WASHINGTON, 8 décembre (Reuters) - Donald Trump a déclaré dimanche qu'il aurait son mot à dire concernant l'approbation du rachat par Netflix du studio et de la division streaming de Warner Bros Discovery, estimant que la part de marché détenue par cette nouvelle entité pourrait être un motif de préoccupation. "Je vais être impliqué dans cette décision", a dit le président américain aux journalistes à son arrivée au Kennedy Center, à Washington, pour assister à une cérémonie annuelle de récompenses d'arts de la scène. Netflix a annoncé vendredi avoir scellé un accord avec Warner Bros Discovery pour le rachat de ses studios de télévision et de cinéma ainsi que de sa division streaming pour un montant de 72 milliards de dollars.
