Lateef Green, 50, was arrested less than 12 hours after he allegedly plunged the blade multiple times into the 21-year-old victim’s arm and stomach on board a southbound No. 2 train at the 219th Street station in Olinville around 7 a.m. Friday, police said. 

The female suspect flew into a rage over the cost of food inside the Empire Chinese Restaurant on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard near West 141st Street around 2:30 p.m. April 6, police and sources said.
