be added or removed to adjust the total amount of resistance. This pull-up machine also offers ample adjustment options to cater to different sizes.

Yosuda TM2 Foldable Brushless Treadmill

Foldable and Easy-to-Assemble

Nothing beats the convenience of a treadmill when you're trying to get your steps in. FED's Yosuda TM2 model goes a step further by offering a steel unibody z-frame design that can fold flat and easily stows away when you're not using it. The 1.25HP brushless motor is smooth and silent and offers a top speed of 8.7 miles and up to 18% motorized incline. The 18" wide track has shock absorbing pads to keep your joints in check, since running is harder on your knees than other forms of cardio. Many people shudder at the thought of installing a treadmill, but fortunately FED states that the Yosuda TM2 assembles in eight easy steps with a grand total of just 14 screws. Talk about a relief!

'It Looks Like I Just Got a PlayStation 7' Streamer Northernlion Just Discovered His High Refresh Rate Monitor Was Still Set to 60Hz

Picture this: You just got a new high-refresh-rate monitor, you've upgraded your graphics card or snagged a top-end gaming PC, you plug everything in and fire up your favorite game and think: "is this it?"

We've all been there. As has, apparently, popular streamer Northernlion, who just discovered his 165Hz monitor has been set to 60Hz for who knows how long, maybe even a decade.

"It looks like your display has a 165Hz mode, but is currently running at 60Hz. Using the highest refresh rate your display supports is generally recommended for an optimal gameplay experience," Northernlion said, reading a notification that popped up when loading into a game of Counter-Strike. "Is this good?"

"It's gonna change your life, in a good way," one of his teammates responded.

The clip appears in Northernlion's stream from today, starting at around the 1:44:25 mark. Upon updating his refresh rate both on the Windows level and in-game, NL was blown away by the upgraded visual experience – which his hardware had been capable of all along.

"This looks incredible!" he said, a few seconds into his first match with the settings fixed, "It looks like I just got a PlayStation 7."

While it's fun to enjoy some schadenfreud that even someone like Northernlion, who obviously has a lot of experience with the platform, can fall prey to one of the pitfalls of PC gaming, let this serve as a PSA of things to look out for:

Besides making sure your monitor's refresh rate is properly set, another common mistake is not enabling XMP, without which keeps your RAM shackled to its base speeds instead of the overclocked speeds advertised on the box. And perhaps worst of all, make sure your display cable is plugged into your graphics card, not the motherboard's video port. After all, if you've shelled out the cash for a discrete GPU, you want to make sure you're not bypassing the card entirely.

HBO Max Just Added a Hidden Gem of Adult Animation

HBO Max just picked up one of the more unique animated movies from the past couple of years. Boys Go to Jupiter technically premiered back in 2024 at the Tribeca Film Festival before getting a limited theatrical release in late 2025. The film, which currently sits at a 93% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes, features a stacked voice cast with the likes of Julio Torres (Problemista director and star) and Eva Victor (Sorry Baby director and star), but has gotten the most attention for its unique art style.

Boys Go to Jupiter is the first feature-length film written, produced, and directed by 3D artist Julian Glander, who has previously produced shorts for Adult Swim and graphics for artists like Clairo and Dua Lipa. He also happened to develop the indie game Art Sqool. If you’re familiar with any of these projects, you’ll recognize the trend of Glander’s surreal, almost plastic-like animation style.

While Boys Go to Jupiter had a relatively quiet initial release, trailers spread on X after the announcement of the streaming release date. Users were quick to remark that much of the movie’s unique animation style is reminiscent of the art we often see in indie games. Others saw a more glaring parallel with the “corporate art style” made infamous by company logos and presentation decks over the past decade.

Either way, it’s still a unique style to see from a feature-length film, and a welcome addition to HBO Max’s animation catalog.

In recent years, HBO Max has had a complicated reputation when it comes to animation. On the one hand, it notoriously removed a massive slate of Cartoon Network shows. On the other hand, it still maintains one of the widest streaming libraries for animation, including North American TV hits like Smiling Friends, and a relatively recent deal with GKIDS to bring rare anime movies to streaming for the first time.

The service picking up the streaming rights Boys Go to Jupiter, regardless of your feelings about its particular art style, seems like a good sign for the streamer’s support of animation. For the time being, at least. Warner Bros. is officially being acquired by none other than Netflix, a deal that’s expected to be finalized in the next year, which still leaves some questions about how exactly Netflix intends to handle the HBO Max catalog. For now, Netflix has confirmed (to some extent) that they will continue with 45- day theatrical releases for Warner Bros. films.

Save $600 Off the New Alienware Area-51 Ryzen X3D RTX 5090 Gaming PC

If you're seeking the absolute best of the best in PC gaming performance, look no further than Alienware's flagship Area-51 prebuilts. Following CES 2026, Dell has discounted an Alienware Area-51 AMD Ryzen X3D Edition RTX 5090 gaming PC to $5,049.99 after a $600 discount. The Ryzen X3D Edition is essentially the second generation version of the Area-51 with a more powerful CPU replacement from AMD instead of Intel.

Alienware Area-51 Ryzen Edition RTX 5090 Gaming PC

The Alienware Area-51 is Dell's flagship gaming PC. Unveiled during last year's CES, the Area-51 is a super-sized upgrade to the mainstream Aurora R16 system. The significantly larger chassis features more premium build quality and a redesigned cooling system with greater net airflow. In fact, this is the only model that Dell feels comfortable enough to equip with the hot and power hungry GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card. The first wave of Area-51 systems featured Intel CPUs exclusively, with AMD X3D options only available since late November.

This particular configuration is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card, 32GB or DDR5-6400MHz RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Additional system details include a 360mm all-in-one liquid cooling system for the CPU and a massive 1,500W 80Plus Platinum power supply that allows plenty of headroom for future upgrades.

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is the best gaming CPU for most people

The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is considered to be one of the best gaming processors on the market and outperforms any Intel or AMD non-X3D chip in games thanks to AMD's 3D-V-Cache technology.

Although the 9800X3D is an absolute speed demon for gaming, it only has eight cores. If you regularly use your PC for non-gaming applications that benefit from as many cores as possible, then you can upgrade to an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-core processor, which doubles the core count while offering similar gaming performance, for an additional $300.

The RTX 5090 is the most powerful graphics card ever

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 has emerged as the most powerful consumer GPU on the market. Although with this generation Nvidia has prioritized software updates, AI features, and DLSS 4 technology to improve gameplay performance, the 5090 still boasts an impressive 25%-30% uplift over the RTX 4090 in hardware-based raster performance. If you want the absolute best performance for your gaming PC, there is literally no other option from any other brand.

The Best Dell & Alienware Deals and Coupons: Gaming Laptops, PCs, Monitors, and More

Not everyone is the DIY type. If you're in the market for a prebuilt gaming PC, Dell is one of the best brands we'd recommend. Alienware desktops and laptops feature solid build quality, top-of-the-line gaming performance, excellent cooling (further improved on the newer models), aggressive styling, and pricing that is very competitive with other pre-built options. Best of all, there are plenty of sales that happen throughout the year, so it's not difficult to grab one of these computers at considerably less than their retail price.

Dell and Alienware Coupons

Alienware Aurora Gaming Laptop Deals

Alienware's newest mainstream gaming laptop is dubbed the "Alienware Aurora" and it replaces the previous generation's x16 and m16 series of laptops. It comes in two models: the 16 and 16X. The 16 is the more economical model, but gamers should definitely opt for the higher-end 16X model. If you're looking for build quality and performance on par with the previous generation m16, then the 16X is its spiritual successor. It features an anodized aluminum lid and base, a higher quality display, a more powerful CPU, and a GPU that isn't throttled for maximum gaming performance.

Alienware Aurora R16 Gaming PC Deals

The Aurora R16 is Alienware's bread and butter gaming PC. It can be equipped with an Nvidia RTX 5060 graphics card all the way up to an RTX 5080 and the prices for Cyber Monday are extremely competitive with other brands. For example, currently Alienware has the least expensive prebuilt RTX 5080 gaming PC that I've found anywhere. Most of these systems are customizable, however it's not difficult to upgrade your own RAM and storage yourself.

Alienware Area-51 Gaming PC Deals

If you're seeking the absolute best of the best in PC gaming performance, look no further. Dell unveiled the new Alienware Area-51 gaming PC at CES 2025. The chassis is a super-sized upgrade to the Aurora R16 system with aesthetic and cooling redesigns. The internal components have been refreshed with a new motherboard, faster RAM, and bigger power supply to accommodate the new generation of CPUs and GPUs. With a high-end system like this, it's only fitting that it be equipped with an RTX 5080 or RTX 5090 graphics card, so these are the configurations I've listed here. Note that Dell Outlet refurbished PCs come with the same warranty as buying new.

Alienware Area-51 Gaming Laptop Deals

Alienware 18 Area-51 (18")

Alienware 16 Area-51 (16")

The Area-51 is Alienware's new flagship gaming laptop for 2025. It features an anodized aluminum shell for both the lid and bottom chassis with a gorgeous iridescent finish. The frame is made of a durable and lightweight magnesium alloy. Cooling has been upgraded with generous amounts of copper and a new thermal interface material to better transfer heat away from your hottest components as well as more fans and bigger cutouts for greater airflow. Dell claims that the laptop can handle a higher power ceiling of up to 240W TDP without raising acoustics.

Design-wise, the Area 51 has a sleeker, more contoured shape compared to previous models, with rounded edges and soft corners replacing the traditional squared off design. The hinges are internally positioned so that they're near invisible. There's a transparent window on the undercarriage to show off the internal components. As befits an Alienware laptop, there's plenty of RGB illunimation, although most of it can be turned off if you want your laptop to be a bit more subtle.

This Disney+ and Hulu Streaming Bundle Deal Drops the Monthly Cost to $9.99

Disney+ pricing has been a bit all over the place recently. The service raised prices across all of its streaming plans (including Hulu) last October, before offering a pretty solid Cyber Monday deal in November. Over the holidays, the streamer returned to its aforementioned increased pricing.

Fortunately for anyone trying to cut down on subscription costs this year, Disney+ has been one of the first streaming services to offer a real discount in 2026.

Get 1 Month of Hulu and Disney+ for $9.99

New and eligible returning subscribers can get one month of ad-supported Disney+ and Hulu for $9.99, a solid $3 off the standard pricing of $12.99. A whole cup of coffee, I know. Eligible returning subscribers, in this case, means anyone not already subscribed to Disney+ or any of its many bundle options. And, yes, unfortunately the deal is only available for the version of the bundle with ads.

While not exactly an eye-watering discount, the couple bucks could certainly be worth it if you’re looking to test out the waters of a new streaming service or catch up on a particular streaming release. The discount lowers the bundle price to $2 less than standalone Disney+ or Hulu, so if anything draws you to either of those two services, it’s worth it to pick up both. Otherwise, the only way to get a proper Disney+ free trial is through Hulu + Live TV.

According to the Disney+ website, the discount lasts until February 17, giving you a couple weeks to think about what you could do with an extra $3.

What's on Disney+ and Hulu?

As a taster, new additions to Disney+ this month include the The Muppet Show reboot, which we said "deserves two flippers up and a Kermit flail" (positive, it rocks). Disney+ is also home to the MCU, and it’s a better time than ever to catch up on some homework ahead of Avengers: Doomsday. Of course, you’ll also get the full slate of Star Wars, Pixar, National Geographic, and all things Disney.

Hulu, on the other hand, has streaming exclusives like The Handmaid’s Tale, Shogun, and Only Murders in the Building. It’s also the streaming home for the Predator franchise, with exclusive releases like Prey and Predator: Killer of Killers. It’s a little all over the place, but there’s some value to that when you're trying to find new things to watch.

Masters of the Universe Director Calls Jared Leto's Live-Action Skeletor 'the Embodiment of Toxic Masculinity'

Live-action Masters of the Universe movie director Travis Knight has teased that Jared Leto’s Skeletor is “the embodiment of toxic masculinity.”

The filmmaker behind the live-action adaptation opened up about how he and the cast are reimagining He-Man and other ‘80s icons during a recent interview with Empire. Knight says he worked with the controversial actor to bring the infamous cackling sorcerer to life without sacrificing the qualities that helped him stand the test of time.

“Skeletor was a really interesting villain,” the director said when describing the original Masters of the Universe cartoon. “He looked cool. He was scary. He was funny. He was insecure. And then of course he had this distinctive voice.”

“I wanted someone to craft their own version of that,” he added.

Leto seemed like the perfect fit, with Knight saying the Tron: Ares and Morbius actor approached the Masters of the Universe movie team first “because he loves Skeletor and has his own history with the character.” With the film’s only full trailer largely keeping the muscly blue villain out of the spotlight, it’s unclear exactly what his version of Skeletor walks, talks, and acts like, but the director offered a few teasers.

And ultimately we landed on something that I’m really happy with. Skeletor’s kind of the embodiment of toxic masculinity.

“He wanted to swing for the fences,” Knight said of Leto. “And ultimately we landed on something that I’m really happy with. Skeletor’s kind of the embodiment of toxic masculinity.”

Outside of Masters of the Universe, the actor has remained a divisive figure in the entertainment world for years. While moviegoers were left split regarding his portrayal of characters like The Joker and Michael Morbius, curiosity became concern when it was revealed that he once sent his Suicide Squad castmates items that ranged from questionable to grotesque.

The 30 Seconds to Mars vocalist then became embroiled in controversy in June 2025 after nine women came forward to accuse him of sexual impropriety, with some being minors when they met him. Leto denied their claims and led Disney’s Tron: Ares just five months later.

For now, it’s unclear how much of the actor’s face will appear in Masters of the Universe, with the trailer showing a Skeletor that adopts the skull head from his most iconic incarnations. His voice remains a mystery, too, though it sounds like Knight has at least done his best to steer away from something too radically different in the past.

“I said, ‘F**k that shit. Skeletor has a skull face,’” Knight told Empire when referring to a previous design with a golden skull mask. “That’s just the way it is. It’s a living, talking, emoting skull, and that’s that.”

Masters of the Universe stars Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man and is set to come to theaters June 5, 2026. For more, you can check out the Vintage Castle Grayskull playset that launched just last month.

New Super Mario Galaxy Movie Trailer Finally Shows Yoshi Eating Someone and Pooping Out an Egg

Finally, Illumination and Nintendo have given people what they want out of teaser for the Super Mario Galaxy Movie: we've finally seen how the film handles Yoshi eating someone and pooping them out as an egg.

What, that wasn't your first question too when Yoshi was teased at the end of The Super Mario Bros. Movie? Okay, maybe I'm a bit juvenile. But it's a fun little stinger on the end of a new, 30-second trailer for the film released today. At the tail end of the trailer (see what I did there?), we see Yoshi face off with Kamek. As the two clash with each other in slow motion, Yoshi opens his big mouth and swallow Kamek whole, before turning his butt to the camera. We hear the "egg" sound effect, and then it cuts to a Yoshi egg wearing Kamek's glasses being flung into a cockpit, before Yoshi joints it in the driver's seat. It's very silly!

This wasn't the only new clip we saw. The trailer opens with Bowser Jr. yelling, "The great battle of my life draws near!", which we haven't heard before, followed by a clip of a bunch of airships (Bowser Jr.'s armada?) surrounding an ominous looking planet. We also get a brief look at Yoshi sitting on a motorbike saying "Vroom vroom".

Perhaps the most interesting bit apart from the egg is Peach and Toad getting a bit of a spotlight, journeying together in a neon-lit, cyberpunk city that appears to be just chock full of NIntendo references. The clips go by fast, so fans will have to do the detailed spotting work here in the coming days, but I immediately saw a big N64 logo in the shot of them peering over a balcony into the city.

Peach and Toad entering some sort of arcade-themed bar in a neon lit city, bar's largely full of Bowser cronies, looking out over the city, giant N64 logo spinning slowly on top of a building to the left side. There are also a number of pixelated figures in a bar (?) the pair visit just before, references to the old-school style of Mario games. Along with a gaggle of Bowser enemies all sitting around having a drink and looking astonished to see Peach and Toad burst in. I'm sure that'll go well for everyone.

Illumination and Nintendo have been trickling out the Mario excitement for several months now with teaser after teaser, giving us new voice actors, character appearances, and yes, tons and tons of references to just about any Mario game you can think of. We won't have to wait long for the rest, as the film drops April 3, 2026 in the U.S. and April 24 in Japan.
